The employees were not too helpful and didnt seem like they wanted to be there. We did find shoes though

$100 Nikes sole started to come off first day my 6 years old daughter wore them to school. On third day i came back to return/exchange, shoes, box, receipt and card i paid with on hands, and lady at the counter told me store policy is not to accept or exchange it because snickers are worn, and I should process exchange or return with Nike on my own.

I always get my dad shoes here. The other day i was shopping for my lil brother and their staff are nice and helpful. Even though they didnt have my brothers size one of thr workers went above and beyond to find a store that had his size. Definitely more friendly than Foot Locker staff. They just dont have a lot of shoes to choose from. I would shop there again because of how friendly and approachable they are. Foot locker staff just stare off into space standing around doing nothing.
