The store is clean and the server is nice. The price of 1 scoop is$3.59 and 2 scoops is $5.99. Its quite expensive but the scoop is quite big.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The staff work well together. I pointed out some papers on the floor and I got on it right away. I I noticed how much business they were having and they got people in and out quickly and was attentive to them in their needs and want. Really good ice cream. If anyone goes there I hope your experience is as good as mine was.

Generally only favored a few of their 31 FLAVORS still well made and helpful service.

Best customer service!! I actually drove over 12 miles today just to try this particular store, since the one in Millbrae didn’t have any customer service at all. The young man serving was very courteous and I observed him in between customers sanitizing the utensils That was very refreshing to see him follow all the health guidelines. I would go there anytime I crave for ice cream. Worth the drive Thank you young man for providing an excellent customer service and also abiding by all the next health rules.

I don’t recommend this store. They have a policy at the door that only one group of 4 or 1 person at a time inside the store. I waited outside for my turn. When I went inside the lady manager at night told me that they don’t follow that rule. They let people go in and even entertain someone behind me while I’m still trying to decide what I would get. Why would they post the rule if the manager herself will not impose it? If there’s a negative one I will give that review instead one not coming back to that store locK of training for customer service.

So awesome. Wanted a flavor they were out of and she kindly made it with seperate but same flavors I wanted. Turned out great.

Is a good place for icecream especially during hot weather days and you are craving for something sweet and cold. Besides, its convenient place in the Daly City area where all restaurants are open during day time. Otherwise I enjoy the pistachio flavor that they provide and the only flavor I enjoy a lot.But for a real icecream, I believe that Michelle icecream is the best in the bay area.

Always loved ice cream. I also collect funko pops. When I came to get the new exclusive, I was shocked that this store inflated the price. It was $30. Disappointed by seeing this. Other stores sold the collectible for its MSRP ($12.99). Please price your products accordingly

The worst customer service from the gentleman who was working next to a cute young lady,at the time of ordering, we asked for 4 from Oreo and 2 from Vanilla, which my two 5-year-old girls changed their mindsthe gentleman with an arrogant voice told me but you ordered these, he made the other two with the most arrogance, he totally forgot the customer service, not friendly at all,if I make a mistake when ordering with my children I accept but you never can forget the customer service...

Cant go wrong with some Baskin Robins. Great ice cream and staff. Parking can almost be hard as there is a lot going on in this shopping center.

I hate the baskin robbins in Westlake because its next door to a curry place and i hate curry. Thats a turnoff when you smell that in Baskin robbins. The two dont mix.
