Waited an hour with an appointment. Staff is rude when asking questions. They say they will pay for uber but make u wait for registration which takes long time. What is the point of registration? Why tell people about uber if u dont intend to give it to people? Why so rude?

Repair line is super long and still seen mechanics just standing around on their phone. Been now over two days since I took my car in for a simple tire replacement, still no word back. All I keep getting as information is that theyll call me when finished.
Waited 5+ hours for basic service. Compared to my longest wait at the Geary St location in SF, which was just under 3 hours. If I had any idea, I would not have opted to wait for my vehicle. Guess the extra 20 min drive into SF would have been worth it!
Guys that work here are knowledgeable and savant one attitude that stands out is courtesy of Arnel, Ferdie and Mario they mean business

Wasnt seen until almost an hour after my appt time. That didnt bother me as much as there not being a shuttle service home. They preferred we waited the hour and a half there for our vehicle. No offense to Toyota but I like having a choice and Id rather be in the comfort of my home. Service dude was nice though.
I loved that you can schedule an appointment online. At 7:40am saturday it was busy but it was very good organized so i at 7:55am i was already in the waiting area. The standard service for my Toyota RAV4 took 1hr and 15min. The service was really friendly and i had a feeling they did not try to upsale me. Definitely doing it next time again.

My husband made a appointment to get my tire repair as I had a flat, got there at 8:30am and was helped by Cliff and he was very quick and helpful. I was not charge a penny and now I don’t have to worry. They also have a breakfast section if you want to grab something to eat while you wait and the waiting area is pretty big.
I was there today and I had a great service from Carolina, she works at service Express, she always had a smile on her face, and when she said you car will be ready on two hours its ready

Made appointment for oil change and airbag recall. Great customer service from Xavier Goni. Was told it would take couple of hours which be about noon time. Got a call that it was done at noon. Explained on the phone about the completion of car and sent paperwork via email. Ive been servicing my 2002 Tacoma for 18 years at City Toyota and now I have a 2017 yaris that will follow suit.
Wouldnt go anywhere else. The shop is spotless. Not like some other Bay Area Toyota dealers.

Poor service by the service department, purchased a new vehicle and has 3 different issues within a month, service department fail to fixed it on a timely matter having me camo back several times and until now not fixed, the service department assistant manager Carolina Escorcia doesnt have a clue not to even make a courtesy call to let the client know that the car has not being work on even after 9 hours in their possession.
Love the service they give my car and the customer service i get specially from Rick at the maintenance department.

My past experience with the service department was very good. However, this time I received poor service. First, I came 10 minutes early for a a scheduled appointment at a 140pm. I was not seen until 215pm. The manager apologized for the delay. So far so good. There was a uber service to get me to my desired destination. They called and said if I can leave the car overnight. I said yes to give them time as I expected it to be ready by 9am. But no one called about the status. I left a message and called a number of times only to be sent a SMS text that the car is not ready. They have had 8 hours to run a test and fix the problem but still is not ready and they keep saying they are still testing it. It takes 2 hours at most to run a diagnostic test and given that 8 hours could have fixed the issue. Its about 10 hrs now and they are still working on the car. It would been great if they were honest and said that there is a back-up on services instead of saying ithey are still running a diagnostic test. With this kind of service, they have lost a sale as I was planning to buy a new car. Poor and dishonest services at Daly city Toyota car service.

I bought my Toyota Camry hybrid brand new from this dealership and I do my car oil change and buy car parts from here every year. One time I bought the wrong part and I was trying to exchange it. I tried to talk to the department manager but he was so rude and refused to listen. In my opinion he lacks customer service skills and he needs training. I wish the dealership owner read this because I was planning to buy a brand new Toyota from his dealership very soon but hiring the wrong people made him loose a customer over 17$. Thank you

I really trust the service department at this Toyota location. I have never had to bring back my car after it has been serviced. They do it right the first time.
Every time I walk in there the customer service is 100% they find a way to to resolve the problem no excuses with them up there.

How do I give zero or negative stars? Dont come here unless you care about your car as much as you do a rental. They damage your car, use subpar contractors to repair it and then tell you, your car will be damaged when its driven anyways or write up lies on the repair order that you left satisfied but tell you verbally that theyre not the dealer for you because youre meticulous or you actually care about your investment. Goto San Francisco Toyota where they actually care and know what customer service is. Bought three Toyotas from SF they earned all of my business. City shouldve stayed as $#!tty on the sorry hillside. Bad purchase experience bad service experience. The only positive experience is their rental/loaner car department.

I have a appointment yesterday at 10:30am, they test drive it to find out whats going. Today at 4:15pm Rey called me saying until now they trying to figure it out whats going on my car, he said wait til tomorrow again!. Common now for 2 days now they don’t know whats the trouble on my car????. What a service!!!

I took my toyota tacoma for service, they said 2 hours of waiting and after 5 hours of waiting they gave me my tacoma, the next day I had to return frame on the screen that I needed an oil change, they did not do good service.
Missing staff took more than an hour to receive my vehicle for the first service ...
