My wife called to place an order for 2x12x20s due to another supplier not having them in stock. We live in north of Chattanooga and are in the middle of building. A round trip drive to Johns Lumber is about 2 hours from our build site. Not only did they refuse to take our payment over the phone they refused to fill the order outright. I would never do business with this company after this ordeal. Its 2020, if you cant be bothered to update your technology to take a credit card for a purchase you dont deserve to receive the business. Gladly taking ours elsewhere.

They are great people. I have done business there for over 20 years my dad got things from there. They are really good bout helping me with things I need at great prices and quick to get it to you.
