Everyone is helpful. Not sure if (bubba) is the manager, but he greets everyone and helps everyone.. Hes very polite.

Absolutely the worse service ever!Took my friend to mail a package here and they took 5 people who came in after us before helping her. We were there for over a hour!!

I walked in to get a charger for my laptop I asked the customer service rep. He pointed me to them he also stood over my shoulder while I was standing there deciding to purchase I finally ask where are the mouse’s for the computers he pointed me in that direction I walk over soon as I looked up he was standing there over my shoulder as if I was going to steal something needless to say the statue just lost 150.00 because of the service rep not only that I do all my printing jobs and buy all my office products from here never had this problem. However I will be looking for another store to start doing my shopping

They refused to print an important medical document for safety reasons even though the person picking it up (me) was not the same person on the medical form and I had my own proof of being uninfected. Had to drive 30mins to use a different printing service which had no issue printing my simple sheet of paper. The only reason I ever go to Office Depot is for their print services but I definitely wont be using them again since they were so unwilling to work with me.

I went in today to find a business hours decal . went all over store twice could not find them no one in store shopping. Two employees behind desks checkout and printing dept. Both on there private phones surfing ?? Wheres the guy that used to help customers ?? if he is gone store will be closing soon. Threw my purchase in air and told girl everyone is on phone and left.

Ordered 3 boxes of pencils and colored copy paper online. When I recieved my items they was shipped in a bag and all 3 pencil boxes were crushed, pencils everywhere and invoice taped to copy paper which was ripped!!!

Great workers that offered quality service! But the manager was rude towards a customer and to some of his workers. The store is not what it was a couple of months ago.. going to STAPLES from now on!

Office Depot did my wedding invitations! Ive bought just about everything from here possible for an office or school classroom over the years.But there is s problem. Every month someone tries to charge my old debit for sn OD technology contract service. Never did this. Dont know what it is. Theyve also stolen my debit card number (before Wells Fargo cancelled the card) and made revurring charges that went through for $15 plus change each totaling hundreds od dollars.1.Copy and print line too long most all the time.2.Store is dirty and needs updating.3.Office furniture area needs re organizing.4.This used to be my favorite store. Its gone down and is run down.

No assistance .Tried to purchase a printer.The manager and assistant just stood and never said anything to us.

They are quick with sent printing jobs online and self service printing was good as well. Associates are helpful and the location wasnt busy at all.

Prices are steep. But what else do you expect from such a chain of stores? A good selection, however, and the customer service is done quite well. Overall I like going to visit, but I hardly ever buy from there. Its a great place to get ideas though!

Practically no help in the store and it wasnt crowded. No customer service until nearly 20 minutes had passed and i had asked for help. Redeeming qulaity was a nice cashier.

Bought my first laptop here. It got damaged once, and I had a warranty on it so they were very kind and nice. Unfortunately, they could not fix it on site so they referred me to Squaretrade, but it was fine.

George was our guide. He was happy, friendly, and very resourceful. The manager on staff was great help too.

I have been in the area about 2 months, and I know people are and have their personal prejudices. This was by far the most unprofessional and blatantly racist establishment I have even been to.Myself and my nephews were coming to ship packages no one attempted to assist us. Then the service was atrocious and the manner in which I was assisted was just deplorable.That whole staff needs to be removed. As a veteran who served I feel it is disrespectful to protect someone who wont even be respectful enough to be polite to another race or culture

This office depot is set back and hard to see from the road. Its in a run down strip mall. The employees are super nice and helpful

Terrible!!! My copy project was a test run to get financing for much larger quantities and I needed only 10 carbon copies for the test run. The glue was messy and the copies didnt even line up. So I politely brought them back on Monday 9/12/2016 and they apologized and said they would make me another 10. I called on wed and spoke to Eric and he said the glue was drying and to call back. I called Friday morning and was told they were done and had been done since Thurs. When I picked them up there were only 4 carbon copies and they were as bad as the first run!!! I will NEVER count on OFFICE Depot in Dalton for business AGAIN!!!
