Great place to find books locally. Staff is courteous and saved me money on an online order when it didnt give me my club discount automatically. Great store with decent prices with a lot of selection.

Its a good place to get books to feed your brain. Not crowded either.

The selection is just ok. Few times Ive gone looking for a specific book, it wasnt in stock or carried.

They never have anything its a hole in the wall in a mall that should have been torn down years ago. Not to mention the rude cow that works there. Ill pass an just go to a decent book store in Chattanooga.

This place has a decent magazine selection as well as books. The staff try to get whatever you want in your hands even if it takes ordering and sending it to your home. A pleasant experience.

Not a rating for this individual store, but the company as a whole. i ordered a book and didnt recieve it. their customer service was pretty much an auto response saying youll get it when you get it. they also cancelled my order after me waiting 2 months with little response and no notice of the cancellation.

What can I say about Books A Million? One of the last bookstores left standing, I love to visit. Theres just something about holding the book in your hand. The feel of it. The smell. Plus they have some great coffee.

BAM is a great book store with so much variety. The only thing I disagree is that they do not do price comparison. Nevertheless, it is a great experience. The customer service is exceptional. They always greet you with a smile and offer assistance in finding products, orders, and whatever you need in the store.

Its just nice to have a bookstore in Dalton, and not have to drive all the way to Chattanooga or Atlanta. Most of the time the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. One of the girls working there not only helped me find the book I was looking for, but suggested 2 other series to try out.

Employees are always sitting around not doing anything, but gossiping as loud as they can. Three employees there and only one dude was cleaning and helping customers. The two girls were just sitting behind the counter cackling. Used to be a good store, but they need new employees or better training.

One of the best places in the Dalton Mall. The staff is very friendly and personable. Large selection of content for everyone. Its usually pretty quiet and very tidy.

Probably the only place to find popular books to buy in Dalton. They show many great titles that you may like but I wish there was more books its a lot but youll wonder why there isnt more books because what theyre doing is good but theres certain books or type of books you want but dont have in the sections of the book store. They can order a book you want if they dont have it.

Returns are false. I had called about returns and they had told me that if a debit card was used, you can receive cash with return. Go to the store and they told if ANY card is used, it goes back only on the card or a gift card. Very displeased. I love it there, but had me very upset.
