I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the way this company handled a situation. They have a very specific service of wrapping childrens cranial helmets on their site and even show many pictures of the work they have done (and I get that its not their main gig, and there arent many companies that offer it- so I was excited to find them). I called over and spoke with an employee named Ryan, who was very polite and cordial on the phone and he assured me that they could certainly design a helmet wrap for my son. I called on a Wednesday and promptly e-mailed the design over to him and he said he would have an estimate back to me on Friday. I didnt hear back until the following week (which was ok) at which point he said they would be able to design the wrap but because of Covid- could not actually put it on (I would need to do it myself) and asked if I was still interested in an estimate for that. I said I was, and at which point he said he would send me the estimate. This never happened. The company never called me back or emailed me. After a week went by, I called over and the man that answered the phone (who apparently was the designer and could have answered my question about the estimate had he stayed on the phone with me) told me Ryan was with another customer and he would call me back. Not hearing back from the company again, I called the next day. At this point Ryan said, the designer said he hasnt done these helmets in a long time since Covid and could not make my wrap. And basically that was that.I feel like this company led me on for 2 weeks just to decide they didnt want to offer a service anymore that they say they offer on their site and then it took me calling them multiple times for them to finally tell me they werent able to do it. It was just a huge waste of time as I could have scheduled with another company in that time.Its definitely not the end of the world thing, and I will say the employee named Ryan (while not timely in getting back to customers) was pleasant, what a run-around from the company.

I contacted Signarama to wrap my sons Doc Band. I have never heard of Signarama nor did I know anyone who had used them; I found their information through a Google search. Their staff was extremely friendly from the very beginning. I sent them the specific design I was looking for and they were able to match it perfectly. They wrapped my sons Doc Band in less than an hour on the day that we brought him in for it to be wrapped. During the scheduling process we were informed how long it would take and that there is a plaza nearby if we wanted to shop around to kill time. We appreciated that so we didnt have to sit around with the baby while we were waiting. The staff was extremely friendly and we even heard from via e-mail after the band was wrapped. We had an excellent experience. My son may need another round for his Doc Band and we will be sure to use Signarama in Danbury again for the wrap if that is the case.

Ive had over seven different projects produced by Signarama in the last few years. I have to say it has been a pleasure working with Bob and Brianna. Being a designer, I am a stickler for perfection in the details--they have come through beautifully. A few of the other area sign companies I have use have not, which is why I go to them first. Great work guys!

I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the inability to rectify their mistake. We made an appointment a week prior for a sales representative to meet us at a local commercial building for various outdoor sign projects. I called the day before to confirm the appointment. The morning of the appointment, no one showed up. After twenty minutes, we contacted the Danbury branch and they informed us that the sales representative called out sick but that if we want him to come, he would still meet us out there. My simple response was that its understandable if the rep. is sick, but someone should have contacted us, so we cancelled the appointment. About 40 minutes after our appointment, I receive a phone call from the sales rep. that he will go out and meet us. I explained that we already waited 40 minutes and we dont have the time to wait for him to come out and that missing the appointment is extremely unprofessional and they should have at least called us. He became defensive and asked if I want his job and told me that he did not care if we didnt use them. We arranged appointments with two other vendors that day, who were both on time and extremely professional.
