Excellent BR store. I went with my kids. The employees are friendly and polite and everything looks flawless. I will be back for more ice cream!

This location still doesnt have tables. I have 2 preschoolers so my options are take ice cream home so its melted, let them eat ice cream cones in the car so its a huge mess, or eat on the sidewalk in the parking lot... which is unfortunately what we did 3 times in a row. I will be not be going back. Theres a Baskin Robins 1 city over that has tables and they have a larger selection.

Its hard to be in a bad mood in an ice cream shop to begin with, but the Baskin-Robbins in Dana Point always brightens my day. Fun warm staff, personalized service, smoothly run and incredibly fast, especially given the hospitality they give you.

This location is under new management! I went there today to pick up a cake that I ordered over the phone and was very pleased with the service and the cake. Even though I live 15 minutes away from this location and there are 2 other locations closer to me (San Clemente and SJC), those locations were not answering their phone. This Dana Point location did answer the phone, so they got my business. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They were all wearing face masks, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this location and I will be back.

I order a monster themed Halloween ice cream cake for my family this week. I’ve never ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins before and I couldn’t be happier with cake!! It was delicious and the online ordering was EASY. Thank you Baskin Robbins! We’ll be back!!

The ice cream at Baskin Robins will taste the same here as any other, great, but that is the only great thing about this location. The owner is very rude and has very poor customer service. I have felt on many occasions over years that he comes across to favor some individuals based off race and social class. This is very discrediting towards me offering any of my support to his business. Talking to others they have had the same experience. I am sad to say this but feel it is necessary.

I’ve been to this baskin robins before, and they’ve always been super chill, and fast. But, one night, I was craving some ice cream. The time was 9:18 at night, and I walked in, and the guy told me that they were “closed.” I quickly looked online and saw that they close at 10:00. C’mon man! #bruh

Best ice-cream shop in town!

Old guy rude af! He was rushing everybody to order because a line had formed, they had ran out of some ice creams and some was very low, one lady wanted 4 cups but he told her she had already gotten 2 cups with 2 scoops and he couldn’t give her more! It was a disaster I never want to visit here again

Wouldnt even give me 1 scoop of ice cream on my birthday. Since a drivers license doesnt count as a credible source to obtain one scoop of ice cream they made me go online and sign up. Signed up and Baskin Robbins never sent me an email for my free scoop. Just didnt think 1 scoop of ice cream for someones birthday was such a big deal but apparently it is.

I love Baskin Robbins. The Gold Medal Ribbon is my favorite flavor. Get it!
