I should have remembered the sales clerks name but she gave such great service!!! She wrote down everything she was explaining to help us understand our bill. She was patient and understanding. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
Went in to go over my bill and possibly upgrade my phone. What a great experience! Friendly staff, clean environment, and the manager stopped by to make sure I was satisfied.
I had an amazing and sensational experience at this particular AT&T in Dana Point. Everyone is so helpful. Kim, Noah, Ammer, Devin, and Nick all gave me great advice and service. This is my new AT&T spot!
Worst experience I have had for a long time. We went over the weekend to get phones and an iPad. I had not realized they were not an AT&T owned store. I explained that we had 4 devices all were upgradeable on my app until these guys got into my account and SUDDENLY I had no phone upgrades. Hmmm. I could no longer find on app even through I had an email saying I had 4 devices that were available for upgrade. They said had to order my phones. Then they had no iPads and said they couldn’t order. So after paying full price for two phones to be shipped we left. We didn’t go back to set them up. We went to the San Juan AT&T store where we found out that this store had put my two phones on upgrade lock. So I did have both phones valid for upgrade and they locked it. I found out that was to force us to come back to them. We removed that block and set up with the San Juan Store and we will never return to this unprofessional and dishonest store

Carlos was excellent. I had a major cellphone issue that he helped me rectify. He helped me save money on a new phone and transfer my number to a new account. He is an excellent representative and I highly recommend his service and expertise.
Jonathan is an amazing effective and knowledgeable manager. He spent over 2 hours helping unwind egregious billing errorsCould not have been done without him. Kim was very helpful, too. Great, winning team work! Also easy parking as its a corner store
I had excellent service with Johvanny! He was able to take the time to make sure I had the perfect plan that worked for me and my family. He talked me through all the different plans without pressuring me into anything that wouldn’t work best for me. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to him!!
Closed. Only store nearby with the product I needed. Offer curb side but when I arrived, they wouldnt answer the phone. Had to go inside. I know times are tough but service not up to advertised level of service.
The chick that worked there, the night I stopped in after hitting a firetruck and fleeing the scene, was awesome. She let me use her phone to call the police,, try to solve my declined suprise at checkoout, without judging me, and unfortunately, I had to watch lockup and close the store, from the back of a sheriffs car.The posted hours for this location are incorrect- they close at 6 not 7pm.And I was let out of the car, so overall, it was a good experience from the customer service point of view.
The Dana Point Store is extremely accommodating and helpful, especially during COVID. Make sure you make an appointment online get help the fastest. Brian did an awesome job answering my questions and assisting with my account.

I came in there this weekend and was by far the best ATT store that I’ve been to! The staffing was great and had in and out less than an hour.

After a long process of back and forth with customer service in the phone Kevin was able to resolve resolve my issue quickly. I wish I had come here first. Everyone at the store was professional and genuinely wanted to assist in resolving my concerns. It really does matter who you speak to and where you go, this interaction saved me from canceling my service. I definitely recommend shopping here

The worst service. The employee that helped me had poor customer skills and she didn’t have the knowledge to help me with my issue on my phone. She walked away and was so ruid. I bought my phone, Apple Watch and case there. I wish I would never had given them the business. I want to say her name is Laura.I was told also they are Union so they can act that way. They can’t get fired
Very poor customer service from the store manager. I went in to ask for help with my Direct TV account and spoke with a sales person who listened politely and then went to enlist the help of the store manager, who basically wouldnt come out of the back office to speak with me. Just told the sales person to just have me call Direct TV. Guess he/she didnt understand the reason I was in AT&T store was because Direct TV customer service had already hug up me.
Staff couldnt figure out how to get my number transferred... Phone support for two hours only to be told I had to go into a store in person... They could not accomplish the simple task, especially since I had an att number to begin with.
I spoke to Anna, who sounded bored, and not very helpful. When I asked her if she was having a rough day, she replied by saying “am I answering your questions “She needs to get an education in order to hopefully do something she’s passionate about. I was calling to buy a phone, obviously I’ll take my business elsewhere. Lousy service. Anna needs to go home.Shame on AT&T for hiring people like Anna!!!!

AT&T has the WORST customer service of all time. Anna Gonzalez, the manager of this branch, is the worst of them all. We had an issue with AT&T making a costly mistake on our account. Anna told us she could help, made us wait two months, then told us she couldn’t do anything. She was rude the entire time. Worst experience ever.

The manager gave me the run around on me with creating new account. First declined me because of my prepaid card with my name on it and then said it was on to pay with my wifes card then told me he closed my account but never told me.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a new iPhone, and they successfully upselled me to direct TV AND home security system. Okay, were good up to that point. The direct TV and security system came in, but weeks went by and the iphone NEVER ARRIVED. THEN, went into the store and told they iPhone order never went through, that the salesman must have never placed it. But they could order it for me and would get it in a week. Then after a week, I get a message that the iphone was undeliverable to the AT&T store, as THEY PUT IN THEIR WRONG ADDRESS. So, was told that when it got back it would be resent CORRECTLY to the store again for me to pick up. Six days gone by and again no iPhone arriving, get message from AT&T that they got the return. Now unable to get the store on the phone after going through the maze of recordings, rerouting of my calls, computer answering, etc. The people in the store are nice, but now after being patient for almost a month Im mad as hell with the incompetence! I would NEVER buy a phone from AT&T again. Next time, will buy it from the Apple store, as they are efficient, professional and things get done their correctly.
Horrible customer experience. Too many departments that dont communicate and over bill with huge $35 and $49 restoral fees and early termination charges when you just cant stand it any longer.
Helpful staff. Got all of our questions answered and got a new phone.

Horrible service in store and non existent phone service.. Never answer their phone. I kept trying and their system says Ill try to transfer you to a representative and then says Im unable to do that call back later good bye and hangs up after trying a few times. Dont go here no matter what go elsewhere.
I was moving out of state. I did not have a new address but a P.O. box. I had questions about my ATT home phone and Directv. After asking my questions she told me “this is a wireless only store.” There were five sales people just standing around. I went to the store because on line info was non existent.
They have the lowest cellular phone plans, but the cell reception breaks intermedittely. The store is spotless and they never seem busy so theres always someone to help you.

In all my years at being at this store ive learned if your question does not make them commmission, they r super rude,al most as if to say sorry cant help u now please leave the store now and only come back if u wants to mAke a 700 dollar purchase, and dont let the door hit your ass on the way outside . Joseph is particularly the rudest person in redoor ive ever come accrosd and i shop a lot. Ummm like I get it u hate your life but its not my fault I just need a Sim card,lol
When you call them, after following the phone prompts you get an automatic busy signal. Lame!!!
My suggestion to the nice workers in the store --- leave AT&T immediately. The worst possible carrier I know of.

The manager was very unhelpful in converting an iphone 4 to 5. She became combative and stubborn and refused to call headquarters or ask for help from her supervisor. Many of the rank and file tried to help be she refused to provide customer service.
A lot of work + no employees = poor customer experience...when they can’t even check you in to the line correctly, you go somewhere else. Plan to spend at least 2 hours here if you need something done
