Went in today to purchase makeup today and no one ever asked if I needed help there was an older lady which I’m pretty sure was the manager who was asking some girls if they needed help and she asked them 2 times and even walked by me and saw me and never asked me which I thought was pretty rude. And sadly this always happens when I come to this Ulta

Great place for a man or woman, every fragrance you can imagine, and tons of makeup for women. Very nice friendly and helpful, this place is a definite must go to!!

I went in and was helped by both Bianca and Claudia. They were both very nice and professional. They helped recommend products for my skin and every time I had a question they were able to assist me in where things were located and was very knowledgeable. I can not give them enough praise! I was very impressed. You have a customer for life!

The employees are either all over you or they pretend you don’t exist….. I’ve not had great experiences getting them to help me choose foundation colors. Last time I went for the Two Faced powder foundation and the color the girl helped me choose was way off.

Clean and orderly store. Staff were helpful and easy to find. They were able to work with me to solve an order problem that clashed with their (thoughtful and good) policy. This was a pleasant visit despite my lack of experience with their products and policies, thanks in large part to their fantastic staff.

A couple of the employees are extremely rude. If you’re not going to be nice to costumers, the what’s the point in working there. All you’re doing is making costumers not feel welcomed and they quite frankly won’t want to shop there anymore.

The lady at the register wasnt very friendly at all and Id same the same thing about the manager. They told me theyd do 1 thing over the phone yet did completly opposite when I arrived in person. Theres other stores to shop at in Dalton ladies, have manners and a professionalism about your job at least.

Very helpful staff with lots if products to choose from. Goid prices.

Want ever be back. I just spent 300 earlier this week and used to get all my supplies here. Was prepared to spend at least a hundred today, Until today I walked in for my appointment I was told I couldnt enter the building with out a mask.

Return an item that just didnt work for me. The young lady was very helpful helping me find a replacement item. Very easy transaction

I love shopping for makeup! This was my Chriiatmas gift so I was ready when I entered the door at Ulta! They were practicing social distancing and masks were priority. The store is very clean and everyone was extremely helpful. But...and this one is on me...I really like shopping online at ulta better than going in the store. Its just quicker.I had a great experience in the store and appreciate the kindness of the associates.

Just wanted to thank David for his help i came with noo idea what I was buying and he choose literally the best products for me. Was worth the spend, helped me much to try bigger brands for my career!! I was trying to get out of my old habit of spending less on less value but I can’t wait to use them!!! And the blond girl for signing me up for the rewards credit card which for sure will be going in more often for the deals I didn’t know about that you can get with the card!! I’m surprise I would buy drug store makeup and never look at the pricey brands yet worth every cent of my pocket. I’ll be using my products on clients and my career in makeup!!! I’m super EXCITED!!!! Truely appreciated the help !!!

Went to find Matrix products for my wife and they had a nice selection. Store was immaculate and everyone was wearing a mask. There are hand sanitation stations at the front and back of the store and all the staff was friendly and helpful. They even have curbside delivery as well - contact less- and they generally seem to be a well run store with outstanding staff.

The dark haired sales clerk working today decided to be incredibly short with me after I declined giving information for their system. I had to be somewhere soon and politely asked if we could skip this sign up process after she’d already asked a few questions.It wasn’t meant to be rude nor did I mean to make her feel like I was being short with her, but she went absolutely silent and didn’t even respond when I asked if I could sign up online instead or when I wished her a good day. Don’t know what her problem was, but the other sales clerk who was blonde was an absolute big help. We found everything we needed and she even made great suggestions.That being said, I don’t think I’ll visit this location too often if a simple thing like saying I have to go soon is going to be an issue with how I receive service.

Head hair stylist Kayla completely messed up my hair. I wanted copper red and she gave me neon red, DIDNT give me a refund causing me to have to go spend 2 times what I paid to get my hair messed up by her. Never recommend her. Her and her boss was extremely rude when I asked for a refund. There needs to be a hair stylist that actually knows what she’s doing. This was 2 months ago.

I drive from Rome just to go to this Ulta because the ladies know their stuff!!! Loved everything about this store so far❣

Found everything I needed with help from David. He was so knowledgeable about everything and very friendly. Found out we are are both from Wilmington NC. Ulta certainly has a large selection of all kinds of products.This is the place to go if you need something.

These people spent 2 hours with me building my makeup supplies from scratch- all while my kids drove me crazy. The nicest group of people Ive met in a while. Ty and a special shout out for the Skin Therapist, Bailey, whom has all the patience of a saint. We love this store!

Went there today with a friend, and it was our first time ever going to Ulta, and I will be back. I went in only knowing the basics to makeup. We were in search for good makeup for my September outdoor wedding, and a girl helped us create and match looks/foundations & was extremely helpful & nice. 200$ later, I am wedding ready. ;)

They had exactly what i was looking for. They have everything.

It was awful. Not even a star.

They have the best selection of makeup and hair products and the store is so clean.

The staff is not helpful, they are constantly out of stock of majority of items. I know the location is new but all the more reason to blow your customer service out of the water. I’m not quick to leave a low review but we’ve gone here 4 times now for the exact same type of service.

I was just at ulta beauty in dalton looking first time there and nobody helped me or even welcomed me there. Everyone was on there phone walking around and not helping anyone. I will not ever go back or recommend anyone to them. They are very rude and not helpful at all.. I will never go back there at all

Friendly staff

The little town of dalton has been only recently began to bring in bigger retail stores. Ulta being one. I love ulta nd sometimes you can find some really good bargains but other items also seem to be overpriced. HUGE variety of brands nd always organized. Easy to find things as everything is categorized. The only problem I have with this location is that this is dalton nd unfortunately alot of the ppl here lack etiquette. Therefore it seems that EVERYTIME I enter the store, there is always kids running around nd yelling knocking merchandise off shelves or using it to play with while running in the store nd their mothers just stand there on the other side of the store picking out lip sticks nd eye lashes. Nd when someone makes an obvious gesture about how the yelling nd running is clearly upsetting other shoppers the mothers get an attitude nd bring them to their side but then they start screaming nd crying EXTREMELY loud nd dont do anything about it. Its frustrating nd thats the only reason why I hesitate to walk into this location. If not for that one issue, I would give a higher rating.
