I don’t recall the young lady’s name but she’s amazing! She’s usually there during the evenings, ~6pm. She pierced my 13 year old’s ears 2 years ago and mine yesterday. I loved the way she treated my daughter and when I wanted to get 4 more piercings, I immediately thought of her. Super happy I did, I love my piercings!She takes her time, makes a few suggestions or comments on things we sometimes don’t remember or think of but her experience and knowledge have made my experience a pleasant and pain free. She asks what you want and does things to make you comfortable and alleviate any type of anxiety or stress with getting your ears pierced. She’s a perfectionist so you will be a happy customer loving how it looks.

The few times Ive come they never acknowledge your presence. They see you standing there and they dont say anything at all. Very bad customer service!

The person who attends is very kind. I went to put some little earrings on my baby and there is very good hygiene and the lady was very loving and patient. I am very happy and grateful.
