Ordered marinated chicken, beef short ribs, kimchi fried rice and bibimbap. The chicken was flavorful and had the char taste to it. It came with japche, salad and rice. The beef short ribs was the best that I have ever had. Juicy and flavorful and the char made it delicious. Kimchi fried rice is tasty and not overpowering by kimchi. Bibimbap had veggies, ribeye, chili pepper sauce and rice. This was more of a bland dish to me and the chili pepper sauce wasnt to my liking. Overall the food was very good and I would eat here again. It took about 20 minutes from ordering to getting your food. We ordered right at 11am when they open the doors.

Super flavorful kimchi fried rice with beef. Been here about 3 times and food is delicious with hefty portions every time.I used to live closer and wanted to have this again so I ordered for pick up tonight. Person on the phone was super nice.I’ve also had a giant order of their japchae before and that didn’t disappoint at all. Highly highly recommend checking out this gem in Daly City.Really wish I had more words to describe but just go and see for yourself!

Yummy korean food made on the spot. My go to are bulgogi and spicy pork. You will get a variety of rice, noodle, salad and your favorite meat all in one plate. Turn around time from ordering in store to picking up was less than 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, affordable, and lastly delicious!!

To start this review just let me say that Ive been coming to this place for at least 10 years. The previous owners were a nice older gentleman and his wife. The service they provided was top notch and always put a smile on my face when I saw them. Fast forward to now the new owners that are not as great. Ive noticed the portions have gotten smaller and the taste just isnt quite the same. The noodles were hard. The rib portion considerably smaller. Barely any rice at the bottom. Love what this place used to be. Hopefully they step it up. And dont charge me for extra dressing when I just spent 40 dollars on food and tipped 5.

This delicious BBQ spot is tucked away in a corner store, which in itself is also tucked away in a corner, outside of busy commercial areas. That said, if you bookmark this place and follow your treasure map/GPS to this mom and pop hole in the wall, you will not be disappointed by what you find here!

This grocery store/quick service Korean food is likely the best deal for Korean food on the peninsula. I tend to get the spicy marinated chicken for $10. Chicken has just the right amount of spice for me. It comes over rice, served with a side salad and japchae. It is a good amount of food and you will not leave hungry.

Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend you call in your order before so you can stop in the 20 minute parking spot, pick up the delicious goodies, and head home quickly. Interactions with the staff have been pleasant but brief. No complaints for the food. The corner store aspect however is lacking so I wouldnt really come here to shop unless you live nearby.

Amazing. You could smell the BBQ from a block away. Plates was very nicely done, with generous portions and delicious home-made glass noodles, rice and meat. (We got the Kalbi beef and chicken.) This really is more of a takeout place than sit-down, (they have meager table and chairs but youre basically sitting inside of a grocery store.) All the food was great, especially for the price. Will be back.

The Korean BBQ here is such an incredible value. We ordered a platter here with the BBQ pork and just the noodles. While the service wasnt too personable, the product is definitely on point. Portions were generous and enough for three people to share. The store itself has a few seats and tables and a television too if youre sticking around. The grocery aspect is a bit lacking so dont count on finding everything you may need here, but they do have the general potential necessities.

Nicely flavored and you can add a protein for a limited cost. Also, they add an egg on top! My favorite! They have some interesting snacks here too and an assortment of other grocery items!

While Barts is basically a neighborhood mom and pop convenience store, they have a Korean takeout area that you can order Korean food that is better than some sit down Korean restaurants. Portions and quality are great for what they charge.Located up the street from the Daly City BART station. Although there is no metered street parking, parking can be tricky because the store is in a residential neighborhood.I have gone out of my way to drive here to get my Korean food fix. My trio of sure bets are Kim Chee Fried Rice, Bibimbap or Spicy Pork.

Parking, where? Car waiting up the block waiting for someone to pull out. I ended up parking on mission and walked. Exercise before eating. This is a gem of a find. Everything so fresh. Kalbi is beef rib, not too much fat, tender. It includes a salad and jap chee (so good) and rice. Got fried kim chee rice, not too spicy. A few seats inside this grocery store. They really cook everything after you order so it is super fresh. $10 minimum to use credit card. The phone was ringing off the hook but doesnt seem like anyone answering. Three person operation.

Ive been wanting to come here for a long time, read all the great reviews. Either nobody that comes here knows good Korean BBQ or I came on a bad day. First of all, you can not order the meat only ala carte, you have to order the lunch plate which comes with rice & japchae. I ordered the spicy pork, beef and chicken. There was more onions than meat. There was absolutely no taste. I asked for some hot sauce and she hands me packaged Chinese Sriracha sauce while I politely gave back to her. I asked for the Korean hot sauce and was charge $.50 each for a little tiny container. I brought the food home and my sons thought it was so bad that they didnt finish their plate. The hot sauce they gave me was more sour than hot, Ive never had any quite like it.
