Fantastic service and communication at the Parts department. I used the website to order some parts for my Scion tC (which were hard to find elsewhere). Shortly after, I got an email about the estimated wait time and was able to ask the associate over email about some questions I had. They answered quickly and thoroughly, and having it shipped from Georgia to Texas, I was surprised at how quickly it arrived. The parts were packaged nicely and everything was received in great condition. Very pleased with how my new parts turned out. I had an enjoyable time considering not so enjoyable circumstances. My Toyota Prius broke down not too far from here and was grateful to be close enough to have it towed there. I had such an interesting experience with Toyota. I had a salesman working very hard to find me exactly what I was looking for. With microchip shortages, I understood it was going to take awhile. I was in communication with my person. I found out projected arrival date. I was never told it had to be made just for me. My person became very sick, and had to pass me to another person. The person who stepped in, stepped it up. His name is Keith Williams, and he walked in not knowing anything about my prior history with the other person. Keith contacted me, kept me informed, and met with me multiple times to finalize paperwork. He did all of this with a smile on his face, and had my best interest at heart. I truly hate my salesman became ill, but I am grateful Keith helped out. I ordered my vehicle in June, and did not receive it until July 24. I love it, it was worth the very long wait. I purchased a new Camry hybrid from North Georgia Toyota in June of 2021. I was pleased with the attention to my needs, and the salesman was very nice and courteous. This was a special order, and it was delivered at the promised time. A subsequent question that I asked by text was promptly answered by the salesman. Following the sale, I received an email from the service department, stating that should I have any questions about the car, I should call them at the number listed in the email. Since I had questions about the grade of gasoline and the break-in period, I gave them a call, which was answered by a nice lady, who told me she couldn’t answer my questions, but she would refer them to someone in the service department, who would call me back with the answers. I never heard back from them.

Called in and scheduled an appointment with their purchasing manager at a specific time and they seemed genuinely excited to have me come down. Upon showing up no one there knew I had an appointment, and didnt even meet with the individual who I hoped to talk to.The gentleman that helped me went over what they had in stock and promised to get back with me about what kind of packages a vehicle at a neighboring lot had, and if I didnt like that one we would go over just ordering one that I liked.Unfortunately havent heard anything for a few weeks. I really wanted to purchase a vehicle from you all, but the back and forth really made it difficult unfortunately.

I took my car in for a regular oil change. The service ticket was mixed up with that of another car. Now my vehicle rattles and runs rough. I called to advise and was told to have it towed in and checked and that I’d be charged for the towing and diagnostic if it wasn’t related to the oil change. My point is that they might have worked on my car for the wrong service since they had the tickets mixed, but that possibility wasn’t considered. My experience has been that the customer doesn’t matter at North Georgia Toyota. I cannot recommend this location.

I was on a trip from KY to FL and my car started making weird noises. Car full of kids an panicked I found te closest Toyota near me. This was it. They were packed full but they understood my concern and made the time to look at my car. Turns out I needed new brakes. They charged fair prices and were very pleasant people. Very happy.

The people are so nice and professional. We drive an hour round trip for service at North Georgia Toyota because we value the care we receive. Juan helped us this time and when I expressed concern over air conditioning issues he took the time to look at it and explain to me why it did what it did and how to control the problem, mostly operator error, lol. But he didn’t dismiss me or make light of my concern. And THAT is why we continue to make the trip that far away when there’s a dealership 10 minutes from my house. Thank you.

Just bought a used Prius from an outside source. Took it to North Georgia Toyota to have them check it out. Mind you, I was not a current or former customer. However, I felt treated like a long time customer. I was able to make a timely appointment. I was able to leave my vehicle at my convenience. I got the exact report I wanted plus a free vehicle inspection. I came away paying less than $40 bucks, and the peace of mind that I had made a good purchase. I feel very confident that my ongoing service with North Georgia Toyota will be a great relationship.

Sorry for the face I made when you suggested the Venza. But you were right the Venza has definitely changed since 2015. It’s sleek and handles like a dream! North Georgia Toyota is the worst place to buy a car. They are so rude. Tell us we were approved, give us the payments and then come back and tell us we’re not approved. Don’t tell us two different things. Also before you show vehicles. You should approve people. We bought a car from them almost 2 years ago with a co-signer. They told us then that we should automatically have an approval by now. So don’t understand why we were approved then not approved. And only thing they want is someone to buy new cars. Like really how can you have semi good credit and not get approved. But someone have no credit gets approved. The way they talk and very pushy I highly wouldn’t recommend.

After searching prices on Toyota Tacoma SR5s for months, the Atlanta area seemed to have better prices than dealers close to home. However, I ran across a great deal at North Georgia Toyota in Dalton, GA. Our offer was brought to the table and they stood firmly by their motto Oh Yes We Can!!! ... Mike Davis, sales consultant, and co-workers reviewed/accepted the offer and stated ... Oh Yes We Did!!! Love the truck - 2018, like new with only 20,633 miles day of purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is where I purchased my first and only brand new car and I have never had a moment’s regret. Their Service Department is top notch and I feel secure knowing that they are taking good care of my car when I bring it to them. One thing about this most recent visit really impressed me. The oil change sticker on my windshield was incorrect and I thought it was almost time for an oil change and we were about to go on a long trip. My husband took the car in and they looked in their computer and saw that since my car uses synthetic oil that it wasn’t due for a change for another 5,000 miles. All I needed was a tire rotation. My point here is that they are honest and trustworthy and they know my car from front to back. I would recommend North Georgia Toyota to anyone for both sales and service.

I had spark plugs and corals changed on my Toyota Corolla in March 2021. This dealer ship used non Toyota parts without first informing me. My engine light came on 4 weeks later. I had to pay $125 to Toyota Hollywood, Florida to determine what the problem was. I travel to Miami Florida to work from time to time. The non Toyota part used on my Corolla was the issue. Thanks to Dan at Toyota Hollywood whom I have had a 5 year relationship with and never have had any issues with my service was able to correct the problem. I think I deserve free replacement parts for the non Toyota parts

Mr Roger Thompson was awesome salesman. I love my toyota sienna. Still learning some of the buttons on it tho. All the salesmen was nice and polite. When I got home I notice a crack in my windshield and they told to come back and they would fix it and they did. Toyota has been good with keeping me informed on recalls, they have also been good at takin me in when I didnt have an appointment bc there was sensor going on in the car I couldnt figure it out. They have been very friendly each and everytime I have been there. My daughter came with me this last time and she had her little kitten with her and they allowed her to bring the kitten out of the heat and stay in the cool air inside. They are very accommodating and I have had the best experience with them. They did everything possible to help me get the car I have bc my credit wasnt all that great when I first got it. My credit has gotten way better since and am now ahead but it has been a struggle. But they worked diligently to help me so I would have a vehicle. They are a very good place and I am considering once I get my car paid off of course getting a truck with them.

My father purchased a brand new Toyota Prius C in 2012 at North Georgia Toyota in Dalton Georgia paid cash for it and drove it off the lot. Had oil changes at the same place over the years, kept the paperwork on this. He passed away December 23rd of 2020. While we were going thru his loss, and probate court, we find out he never got a title on this, he initially was going to finance the car but found out the deal wasn’t available, so he paid for it, probate lawyer called dealer and they said there was a lean on this car, gave the lean holders name, the lean holder said they never heard of my fathers name, the dealer excuse was their records didn’t go back that far, but yet let my father drove off in a brand new Toyota Prius C and had service done to it over the years at this dealership. How dare your incompetent dealership do this to our father, our family. Contradicting your ability to do the proper paperwork yet saying there’s a lean and the lean company you say doesn’t have any records of him, but your records don’t go back that far, if there was a lean on this there would be records, unless you dropped the ball, very unprofessional

January 2021 was my first visit. Owning a Lexus I typically drive to Chattanooga. Dalton is much closer so decided to give North Georgia Toyota a try for general maintenance of a tire rotation. So glad I did! Not only did this save time & money, the service team was very friendly and I had the pleasure of meeting Bill. No loaner cars were available so he was my chauffeur that allowed me to do close by shopping while waiting. Such a fine, polite, gentleman I really enjoyed talking with him. The interior of my car is light cream and can easily show smudges from dirty hands. I was very happy to find my car just as clean as when it was left. The tire rotation was in good order and all is still working fine as of a month later writing this review. My overall experience was very good and I will definitely be back for future service needs.

I went to North Georgia Toyota to just look at some 4runners. Matt Hedrick sat down with us and negotiated on a 4Runner. It wasn’t the model of the 4Runner what I really wanted but I appreciated the time he gave me. He didn’t take my time up or try to make me stay there, which I’ve had problems at other Toyota dealerships. Matt said he would just text me and ask me later in the week if I had decided anything. Well later on we came back to dealership because they just got the 4Runner I truly wanted in the color I wanted. Price wasn’t bad at all. Still left without a vehicle but that Monday I knew that’s the one I wanted and I drove it off that lot a week later. I really appreciate this dealership not being pushy and letting me think about the price before deciding something. I would recommend Matt any day, he was a pleasure to work with. Stopped into North Georgia Toyota on May 11th just to look at a vehicle to replace my current vehicle that I had bought there in 2018. I was met by Jesse right after I got out of my vehicle. Immediately I noticed a 2021 Venza. I was totally impressed after driving the vehicle. Jesse told me that they had a 2021 Venza Limited that had just arrived. I was sold immediately. Great service experience! I didn’t realize this dealership did appointments being new to the area. I walked in for a regular service and while I was initially told it’d be 2-3hrs they had me out in hour flat. I’m so glad to know these are the folks I’ll be working with to maintain my Highlander.

On our way back to Virginia had a failure of brake switch in transmission interlock in Dalton, could not get car out of Park. Had car towed to North GA Toyota. They diagnosed problem, located part, had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Kept me informed about progress, findings, and option for selecting part. If I were moving closer to them they would be my Go-To dealer.
