I live in Kansas and bought an excellent Chevy Volt from them without ever setting foot in their office. Al responded to my emails/texts/calls in a timely manner, and patiently answered my numerous questions. He even suggested to have a third party inspect the car since I wouldnt be able to in person, and he offered to deliver the car to a mechanic of my choice for an unbiased opinion. The inspection proved that the condition was as fantastic as it looked in the pictures on their website. Al was transparent about the price and how the title transfer would be handled. The car and paperwork were delivered to my house in less than three days. Al even highlighted every spot on the docs that needed my signature. My Volt looks almost brand new, inside and out. Kudos to their detailing team. Ive been driving it for a week and it performs flawlessly. Overall, Im very impressed with Green Light AW, from the quality of their inventory to how quick and straightforward they make the buying process. I recommend credit union for getting a car loan. Ask them about CUDL financing and state federal and local rebates that are available for pre-owned BEV and less emissions alternative to petroleum based fueled vehicles!

Great selection of EV (and hybrid) vehicles. Cars looked nearly spotless inside and out (I did notice some tiny water marks in an interior crevice or two, but I am also almost certain that I can be clinically diagnosed with OCD), and did not feel in any way uncomfortable about cleanliness in this COVID climate, whether in a car or in their office.Its good that they specialize in EV vehicles - I think it helps with the staff knowing pretty much everything about them there is to know. After about 10 minutes of me asking questions they probably hear all day, every day, I took a baby blue Bolt EV for a spin. Come to think of it, I probably should have asked to test drive others just for fun. Some of those Fiat 500s with the all-leather interiors looked really nice..Anyways, they apparently only get Bolts with the fast charging option, which is great. Many other listings online make you wade through a wall of text to find out whether the car has fast charging or not.It seems like most, if not all, of their vehicles were 3-year leases, single owner, which makes choosing pretty easy and worry-free. I was able to snag a very low-mile Bolt Premium with all the available options. Comparing similar listings online of used and even new Bolts (which are going at steep discounts given the current climate) didnt stack up to the price - no haggling - they offered.Many reviews say that they are not pushy and its true. I always felt that any decision presented was up to me and without undue influence. I took a day to think about the purchase and to do some last-minute research and price comparisons and decided to go for it.The actual transaction was pretty smooth, and considering I just showed up in the morning without having called in prior about my pre-application status literally submitted the night before, it was also pretty quick. Theres a Wendys next door, which of course has bomb chicken sandwiches (and if youre driving an EV theres a good chance youre also avoiding red meat, right?), in case you have to wait a few minutes.I hope I dont have to use the warranty (or maybe I do, just to get my moneys worth?), but it sounds good - not like your typical warranty, as nearly everything is covered. Even the cars lithium-ion drive batteries are given extended protection via the warranty beyond the dealers original 8 years.This was my first time purchasing any car not via Craigslist, and let me say that this dealership is not at all the stereotype. If I have other friends/family in the market for an EV car, I will recommend them.I did not get to see the office dog, unfortunately.

Update 6/2021:Two years and 35k miles after purchase, the Chevy volt is zooming along with zero issues. We will be returning here for any future electric vehicles.Awesome 👏My mom and I bought a 2017 Chevy volt here and we love it! The car was super clean when we bought it and still looks amazing. It has been very reliable so far and it’s such a nice car to drive. Al and Frank were both very friendly chill. They didn’t pressure us and let us test drive the volt and another car on our own. They kindly stayed late at the dealership waiting for our loan approval and even let us take the car home before the entire process was finished. Overall a relaxed and nice experience with nice people.

I purchased my Fiat 500e here. They have good inventory of all kinds of EVs here withgood price. I came in at around 6:10pm and they usually close at 6:30pm. Still they let us test drive and answer questions with no pressure. They stayed late to get the car fully charged. Overall its a good experience with green light auto.

I purchased a used 2017 Fiat 500e from Greenlight, both Al and David helped me with the purchase. That model is not sold in Ohio where I live, so there were some extra hurdles to be jumped by Greenlight to get it done and get the Fiat delivered to me at my home outside of Cleveland. It went off without a hitch because the people at Greenlight are the rare 1% in the used car business that are totally trustworthy and honest. Their pricing is realistic, these guys want to sell cars but value highly the reputation of the dealership and themselves. I literally had the car paid in full before it got loaded on the transporter to be sent to me, no tricks or ad-ons-refreshing! What you need to pay attention to when buying a car here is that they only give you a car key. This is not reasonable. And I wo n’t tell you until the sales contract is signed, which is a bit deceptive.

We drove from six hours away because of their great selection of used EVs. The staff were great to work with and we bought a 2016 VW egolf and trailered it home after a pleasant weekend in the city. I’ll definitely be recommending Green Light AW to all my friends who are switching to electric transport.

The cars all have clean CarFax reports, and the 3-day return policy means you can have the car Inspected by your own mechanic to double check. The location is at the base of San Bruno mountain, where the road provides a hilly, winding test drive. Al, the owner, knows the cars (from Fiats, Chevys, VW to Lexus and Mercedes) and how they compare, and he wants to be sure you get an EV that meets your needs. Very fair prices so don’t expect to negotiate. We are very happy with our new EV and highly recommend Greenlight for anyone in the market.
