My boyfriend and I always pass by the store but never go in. We were passing by and heard a song by ja rule that we love so we came in. The staff greeted us and we shopped we only came in for the song. The guy and my boyfriend started talking about the cloths and next thing you know my boyfriend is trying on cloths. My boyfriend has been dieting and losing weight but still thinks he wears a 2x the guy with glasses and long hair helped boost his confidence and told him he was big before too. Anyways my boyfriend left in a large boys club shirt and sweater -thanks to that guy

Ordered two shirts from them online. My shipping and billing addresses were different because I was going to be out of town for a week so I had it delivered to my aunt’s house. They shipped it to my billing address in which I wasn’t home at the time so the package was left outside my porch. The package was stolen off my porch by some degenerate. I called the store explaining what happened and one of the managers said the workers in the warehouse accidentally sent my package to the billing address instead of the shipping address. He apologized, but he said he couldn’t get authorization to send me another package until the boss came in. I called in 2 other times after that and they said the boss wasn’t there still.I wasn’t able to receive a refund for the two shirts I ordered.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least acknowledged that they made a mistake by sending it to the wrong address, but in the end they couldn’t resolve my complaint. I live on the east coast so it’s not like I could walk into the store and talk them about it. I’m sure it’s a reputable store with good people, but the fact that paid for something that I didn’t receive bugs me.

I went in to buy a gift for my brother and had no clue on what to get . My brother is very picky so I was hesitant especially because I saw the prices . An employee named Oscar I think, asked me all these questions and he came back with a bunch of different shirts and sweaters i could choose from. I finally decided on a camo billionaire boys shirt and some matching pants. I will definitely be buying gifts here more often
