John was excellent. It turns out the previous owner left me a dumpster fire of a garage door hack job panel swap. He made the best of what he had to work with given the lack luster care the door had been given. Door runs as good as a new door even with the old track. I had a new garage door opener installed by Buena Park Garage Door Repair. I called them with a malfunction where the door wouldnt stay down. The technician came out the day after I called. He explained how the malfunction was due to a recent power outage when my power was out several hours. He said that the new openers have a battery backup so Ill buy one of those next time I need a new opener. He reprogrammed the opener, remotes and keypad. Highly recommend!!
