American Carpet Wholesalers had the best price by far for over 1000 feet of Cortec Luxury Vinyl Plank. I had price quotes from 8 distributors. Most had delivery times of 3 weeks to 3 months. Reviews of the others had some troubling reports of non deliveries and damage. One damaged delivery was told to just cut the damage off and use it. Teri was great to work with and would ship my order the next day. I was going to be out of town so she held it for a week and then shipped exactly as asked. Out of 48 boxes I had one that had some damage. I sent pictures to Amber and she sent a replacement box. I was impressed that when I called I could get through without delay and had all my questions answered. Great service, great prices, great company.

OMG so great!!! Love, Love, Love the flooring. We contacted ACW several times while we were choosing our luxury vinyl planking. The staff was so helpful. We were worried about having pallets of planking shipped but it was packed so well there were no issues. We went with TruCor by Dixie Home and the quality is so good. Our installer said it was some of the best he has worked with.

Ordered vinyl plank two weeks ago, was told it might be in last Friday for sure by Monday. Here it is wednesday and I am sitting at the loading dock. Yesterday was told it would be here by 10am

This place is awesome... More specifically the salesperson we were working with Mike Ellis (ext 167) was absolutely amazing! He worked with us to purchase over $5k in luxury vinyl flooring. He was really great to us... He kept us posted on everything. I highly recommend him specifically. The crazy part is he put all this time in with us and in the end we had to purchase from a totally different agent. I feel terrible but he was super kind about it. Because the policy for this company dictates the first person you talk to get the sale I STRONGLY recommend talking to Mike from the start! With that said I have no issues with the guy who eventually sold us our purchase I just dont really know him.

I needed to change out my carpet in my basement in which my wife wanted a certain kind of pattern. We found American Carpet Wholesalers and I have to say what a pleasure it was to deal with them. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Ben, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He understood my needs, offered his advice and took care of me with the price as well. You couldnt deal with a nicer person.

I searched for a particular Armstrong Flooring locally and online. Bobby at American Carpet Wholesalers gave me the absolute best deal! Locally, they tried to charge me $6500. Then, they said they would match my online quote. They came back with $4700. Bobby got my floors at $4000! Anytime I ever need flooring, I will absolutely call American Carpet Wholesalers and get Bob to help me. Ill update once the floor arrives and review how the shipping process turns out.

Ive worked with Mike Slaton on five different orders. He has been great to work with, and the company is first rate too. Everything has gone smoothly, All shipments have been on time and in very good condition when they arrived in California from Georgia. The prices are very competitive. I spent a lot of time checking out this company before I bought. They got excellent reviews ... and certainly deserve them.

Im a homeowner who has purchased material twice through American Carpet Wholesalers through the internet/call in order. If you have been to a local show room and know exactly what product you want call American Carpet Wholesale and see if they can get it to you for less. In my case, the material (including the shipping cost) was less than buying from a local retailer. My sales person, Dustin, who Ive worked with on both transactions has been very helpful from patiently answering my product and installation questions, to helping track my order. My projects have turned out great thanks to American Carpet!

Pricing good but that is where it ends. 30 days on backorder then an incomplete/lost shipment. Between ESTES shipping and the people at American Carpet, no one wants to take ownership of the mistake. Now I have another 30 days to wait and I am told I have to give ESTES 48 hours to search a room for it before this process can even start. Thanks a bunch! Customer service is trash and I will never order from these clowns again.

I had spent months shopping for the perfect flooring for our home when I stumbled across these guys online. I dont have one negative thing to say about the entire experience with American Carpet Wholesalers. Our representative Greg Hayes was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. I had a measurement issue and needed to order some additional flooring. Dispite it being out of stock, Greg made it a priority to special ordered it from the manufacturer and got it out to me in the matter of 2 days time! Between the exceptional service, and the extreamly low prices, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Congratulations to American Carpet Wholesalers for running a great business! I was looking for an online store that had a good price on Armstrong La Plata tiles when I found these guys. I checked out their reviews and liked what I saw, so I placed my order. SInce my time frame was pretty short and my delivery requirements were unusual, I did everything over the phone with a rep named Ben Upshaw. Well, Ben came through and met all my needs: great price, quick delivery, and adelivery method that worked for me. I was really impressed with the condition of the tiles when they arrived - carefully palletized and securely wrapped so that I had zero damage in transit. These are great people to do business with and I highly recommend them.
