I should be embarrassed to say I buy a lot of booze; wine, liquor, and beer. Ive shopped at many liquor stores in my life. And its true that the standard bottles on the shelf store is all you need but this store is better. First of all its big. Their selection is very good and changes constantly. I told the guys that work there I dont know how they keep adding new product. The prices are the best. And if you need help their service is great. When I ask for help selecting a wine the gentleman always gives me good advice. I asked him if he samples all of the wine. He said something like, its a tough job but someone has to do it and we laughed. I always get a greeting when I walk in and friendly help too. And if you want something they dont have just ask and if its possible theyll get it.Nice people, neat isles, cold beer and other products, great store.

I must say the folks that work here are beyond amazing. Super nice and knowledgeable. I sent an email and they responded so fast and were so great. When I went to pick up my order they were phenomenal about answering my questions and taking care of me. The selection is always superb and if they dont have something you are looking for they will always do their best to order it for you. The fact that they are willing to go above and beyond and are happy to do it is what makes this place A++. You will never have a bad experience here.

Great selection, good prices, helpful staff. However, the staff is very inconsistent about wearing masks during this pandemic. The guys behind the counter stand around chatting with their masks down under their chin and only pull their masks up over their mouth as you approach them. That is not the way to keep your customers or you safe. And today, one of the guys behind the counter had NO MASK on as he carried on a conversation with someone standing next to me (a vendor maybe). Sorry guys, I like your store, but I wont be back until the pandemic is over. Its too risky.

Favorite liquor store in Danbury, let me tell you why.Found this place from casually strolling by on a Sunday afternoon after doing groceries at Trader Joe’s and getting some chipotle. They have great prices and all types of wine, beer and spirit.The owner seems to always be there when we go and he’s very knowledgeable along with the friendly staff that is always ready to help you out with decision making or to find a specific product.In no time, this became our go to liquor store. We’ve been here several of times and each time we come they always have a special on wines. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. They also have a whole section on rare beers which I love. The store isn’t huge but it has all the essentials. Honestly, what always brings me back is I don’t ever feel pressured to have to buy anything or that all eyes are on me while I’m trying to stroll through the store.Definitely check them out if you’re ever in the area!

Arrogant, dismissive older salesperson. I went in to ask about 1792 Full proof. Mentioned it is rated as the 2020 bourbon of the year in the Whiskey Bible. Sales man who looked like a bum said “there’s lots of whiskeys out there” and interrupted the kind helpful young salesman! The old guy was also on his speaker phone while interrupting us. We Complained to the guys behind the counter and they looked confused. I assume at least one of them was the owner. Then asked them about the price of said bourbon and they said “it’s out of stock”. We said yes, but what was the price? Finally told us. Maybe the young salesman should run the place...he is worthy of the star I put down. Sorry not impressed.

This is an easy place to get to. Its a small place but they have a huge selection. And they have the one red wine that I like the best called Dornfelder its a German wine its really good. Im not a huge wine drinker but this is my number 1. Also you cant buy this in NY for some reason. So check them out and pick up your favorite bottle.

Tried picking up a bottle of wine on the way home from a long drive. I have an out of state license, and look young for 23 so I understand double checking, but this is the first time Ive been refused. Forced to drive out of the way to Bevmax instead.

Generally a decent place, if a bit hard to navigate. Avoid if you see a really muscular dude with a bad tattoo on his upper arm at the register. Guy seems to be on a bit of a power trip.

Although they had some quality craft New England style IPAs, I was greeted rudely and without assistance after requesting help. The owner also pushed my beers aside as I waited at the register counter to check out, to accept an Amazon box from a UPS delivery guy. While I waited for the owner, he prioritized opening the Amazon box that held cases of Redbull cans, which he resells for a higher price probably. Not until then, did they ring me up.
