My hearing appointment with my hearing specialist Bob of Connect Hearing in Daly City was awesome. I felt like he was super helpful and attended to my requests. As a professional musician that has hearing loss I feel like Bob has helped me be able to hear music better as he has tailored my hearing aids to my specific needs. I live in Illinois and purchased my hearing aids there. While visiting my son in SF, one hearing aid became clogged and I needed a new wax filter, which I did not have with me. I’ve been wearing aids for most of my life almost 50 years and this experience with Robert has been exceptional. Especially, with a new model platform called. Marvel by. Phonak I’ve been wearing for about three weeks now. I was just fitted with a C-Shell receiver with much better results and clarity. This is an excellent recommendation by Robert for someone with single sided hearing. Looking forward to Phonak coming out with a bi-cross technology available for the Marvel platform. This is the best working aid and technology I’ve had in many years. Also I would like to thank Robert and his staff for working with me and giving me an excellent value.
