I came in today and the staff members were really eager to help me and everyone was very pleasant and easy to deal with! They had the ink cartridges I needed and checkout was a breeze. Brett Greenberg is that guy. He is the sole reason why I brought my 5 digit purchase to Best Buy. There is no one more professional, knowledgeable and straight up honest. Walked with me the entire in home consultation and gave a real opinion. Also helps he is just a nice person. Highly recommended and I will never go anywhere else for electronics as long as he is there. I also have never met him before this and this is a fair and honest review.

Like most stores today, the people who work there are not experts at what they sell. I wanted to buy a higher quality shotgun mic to use on my iPad. Not only dont they sell what I needed, they said it was impossible. A half hour of research later I learned what I needed to do and buy and I was able to buy everything from Amazon. I would love to be able to support local businesses, but they are making it hard to do so.
We did the curbside pickup - such an easy experience. Buy your stuff online, park in a numbered spot and (through a link they email you) let them know youre outside.My stuff came out in less than 5 minutes. No app needed. I actually like this method of shopping and hope it sticks around!

This review has been a long time coming. Repeatedly time after time cant get what you need because its locked away and its so understaffed or employees see you and pretend to look away as you stand there as you stand before the thing you need. This problem has existed pre-covid so its a behavior that flows from management or an organizational level. Its as if they want you to go buy at Amazon.

Recently I bought a new iphone from this location, Casey was a huge help. Not only did he guide us through our purchase but he also helped further inform us about how cell towers, 5g, LTE and sim cards work. He also took the time to find a way to get the phone I wanted without disrupting our current plan. Overall it was quick, easy and a great learning experience.

Good Best Buy. Well stocked, good inventory, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Compared to many Best Buys, this one has a much better selection and doesnt suffer from inventory or staffing shortages like many others do. The staff here seems genuinely passionate about their work and are readily able to answer more complex questions. They almost always have staff with expertise in each department. They have a great selection of everything from desktop and laptop peripherals and accessories, fully built desktops, laptops, printers, TVs, car audio equipment, printers, games, mobile phones (for every carrier), headphones, business supplies, and just about everything else. Never too busy, good at handling returns and any other issues, etc. The curb-side pick-up for online orders is a breeze and ultra fast and convenient, and they usually have much more available for immediate pick-up than other stores in the area. Great for both personal and business needs. I have also found that they have better promotions and sales than other Best Buys in general. Would definitely recommend this location over any other in the area!

I went to Best Buy in Danbury to buy a Samsung TV for my new vacation Villa in Florida. Everyone was super friendly but a guy Brett in electronics went above and beyond. 🙏😉Ive never had such friendly, knowledgeable customer service before in my whole life. Brett recommended a model of TV slightly different than the one I planned to buy. Its better and saved me money! 💲💲💲🙏I was planning to buy all of my appliances at home depot, but Brett was so amazing I decided to go with Best Buy. By the time I left I had taken care of my fridge, washer, dryer, two TVs, sound bar and TV mounts! It wasnt one of those experiences where you felt like you got taken advantage of.The price I got for everything was cheaper than other stores. Not only that, the deliveries were absolutely seemless. I have been having such a hard time with other delivery companies. 😠Not with Best Buy. Everything came when they said it would come, the installation guys were awesome (this was FL not CT). I had a small dent on my fridge but they quickly sent a service tech out two days later. 😋I cant say enough about Danbury Best Buy, and particularly Brett. Highly recommended.
I’m not sure what is happening with this company’s ordering log but it isn’t operating correctly. We ordered a range that the store notified us was badly damaged in transit. We declined the delivery and canceled the order because to get the model we want we have to wait. It is now on back order. Here’s the crazy part, we receive calls notifying they are taking our old range away, each day — long after we canceled! The messages are reminding of us of a future haul-away appointment that they keep pushing back. We don’t need a haul away— they knew that when we canceled the whole order for a refund. We get live associates calling us about hauling away too. So, we alert them of their error: “we canceled it. We need no haul away.” Associate: “Oh ok”, And then a call the next day, and the next... Please stop, already!

This store used to be better. Some of the employees won’t ask if you need help and just walk past you, and will come off as annoyed if you ask. This is not always the case, there’s a few good ones, but most of the time it’s an issue. I once bought speakers at the home theater section, and an employee was joking around with the other one that was ringing me out, basically judging my choice of purchase and probably thinking that I couldn’t hear him. I ignored it but it’s flat out rude. Don’t get me started on their phone line. If you try to call them, you will never get anyone to answer. I now avoid this place and go somewhere else or online if i can.

We did curb side pick up. It was extremely easy to place our order online. They also did a great job of making it very easy and convient to pull into our curbside pick up parking space. They brought out our stuff super fast and customer service was great. I would give this place many many more stars if possible.

One of the better that Ive been to over the years. Been there at least 2o times in the in the last 90 days, as though there are more accessible options with delivery such as Amazon, the consistency of being paired with an associate who knows what theyre talking about and doesnt try upselling you, but instead offers comparable options which may suit the need better.All of my recent interactions in regard to the varying equipment which included drones, stereo receiver(s), cameras and vlogging equipment, video games, smart home optimization, smart lighting have all been above optimal.And I realize whilst proofreading this... that I have a problem 🤦🏾♂️

Great Place! I have bought most of my gaming tech (other then the PC itself) such as monitors, keyboards (I like the Razor one) gaming mice, controllers (for my console), games, headsets, and more! They have affordable prices, and great variety. If you want tech this is the place to get it.

I always go through them because I never have any issues their warranty is a 100% legit. It covers what it says based on the package you buy. Never had an issue so I will always go back to Best Buy.

Looking into a new computer for my daughter. The guy was nice but didnt really listen to my needs at all. I gave him a price point and he immediately ignored it and offered me products that were twice what I was asking for. I left empty handed.

Ordered my kids gifts and it was picked and ready in 30 minutes. I drove right in for curbside pick up...clicked the link and was on my way home in no time. Very efficient.

Do not trust this store or its employees. Was told my purchase would be ready for pick up today. Store waited until after pickup hours(which ends at 11pm) to claim my item was now ready for pickup. I showed up anyways since the app clearly stated that my item was ready to be brought out to me, and the store was closed, and I was left without the item that the best buy still assured me was ready, blatantly misleading.When I called earlier to check they only had 5 items to be prepared for pickup so it was NOT and issue of being understaffed, but simply imcompetence that my order and likely others were completely forgotten.

Comfortable experience with no pressure. We are renovating our kitchen and needed all new appliances. We were greeted by all the employees who worked in the appliance department and asked if we needed any help. We were helped by Cliff and Brett. They were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable about the appliances we were looking at and ended up buying. Thank for a great no pressure buying experience.

Best Buy in Danbury, CT has been our go store when it comes to electronics. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Never pushy and willing to answer all your questions. Our most current visit was a busy day and we had all the assistance we needed. Replaced my Samsung cell, purchased a Surface 3 and a HP laptop.
