I wished to change my alarm and sound system for my vehicles to decorate it with new features. Thanks to one of my friends who suggested me to try the product of this company. Its nice to find a place where you can get all products under one roof. This company is providing all latest features of sound and alarm for any kind of vehicles on affordable rates. I really appreciate them for their quality services.

Really bad place. They are not willing to take fault. Mr. HOISEN the OWNER will not refund me for a mistake his mechanics made. costing me over $150.00 and yet refuses to call me back like he said. its been over a month since he got back from his vacation. BE AWARE

For god sakes DO NOT take your car to these idiots. After spending almost $1000.00 on a Alpine deck and the installation in a 2006 BMW Z4 I have had nothing BUT electrical problems. My husband was trying to do something nice for me and put a upgraded stereo in my car. My car never had any issues nor any electrical problems until this place installed the deck. To top it off they tried saying they had never done a install in a Z4. WHAT!!! Problem was we moved and I cannot locate the paperwork. Still looking as soon as I find it..I will resolve this. Now taking the car to a reputable installer in Vacaville that did a fabulous job on a older Acura and stands by their work. If you don’t want to have an electrical problem with your car find another stereo installer!! If anyone would like further information on my nightmare I would be happy to respond to your questions by all means!! Unfortunately I have to give them a 1 Star they only deserve a negative rating and should not even be in business!!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY SERVICE. I REPEAT: DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY SERVICE. They are negligent, unprofessional, and if they damaged your vehicle like they did mine, they wont take responsibility..*Long story short*THIS IS A CHOP-SHOP. NOT A PROFESSIONAL AUTO INSTALLATION BUSINESS. THEY DAMAGED MY CAR IN TWO PLACES, DENIED THEY DID ANYTHING, THEN TRIED TO BULLY ME (A sexist move for sure).*For the full story, read on...*I was just here, and these guys did a botched job on my car trying to remove a Lo-jack-type GPS device on my car that THEY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED! -- Which ultimately they couldnt find.First off, I called and they told me its an easy 20-30 minute job to remove the device. So I pulled into the garage, asked them if I could stay in the car while they removed it (as I remember seeing it installed under the car), and they said, OH NO, WE NEED TO BE INSIDE THE CAR.So I was like, OK. I stood outside work these guys work. And the longer and longer I waited, I could clearly see that something was wrong. These guys had everything open - they opened up my passenger-side door with a drill in-hand, they opened up my trunk digging through my personal stuff, they moving my seats back and looking behind there.I went up to the guys and said, IS THERE A PROBLEM, WHAT IS GOING ON?And they go, WE CANT FIND THE DEVICE.By this time, my trunk was wide open, they shuffled around all of my work stuff papers in back of my seat, the center console was open, the side-door was open, a panel looked like it had been shifted on the inside of my passenger side.So I said, WHY ARE YOU GUYS DIGGING THROUGH MY ENTIRE CAR? ISNT IT UNDERNEATH THE CAR?They said, WE CANT FIND IT THERE SO IM LOOKING ELSEWHERE.I said, WELL IF IM STANDING RIGHT HERE, WHY DONT YOU JUST ASK ME AND I CAN MOVE MY STUFF. I THOUGHT YOU WERE JUST GOING IN THE HOOD AND UNDER THE CAR.I was so pissed because they said it was a quick 20-minute job, and here we were 25+ minutes later, theyd made no progress, and if they had to go into other areas of my car that I never authorized, they should have asked me - I was standing right there. I was IRATE.I yelled at the owner, asking him what was going on, and he told me to leave.AS SOON AS I GOT BACK INTO MY CAR, I COULD SEE SOME THINGS WERE OFF. I asked the owner, Did you guys touch the INSIDE PANELS of my car. He goes NO, We didnt touch that.Long story short, I got the car back with a BROKEN DIVIDER IN MY CENTER CONSOLE AND A BIG GAP ON THE SIDE WHERE A PANEL WAS REMOVED.I drove away, and called the owner and told him THE DIVIDER ON THE CENTER CONSOLE ON MY CAR IS BROKEN.He goes, WE NO BREAK ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR.I asked him, WHY WHY WAS CENTER CONSOLE OF MY CAR OPEN? He goes WE WERENT IN THERE.THEN: I called back a second time. He goes, OH, I ASKED MY GUYS, AND THEY REMOVED THE CENTER CONSOLE, BUT WE NO BREAK NOTHING. YOU HAD EXISTING DAMAGE IN YOUR CAR.Then I said, WELL, WHY DID YOU DENY THAT THEY WERE WORKING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE? He kept saying,WE NO BREAK NOTHING IN YOUR CAR.Then I asked him about the side-panel that was loose, and he said, WE WERENT IN THERE. I called bullsh*t on him so fast! I told him Id already taken photos, and I wanted to email them to him. He said, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR EMAIL...Make a long story short, Im getting an estimate on these broken and damaged pieces, and Im going to sue them once they try to deny it once again, because they are NEGLIGENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DO BAD WORK.Look at my photos, and feel free to message me if youre still wondering about these people.SAVE YOURSELF THE POTENTIAL TROUBLE, AND FIND A REPUTABLE SHOP. Incredibly friendly guy, was quoted $115 for the install, came back an hour later and it was simpler for them than anticipated, so the price dropped to $85. What honesty!Will be back.

Called for a car alarm estimate and some info. The guy was very rude and on top of that hanged up on me right after he gave me the price. I know for sure Im not going there.. 1 star or below for lack of customer service.

I use to go to bestbuy or frys for my car audio needs, but I decided to drop by this place and I am sooo glad that I did. His prices were affordable comparative to frys and bestbuy. and the service was amazing. everyone was really nice and helpful. They actually cared about my needs.If your in the area and you dont shop from them, most definitely your loss.the service was so good, that i actually came and wrote the first review of my life lolwhat was even cooler was that the owner had the same name as me :D

This folks did not wanted to help because I did not purchase their equipment, they told me I had the wrong camera I asked them to show me their product and their product had the same camera as mine 🀣After that they told me their concern was water going through the drilled holes for the camera and they showed me another camera at an additional cost of 125.00 plus the installation of 250.00 β€œVERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE β€œ
