I have saved up some money to finally get my ears pierced. I wasted 300+ and i got about 8+ piercing the same day. I asked before piercing them since it was a lot of piercing and the worker said it was totally fine. a week later a piercing went thru my skin and i had to go to the emergency room to get it out. After that the doctors told me to take out 5 of my other piercings leaving only my right ear piercings. A few weeks later my cartilage on my right side got really infected it gave me severe ear aches, i couldn’t sleep at night so i took it out. The next week my other piercing on my right ear got infected as well. So i went from having 10 piercings to having 1 piercing now because they all got infected. Notice that i took care of them and used the after care but it was not working. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Earrings were expensive and they were not safe for my ears.

Necklace broke, warranty expired, I was originally told that the warranty was for 2 years and wasnt supplied the warranty info with purchase. I was told that its only a 1 year warranty. She replaced the necklace for us anyway! Very happy with service.

The girls here Justina, Lindsay, and Taz are excellent salepeople and know how to treat their customers, any other place doesnt cut it at all. I recommend anyone looking for jewelry to go to them theyll hook you up!!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The piercer was alright. She was courteous enough but the $30 earring I had to pay for with the process gave me an infection.Ive never had piercings that took 4+ months to heal, even though I was caring for them regularly.I had to change my earrings with some of my own to finally get some more comfort.Their ear-care solution did not seem to do anything for me either. Peroxide worked better.

Came here tonight to get my cartilage piercing done. The process was so smooth and easy. The associate who helped me was very informative from the beginning and super friendly! She helped me pick out which earring would be best, and helped me to decide exactly where it should be pierced on me. She made it very quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Place is nice, Ive gotten lots of things and they seem to last. Only problem is service and the people that work there. They are somewhat rude in the mall. I do not like them. They should tempt to be more nicer.

I have always got my ears pierced here, but this time I got two on one ear about 3 months ago and the piercer tightened the back so much that I didnt notice they went right through the hole and started healing inside My ear !!! Its super infected and I dont know If I can put the earring back in now. Will never come here again .

Got my first daughters ears piercers here, I remember the young woman was very nice and even let me dot her ears. So when we went with my second daughter, this time a young man was doing the piercing. He dotted her ears way too high, when I told him this he belittled me as if they go through extensive training and he knows better than me about my daughters ears, by the 4th go around she was not enjoying the experience and I finally asked if I could dot her ears, he refused. The 5 the time dotting her ears and we both had enough, we got them done with his “professional” dotting yet one is slightly higher and More at an angle than the other. Now my oldest wants 2nd holes but I Will never go back here. Go to Robertson Jewelers in New Milford instead.

Although the piercer was nice, she failed to pierce my ear or the first try and instead of checking the ear, she just punched through it again. This has resulted in some issues with healing. Also, the earring was broken in the process which wasnt evident until I went to take it off 3 months later, which leaves me with one earring for two holes. Wouldnt recommend going again, just go to a professional piercing parlor to have it done. I reget not going elsewhere.

Charged extended service for earrings with out asking.
