Customer service was great. This review only reflects the product. At first I was having terrible sleep the sales team said this is normal when finding your sleep number. I tried so many settings for a week at a time each and couldnt seem to get comfortable. I tried a mattress topper seemed to be slightly better but still wasnt doing the trick. By the time I had enough the 100 day return policy expired. Needless to say I feel like I wasted thousands on an over priced air mattress.

I really knew very little about Sleep Number beds and the web site was not nearly informative enough. Now I can hardly wait for the bed to be delivered! Ms. Anju was professional and answered all my questions so, I left the store actually feeling confident with the purchase .

Store service is mediocre at best but the credit card provider (Synchrony Bank) is horrific. They closed my account after 2.5 years for no reason. 0% deal is bogus they will ruin your debt utilization for no reason other than they are making no money! Go anywhere but here to purchase. BAD BUSINESS

I decided to go to Sleep Number off a recommendation from my brother who has loved his Sleep Number bed for several years now. Anju was very helpful with choosing a mattress. She explained the way they work and the differences between the models. She was up front with all the pricing and fees. What I liked most is that she gave me time and space to try out multiple models. I always fear salespeople being on top of you while you are trying out the beds. I was happy to not have that experience here! I purchased a mattress, but a few days later wanted to go back and try again just to make sure I made the correct choice. She was again very helpful and stepped back while I tried out the mattresses, which I found very respectful. I cant wait to get my new bed!

Nick was exceptionally helpful. He made our opinions important while he took his time with us. He was sweet, not overly-pushy, and efficient. He helped my husband find a bed, which is no small feat (think princess and the pea). Overall loved our experience and will definitely recommend others to go to that specific store to deal with Nick.

Amazing place. Kelly was so friendly and helpful . She spent the time to answer all my questions. Must have spent an hour in the store and not once did she seem annoyed or bothered. I was allowed to try out pillows and she even helped me swap out a pillow that I did not like for a better one. The beds here are amazing I have owned one for 10 years now and will never get rid of it. I highly recommend you go here if your thinking of a new bed!

James answered all of our questions, took his time with us, and didnt pressure us into making a decision. We went home, thought about it, and went back to make our purchase a week or so later. He answered even more questions we had, and let us know what to expect every step of the way. Our bed arrived today, as scheduled. We cant wait for the good nights sleep we know well be having!!!

My mom and I went to this store for the first time, just to find out about their products 30 minutes before their closing time. Nick, the sales person, was so helpful that we ended up purchasing the dream bed. He stayed an extra hour and a half after closing time so that we had everything we needed. Were very pleased with our experience.

Excellent experience. We were greeted promptly. Our sales associate Anju was very informative and attentive and not pushy. Ill be going back to get some more accessories. Keep up the good work!

Terrible bed, terrible service, never again. I purchased a very expensive sleep number bed less than five years ago and it has failed to work properly. After spending $200 just to get the bed serviced, I was told that yes there is always a well in the middle of the bed and no there’s nothing they can do about it – unless I want to buy a new bed because according to the repair man my five-year-old bed is very very old. What a sham! I would never buy another bed from them nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Just went to Bob’s and got a fantastic bed at half the price with great customer service.

Store is off in small building of this multi-building shopping center. Saleswoman was helpful and explained all the details of each bed system. She allowed us to try each mattress multiple times and answered our questions completely. We bought one!

Just bought a $5500.00 bed from here . You need to pick up one for yourself!

Nick was our salesman. He was fabulous!! Professional, very knowledgeable, Nick was able to answer any and all our questions and concerns. Nick is also very friendly with an outstanding personality. He knows these beds and the operations of the beds inside and out. We didnt feel pressured by Nick at all. Nick is an ASSET to your COMPANY as Whole not just the Danbury Connecticut store.

This review relates directly to the delivery experience and not to the mattress or sales experience itself. please be aware of that when they say they will set up your new bed and remove your old bed this is misleading. upon delivery I was told that they could not touch or remove the mattress frame I had on my old bed- that they could only remove the mattress itself-even though I had purchased a new mattress frame. I was really left in the lurch and had to call a friend to come over and tried to take apart the bed I had no tools and was not familiar with how to do it as I assumed that after purchasing an $8000 bed I would in fact have my old bedroom moved and my new bed assembled. Nope.
