I have previously leased 3 different cars in my adult life from 3 different dealerships traveling all around Long Island to compare prices, talk with dozens of salespeople spending hours and hours of my free time and overall having an experience as unpleasant as dental surgery where at the end I feel like a fool taken advantage of. This time however I thought I would try a different approach. I found Tristate Auto Champs on the Google and was actually pretty concerned with the amount of not good but RAVING reviews everyone had left. Seemed too good to be true. Reid is an absolute magician! After waiting for about 2 months for a Ridgeline I thought would never become available due to the pandemic, high demand, and the chip shortage, Reid finally calls with amazing news that one is arriving in a week or so and it’s got my name on it. The only difference however….. it’s got more bells and whistles then we originally anticipated!!!! Being the magician that he is though, he worked the deal of a century and made me the most happiest owner of 2021 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E with tons of extra packages, all while maintaining my budget. We had been trading information as we embarked on the journey and so I scheduled a call with Andrew. If I could give 6 stars I would. The best vehicle experience I have ever had in 20 plus years buying or leasing a new car. Just the thought of going to the dealership, the hassle, the back and forth etc gave me heart burn. Andrew and Reid handled everything, I got an unbelievable deal on an amazing Acura MDX A Spec, and they were able to liquidate my other vehicle for top dollar. I cannot recommend them enough

Decided to try a new car-buying service when it came time to turn in our Grand Cherokee. My last rep didnt really seem like he wanted my business as he was often unreachable. Due to the way the lease was structured (with a local company), that didnt turn out to be the case, but the fee I paid was more than made up for with the amount of money I saved on our new Forester, and Reids incredible patience with my many questions over the months prior to purchase. Any time I had a question, Reid responded almost immediately, even on the weekends. When I asked for a cost breakdown of my new lease, he gave me as many details as I requested and then some. At the last minute, we decided to buy, and there was no drama with the switch from lease to purchase. Exceeded my expectations on every level.I first heard about TriState through an ad on YouTube. I had already completed a bunch of research and had a solid idea of what I wanted and what I would pay. Within a week he let me know that he had found the vehicle and negotiated a price.Most exciting, Reid negotiated a price that was at least $3000 less than what I expected to pay.
