Today I received back my 2021 Audi Q8 from its first 10K service and a few small issues I had experienced. I travel all the way from Brooklyn NY to have Audi Danbury service my car because great experience from years past. A great team all around from sales to now my first service experience. The video and chat via SMS communication is also a great tool for client and service managers which is new to me as this Q8 is my first new car in 20 years. Its great to see a bunch of informed people representing a great brand. Its not easy to find these days and for those looking I recommend the team at Audi Danbury for any Audi sales and service needs.

The fuel door on my S6 wouldnt open when refueling in Buffalo, so I had to use the emergency manual latch inside the trunk. Which, of course, snapped in two after many careful tries. But the fuel door opened, and after filling up, closed the fuel door and tested it. It worked fine, so I thought I was in the clear (other than getting the emergency latch replaced). Drove to a friends place in Clinton Corners, NY. Tried the door again out of curiosity the next day. Wouldnt work.Now I was in trouble. There was no way I was making it back to Rhode Island that night with only 3/8 of a tank of gas. I found Audi Danbury along the way and caught them about 30 minutes before close. The guy who helped me out (Nathaniel, I think?) got me a loaner car to get back to RI so my roommate and I could get back to our jobs on time. Meanwhile, Audi Danbury fixed the door and the emergency latch in just two days. Even though I had to go all the way back to western CT, this was still a life saver. Thank you, Audi Danbury!!

Im a real Car Head now going on 70 years old and have owned & serviced over 100 vehicles over the years. Just moving to Southbury & having my AUDI serviced at AUDI Danbury, I was handled promptly, courteously & professionally. The Service Advisor Nate Lorenzen arranged for a loaner car and kept me informed through out the day on my vehicles progress. The service performed was intense and Tech #35484 who preformed the work, also sent me a video on the particular tasks requested by me, including a Vehicle Inspection. I give Nate a 10 because he coordinated the day and I believe he and the entire Service Team got the memo on excellent Customer Service. I had the pleasure of working with Courtney as my sales associate who made the entire process easy, stress and hassle free. She was incredibly attentive and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. I cant recommend working with her enough. I also had a wonderful experience with Marcel, the finance manager as well as Taylor, the brand technologist. Everyone was so friendly, easy to work with, and made the whole experience a wonderful one. If youre looking to get into an Audi, I cant recommend Audi Danbury enough for your needs.

My Q5 is the worst car I have ever owned, and this is by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with in the luxury car market. My delivery was a disaster... They basically threw the keys at me, emailed me eight videos from YouTube, and told me to have a nice life. Since then, I have had nothing but technology problems and glitches occurring with this car. Every time I have contacted them, they are rude and condescending. This time, when I picked my car up at the dealership after a repair (no loaner offered, BTW), they actually created more problems for me than they solved, and then acted put-out when I asked them to fix what they messed up . When you spend this kind of money on a vehicle, at the very least, you should be able to expect to be treated with deference and respect . You wont get that here, not in their sales department, not in their service department... even the receptionist is rude! Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I purchased my car last year and had a great experience however two months later once the weather started to get warmer, I turned on the AC and noticed that it was blowing out hot air. I called the dealership and they had me come in to take a look at it l, fixed it within three hours and now a year later, I noticed my air conditioner is ONCE AGAIN blowing out hot air! I called the dealership and they claim I never had an issue though they remember me coming in and said since it’s been a year they are no longer available to help me. I do not understand how a dealership can sell a car to a customer with a non working AC. Now I will be forced to spend an outrageous amount of money on something that should have never been broken in the first place.

Ok so I was interested in a new car and I noticed they had stock of a particular color combination. I called and spoke with a salesperson (young guy). I informed him I live a bit far but would be willing to come see the car. He said it wasnt in stock any longer, so I asked him to search their database to see if one is available nearby for me to see with the possibility I would purchase it through them if they can get it from a sister dealership. The guy actually had the nerve to I WILL ONLY SEARCH IF YOU CAN PUT DOWN $1000 and AGREE TO BUY. Are you freaking kidding me, I even informed I was handicapped and he still didnt budge. AUDI needs to be aware this guy/dealership is taking money for a simple search. SHAME ON YOU AUDI DANBURY. My business and hopefully others will go somewhere else.

Absolutely thrilled by my experience with Audi Danbury. They cam to fix my flat and were here in 20 minutes. Jeff was polite & professional and so fast!! I then spoke with Cassie to book my appointment to either have my flat tire repaired or purchase a new one. She made sure to check if it was in stock and when it wasnt, ordered a new tire for the same day and booked my appt for the following morning. The dealership is GORGEOUS and has the BEST waiting area (huge, airy, & very spread out) with a coffeemaker to rival a Starbucks barista, PLUS water, juice, and tons of snacks. tbh, I was disappointed my tire only took an hour, I could have stayed there all day!! But everyone was so gracious and attended to my car quickly (including an exterior wash) that I was sent on my way home. Sigh. Looking forward to returning for my 1 year service this summer.

I would give zero stars for the service department at Danbury Audi if it was an option. I just spent $1,878 to repair breaks on my 7 year old Audi Q7. They replaced pads, rotors and sensors. A typical brake job. This is an absolute travesty and a complete RIPOFF. I spoke to a mechanic friend of mine who told me that they took me to the cleaners. He said the price, at best, should be half that cost. Please BEWARE of this place.

I was driving from NY to Boston when the check tire light came on in my A3. I saw a sign for the Danbury Audi dealership. I pulled in to the service bay and explained to the young man (Stephen). He enthusiastically said, I can help you with that! Within minutes all four tires were checked, air added where needed and I was back on the highway. A service person who understands service and customer service! I wish I lived closer as I would like to be greeted and helped by Stephen every time my car is serviced!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. They happened to have the exact vehicle with the exact features I wanted and it was close enough to drive to pick up the vehicle.The team at Danbury made an absolute mess of every step of the process and on top of it were routinely rude to me. It was a purchase I was very excited about but with just a few interactions I was completely torn. They had the vehicle I wanted but I had to throw all my pride out the window to purchase from such an astonishingly rude team. The sales manager finally called back and he was worse than anyone else and directly insulted me numerous times. It was absolutely insane. I can honestly say without a doubt it was the worst experience I have ever had with any business, EVER. I would highly recommend Audi as a brand, the cars are amazing. However, I wouldnt want anyone to have the same experience I had with this dealership. There are plenty of dealerships and I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. In hindsight I would never have gotten involved with this dealership had I known the hassle, frustration, redundant conversations and downright rude and unprofessional interactions I would have with the two members of this sales team, one being the sales manager. At one point they relisted my car that I had a deposit down on and didnt even bother to tell me. I was thinking everything was good to go to pick up my car and when I called to schedule the pick up the sales manager literally yelled at me and told me youre not coming to buy any car today. Then told me he had to see if the car I put a deposit on was still available as they had listed it for sale again without telling me. I had taken a day off of work that day which was a waste of time and money all because they had poor communication, lack of professionalism and a general disregard for my time and effort. Do not buy from this dealership!!! I can tell you with the way they handled things with me, the fact that that is even possible for them, you DO NOT want to do business with this team.

My wife and I have been customers of Danbury Audi for over 20 years. We have leased or purchased 10 Audis from them. We have checked price at other dealerships to be sure we are getting the best deal. In every case with three different sales people the quoted deal was better there. We didnt have to work to get a good deal they just quoted us one we could never beat. Joe Myers is our current sales person and he has completely earned our trust. My service writer is John Hansen. He has always gone over and above to take care of us. Also Al Cretacci has done the same. Even the finance director is great. Every time you go there they ask if you are completely satisfied and yes I am. The reason I took the time to give them this review is partly because of how frustrating it is to deal with most of the other Companies I deal with. I hope they might see how fair, honest and good customer service can still be beneficial!!!

I found Danbury Audi easy to locate, right off of Route 84 next to the Danbury Mall. I walked in was immediately matched with a sales rep, Steve C. I felt comfortable, not rushed, not pressured. We went over the Audi A4s, took one for a longer than usual test drive. (Most car dealers take you for a quick test drive). Came back and went over many of the perks of the cars/ especially the model and went to work trying to locate the car that I wanted. I am very pleased with Audi Danbury. The newly upgraded service facility is well done. The personnel continue to be excellent. I was in and out with a loaner in no time. The loaner, an A3, is a striking car, just beautiful. A call later that AM told me when to pick up my TT and I returned to have it pulled up washed and vacuumed, ready to leave. No surprises, no disappointments. I have been there twice for service and they are always extremely pleasant to deal with.I called today because I left a item in the loaner vehicle on Saturday. Not only did they call the person who currently has the loaner to check if the item was there but they were able to get the item back to me tonight. Amazing!I have called two other times for questions about service and they are extremely helpful and pleasant. Ive taken my cars to Audi for service for years. Everyone is professional, courteous, and friendly. You are always treated with respect. For that, I would give Audi Danbury 5 Stars.I did deduct one star rating for the lack of having the cars returned washed. Over the past few years, the car washing that they would do upon the return of your vehicle has either ceased or was done poorly.I will continue to take my car to Danbury Audi, but I do hope they address the car cleaning aspect. When a customer leaves, one would expect it would be in a properly serviced and CLEAN vehicle; leaving a lasting impression upon the customer. They cannot see the service performed, but they can see a clean car.

Purchased a new Q5 from Danbury Audi and the experience was smooth and effortless. Sat with Joe Miller, discussed what I was looking for and fortunately they had a similar vehicle on the lot. I was given a prearranged loaner car.My car needed rear brake pads replaced. Great service at Danbury Audi! I brought my Q5 in for its 15K-mile appointment and was very happy with the experience. I waited for my car and the waiting area was very comfortable. Bought a 2011 4cyl Q5 new from them and recently had just about 75k miles on it, Had it dealer serviced from the start. Oil usage was very high (1 qt. every 650-700 miles). Took it in for my 75k service and they replaced oil seals for NO CHARGE. Was told to call back if the low oil light came on as they were doing a test on the engine. Oil light came on in about 1k miles. Brought the car in, they replaced the pistons and returned the car within a week while I had a Q5 loaner, FOR NO CHARGE!!. This was done off warranty, Yes, I will be buying another Audi from this dealer again. The best in service and quality of personal you can have. I can only guess if any other company would do this for a car off warranty. The cost to have the seals and pistons replaced is easily over $5k. If you want a premium experience in every sense of the word, go to Danbury Audi.

I would definitely recommend Danbury Audi! Recently I just had my car serviced, I called a week prior and the appointment was made to my convenience. I deal with John Hansen in the service department, he is always available to answer any questions I may have. Also he makes sure to call me if I need any further service on my car. He is very professional and efficient. The dealership is very clean, and everybody is very friendly and helpful.

Danbury Audis Service Department is possibly the best service department Ive dealt with over my lifetime of servicing cars (40 years, 17 cars and 9 brands). They have a great process; youre in and out in very few minutes. They have really well informed associates that communicate information in a timely and understandable fashion. Most importantly, they tell you where you stand financially each step of the way. Highly recommended!

Great service. Everyone is very helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and get a loaner car for the day. Gabrial was my service agent and he made note of my concerns and had them addressed. I highly recommend Danbury Audi for service.
