Total “Rip Off”In my opinion, Wood Hollow Cabinets is a total rip off! I worked with Nikki (their design team) to help establish the best design for our master closet. I explained every inch was important because there was no storage in the house we just purchased. She assured us that the design they would put together would satisfy our needs.When we got the closet delivered and then installed, there were SO MANY mistakes. There was also a portion of the closet you could not use or hang adult clothes. I called and spoke to the owner Alisa Brogdon and explained in detail all the problems in hopes she would fix them or take it back. She said she couldn’t take it back. She suggested to use kid hangers on the area that the clothes won’t hang (This was a Master Suite closet for the Master Bedroom).There were so many mistakes, the design team was not professional nor reliable and the quality was extremely poor considering the 15,000.00 price.These are the reasons why I clearly would not use Wood Hollow Cabinets:*Flawed design services*They don’t stand behind their product or design*Poor quality*Failed to deliver product on timeAll I can say is buyer beware!

A great experience, oh my, so many choices when you do custom cabinets. The look and fabrication of the cabinets are just super. Our contractor looked at some of the special features we chose and said that he had not seen such a design before. Cabinets were early and the install went very well. A few minor problems where all handled without complaint or question. A great experience and likely about the same price we would have paid for a big box store without the custom touches and quality.

I bought my cabinets with wood hollow for my wife… we had the best experience from the design to the day of install and everything in between.. I’d certainly recommend this place to anyone who needs a remodel or an add on.

Wood Hollow’s team did a great job with us replacing our upper cabinets and updating the lowers. Nikki did a wonderful job helping us with the layout and design. Taylor did a good job managing our installation.The installers did an amazing job installing our cabinets and any problems were worked out very quickly and efficiently. This is my second time using Wood Hollow Cabinets. They helped me through the ideation process into the design/ construction phase. Their entire staff is very professional and courteous. The cabinets are made of high quality materials. I would use them again.

It makes me sad/mad/glad to see that Im not alone in my opinion of Wood Hollow Cabinets. Looking at several of the reviews on Yelp, I also see other home owners that had the same TERRIBLE customer service experience. Ive also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but Im guessing that probably wont do much good.Short version:DO NOT BUY CABINETS FROM WOOD HOLLOW CABINETS.Medium version:They have a nice showroom (of course).They make cabinets (like 20 other businesses in Dalton/North Georgia.Their installation is TERRIBLE.Their customer service is WORSE.Part of our purchase included two wine cabinets (cabinet with lattice work to hold approximately 40 bottles each. The other night when nobody (luckily!) was in the room, including our two children, the lattice work on one of the cabinets gave way and all of the bottles crashed to the floor. After we cleaned up of course i started looking at what happened and thats when i realized how bad a job they had done making and installing the cabinets.1. the lattice is not complete on the ends, aka the wood does not make a complete square on the ends which are then attached to the cabinet as a weak single piece of wood instead of a complete square.2. they only used a handful of finishing nails that are approximately 1/8 to long to essentially tack the lattice to the cabinet when it should clearly been securely fastened.No wonder it came apart.Now the even WORSE issue:I contacted my trusted contractor who did our remodeling to take a look and he immediately agreed that it was a faulty install and contacted Wood Hollow on my behalf. In short, they blew him off. And through our conversation I also found out that he has stopped using them for jobs because of this very reason (terrible customer service and installation).I then took the time to call myself. The person that answered the phone took my name, information, the nature of the call, and said someone would call me. I even took the time to take pictures of the issue and sent it as a follow-up to my call. 5 days later, of course nobody had so i called me back. I then called again, got the same someone will contact you response. But this time it was followed by a two sentence email verbatim below:Mr. Morton,I have spoken to my boss, we are scheduled four weeks ahead currently. We are not scheduled to be in your area during that time frame, unfortunately. We thank you for your patience thus far.Thank you,Confused by this message, and hopeful that it meant that maybe they were trying to fit me into their schedule, i called to see what the email meant. The response i received floored me. In short, I was told that they are busy and dont have time to even TALK to me about my issue. All of this was relayed through the poor person that works the phones. The manager didnt even have the courtesy to talk to me with any offer to help, apology, or even to tell me that they didnt stand by their product. Just nothing.Sorry for the long rant - hope i can save you the pain were going through now. There are a LOT of alternatives. Just mark these guys off your list.

I buy a set of cabinets on cherry mahogany and l just love it from the cabinets to the staff and pretty good prices if l need to buy more cabinets this is the right place for me!

I just wanted to let you know we are so very pleased with our pantry cabinets! It looks great and is exactly what we wanted. It looks like it came with the house and not an add on. My husband said the guys that came to put it in did a great job and were very professional. It was definitely worth the wait.

We shopped for new bathroom cabinets. The assistance provided by Hannah was great. Many samples on display to choose from as far as design and stain. Hardware samples too.Reasonable time frame from quote till delivery. Everything was beautiful. Just a couple of minor issues at install. Easily corrected.We highly recommend the quality, value, and professionalism of Wood Hollow.

Quality the cabinets use first quality materials and hardware.The cost is point for a custom kitchen is excellent. The design staff and support personnel are helpful, friendly, courteous and with the upmost attention. you know that the entire team is working to make you project a success. The designers and support group respond quickly to all design session, changes, and revision and/or redesigns. Appointments whether with designers, onsite dimensional verification personnel or installers meet there commitments.All in all a great experience.

Wood Hollow built our cabinets in 2006 and weve loved the look and quality. I recently had issues with a couple of the hinges on the corner cabinet door. I called Wood Hollow looking for replacement hinges and they went above and beyond helping me with getting new hinges. They sent me four new hinges at no cost and now my door works great! Thats customer service that you just dont see anymore. Thank you again Rhonda and Wood Hollow Cabinets!

Love my Wood Hollow cabinets. The whole process from designing my kitchen to the installation was handled by a professional staff. Nikki was so knowledgeable and very patient with the design process. She asked good questions to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. The installation went very smoothly. When the company came to measure for my countertop they commented on how level my cabinets were. A good thing! I highly recommend Wood Hollow.

We stumbled across Wood Hollow Cabinets at their display at the Gwinnett Home Show in February, 2019, at the start of our quest to redo our master bath. We had a 96 inch wide 33 inch-high vanity that we wanted to replace with a new 36 in high unit. Our contractor ran us by his preferred two cabinet providers. However, as we began to understand what we really wanted to do design-wise, we kept running into roadblocks and inability to change in the two preferred providers. Leaving out a lot of back and forth and two trips to Dalton to see the Wood Hollow showroom and choose from various finish options, we ended up ordering our unit from Wood Hollow in late April. Since the cabinets are actually designed and built at their Dalton plant, they were the ONLY supplier that could provide exactly what we needed. Eight weeks later - yeah, it takes that long - it was installed, and the quality is outstanding. One other point: price-wise it costs about the same for the cabinet itself at all three suppliers. Delivery and installation, though, was much less expensive coming from Wood Hollow. The other suppliers were in Indiana and Florida. Wood Hollow charged 1/3 what the Florida supplier charged, and the deal was even better compared to the Indiana price. Thats multiple hundreds less. We recommend Wood Hollow Cabinets without reservation.

Terrible. We did a huge remodel of our house and used two different cabinet companies. The first company was professional, incredibly good at communicating, delivered a wonderful quality product exactly as expected, and delivered the cabinets within the time frame that they promised. Woodhollow was completely the opposite. They said it was going to be 6-8 weeks to completion once I paid the deposit. When I called at 6 weeks to find out when they were going be installed (after more than one email receiving no response), I was told that it was now going to take an additional 6 weeks. I had to call multiple times to try and get an install date. When they installed the cabinets, one of their installers dragged my furniture across my newly refinished hardwood floors creating huge scratches that had to be repaired (they at least paid for the repair). The cabinet color that I chose looked white in their facility but in my small mud room they have a weird tint that makes them look like a light blue/green - it’s a really strange finish. Ive had two different experienced painters look at it and they both said that something is off with the tint for the color to change that much. Woodhollows response was basically too bad - you picked it. We cant be responsible for how it looks in your home. Really horrible experience – do not recommend in any way.UPDATE: back to the color issue above. The color I picked was called SUPER WHITE. It looks blue/green in my room. Woodhollow delivered some missing shelves after they refused to fix the color issue. The shelves were labeled with my name and SUPER WHITE . In the picture attached you see the shelves in the foreground and the cabinets in the background and the shelves are actually white and are very different than the cabinets themselves. When I called Rhonda to tell her that I still think that there is a problem with the color of the cabinets she said I will repaint the shelves to match the exterior color not the other way around. When I said no (being very short at this point because I am frustrated they wont fix $7,000 worth of cabinets that have a paint color that looks completely different at my house than how it looked in their showroom), she hung up on me. Singularly the most rude and unapologetic company I have ever used.

I went into this project totally clueless.... I knew I didnt want wall cabinets but from there ... not a clue .... I scouted around and was totally blown away with some of the prices. I started to get very discouraged and depress until I went to Wood Hollow Cabinets. There I met one of many committed professionals. By committed, I mean ... let me get some ideas from you and lets see what the 2 of us can come up with.... after a few minutes and tons of questions... what did I want, to what was I planning to do in the kitchen .... from there, Denise (awesome designer) was able to put on paper to show me what my dream kitchen was going to look like. We then picked a date for the cabinets to be delivered & installed. The scheduling & installation was spot on ... every step of this process went so smoothly & everyone who sees my new kitchen loves it. Its a dream to cook in ..... if I ever need new cabinets again Wood Hollow is where I will go & have told everyone to go.

The entire Wood Hollow Cabinets Team was awesome! Nikki was our designer, and she was fabulous. We really wanted to do something special with our Kitchen, Bathroom, and Basement Bar. Nikki was able to bring that to a reality. I would highly recommend Wood Hollow Cabinets, especially if you are looking for something very special. I would highly recommend Wood Hollow for custom cabinetry for the price and quality. The quality is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. The cabinets were delivered on schedule, but there were some errors in the order, and some cabinets had to be sent back which put us behind schedule, but they were very good at fixing all the mistakes and left us with a beautiful kitchen. I think their prices were very reasonable for the quality and ability to customize. Nikki is an amazing designer!!

We had a roll up door on a corner appliance garage that didnt work anymore, from another manufacturer. The cabinets had a lifetime warranty, but they would not honor it and would not provide any solution. We contacted Wood Hollow Cabinets and explained the situation. Obviously this was a very small project, but they were willing to work with us. Our cabinets are made from Lyptus wood, which they did not use (and the original manufacturer had discontinued using). We chose another species. I took a door to them to color match. Before they started, they said that it probably would not match. We said to go ahead anyway, as we needed a door in the area.When I went to pick up the door, it was almost an exact match to the doors of our cabinets. If you inspect very carefully, you can see the difference in the grain, but looking casually and not knowing, you cant see the difference. The door and the service exceeded our expectations and is a welcome addition to our kitchen. Would recommend them to anyone that is shopping for cabinets.

We did a small kitchen remodel and chose Wood Hollow due to recommendations from friends. Plus we got to see some of their work at last years Home Show in Chattanooga. Wood Hollow has very friendly and knowledgeable staff to help guide you throughout the whole process. The showroom is huge with many different custom cabinets to look at for ideas. The delivery and installation went great also! Gil and Zoro did an awesome job and went above and beyond to help with extra trim. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend Wood Hollow Cabinets for all of your cabinetry needs. We will be contacting them for our bathroom project cabinets next year!

Top flight organization. I am a custom home builder and this company is set up and properly manned to provide quality custom cabinets to meet the demanding needs of all custom home builders. The design team helps the customers visualize what their cabinets will look like. One of my favorite things they do is send a representative to perform a site check after all the mechanicals are roughed in on site and drywall is finished to make sure there will be no issues once the cabinets arrive on site for installation. If there are any potential issues they let you know immediately. The shop always has the cabinets ready when they tell you they will be ready and most of the time ahead of schedule. The installers are normally in and out in 2 days even on larger jobs. If there are any issues they always send someone back in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for custom cabinetry, shelving, bookcases, mantles, etc. They can do it all and do it well.

Our home was built in 2014 during the initial process of changing blueprints for our specific needs,we spent the whole day picking flooring, granite countertops and cabinets.the process turned out to a disappointment.the granite and the cabinet company were no longer doing business with our home builders,so we were left to find our own custom made cabinets,we are so happy we did.the workmanship is second to none.they look great and work like they should.recently I had a hinge wear out I called wood hollow cabinets and texted Rhonda I was so happy to receive them in the mail in two days no questions they were happy to ship right away.if your looking for professional looking cabinets give them a call.they will bend over backwards.you will be pleased ....... We got custom kitchen and baths and are very happy with them. Everything turned even better than we had hoped for. We would highly recommend them.

Would definitely not recommend getting these cabinets. The final product was incorrect in size on 3 cabinets. Even after looking at a picture of the final layout you could see it did not match what we got. The workmanship on the cabinets was not good either. Make sure you get both the length and width of each cabinet in writing. Still have bathrooms to do, but would not go back.

Wood Hollow does a fantastic job from start to finish. They make sure they understand your needs, they help you with design, they set reasonable expectations for delivery, they let you know immediately if something changes and they deliver OUTSTANDING cabinets and installation. I wouldnt consider using anyone else for my cabinets.

The cabinets they built for me suck. I had cabinets built for five different homes and never had a problem until now with Wood Hollow. These are the worst cabinets I have had. The contractor that built the house was using Wood Hollow and that’s why I did. Wood Hollow thinks their work is all good. Would definitely not recommend.

Hannah, my design specialist was amazing from the beginning to the end. I had kitchen cabinets, bedroom dressers and a desk made. All of them exceeded my expectations. The price for custom cabinets was within the same pricing as Lowes and Home Depot. The only difference is that I have everything I want!!

We have built several dozen homes over the last 20 years and used Wood Hollow on all of them and always had great cabinets and really enjoy working with the staff.

!!!NO STARS!!! The re view will not post unless you pick at least one star. I called Wood Hollow Cabinets and asked if they could make a cabinet door for me. They said yes they can do it. I took an identical door to them. They said no problem and that they would have it ready in 10 days. After 3 weeks I finally called. They had totally forgotten it and said they would call me back after they checked on it. After about 4 hours they called and said their door would be slightly different. The difference was easily seen. When I complained about the lack of attention then Niki Barton (wood hollow associate) got a bad attitude and stormed off. I would not recommend this company to anyone even if they did all of my cabinets for free. BAD EXPERIENCE

We had a terrible experience with Wood Hollow! The staff (with the exception of Hannah) was extremely rude. We asked to speak with the owners on several occasions. We were always told they were out of the office, or out of town. I wanted a specific paint color made by Sherwin Williams for my kitchen cabinets. I brought in the paint chip when I met with the designer, so they would have the exact color and name. They informed me there would be an additional charge of $175 to use the Sherwin Williams color. I agreed to the additional charge. Several weeks later they gave me a sample of my cabinet to sign off on the color. The color didnt look right. I wanted Sherwin Williams Divine White. They named theirs Devine White, and tried to pass it off on me. It turned out they dont even have the capability to use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint in their system! They also had to make several trips out to the house to complete the installation, because pieces wouldnt fit. We had one cabinet that we didnt like (it was our fault because we didnt catch it in the design phase). Wood Hollow wanted to charge us $1100 to redo the one upper cabinet, and they wanted me to pay the $175 fee again for a color match! Run Away from using them!!!

We bought our cabinets 10 years ago, so this may/may not be completely up to date, but when we had a problem last year with the door slides, they send us new ones promptly with no fuss. The cabinets themselves have stood up pretty well with 10 years of hard use, and the price for 9-foot custom cabinets was the same as home depot ply-board.

I have used Wood Hollow for all of my cabinets in my homes since 1995 in hundreds of homes. Out of all of these homes I have only had one customer that was no satisfied. I don’t think anyone could have made this customer happy. I will continue to use them for all of my cabinets. I highly recommend them.

Installers must have been intoxicated. All doors were crooked and needed adjustments and multiple door pull handles installed with a slight cant to the right. Back panels inside the cabinets are all scuffed/scratched, they look as though theyve been in the street and driven over.

Quoted a 8 week time frame now it is 12-14 weeks for the job. Beware do not use them unless you have several months to wait. Look at there other reviews. Hannah is a liar! Do not trust her.l Poor customer service.
