The salesperson answered my phone calls late in the afternoon and he reassured me that the job was going to be finished that day. I also want to compliment the technician. Tried to order water for our office. This particular office was rude and unhelpful. The sales person that was supposed to work with us was not knowledgeable and condescending. I requested another sales person contact our office and no one responded. The office in Rockland was amazing! But unfortunately they do not service our area.

Our ancient water softener broke and I contacted Culligan for a replacement quote. Lance made the process super easy and painless. They ended up installing an additional water filtration for us as well. Very pleased with the process and result.
Water machine worked well. Just next time Ill bring more singles. Wish they sold tops there too lol. But everything went smooth. Definately going here again 1.25 for 5 gallons of water vs. crystal rock at 5.00 each.
Home delivery of bottle water scheduled yesterday. I get a phone call 8pm telling me the delivery man cannot make it. Phone call to HQ and they still cannot figure out when they can make the delivery.
I stop in to fill up my empty water gallons with good water for only 25 cents a gallon. 😁

About 6 months ago, we bought a house and had Culligan redo the entire water system. Ever since, it has been absolutely phenomenal. You can definitely tell a difference in the quality of water. John Brosz and his team have been beyond responsive to questions and on top of keeping the system maintained. Recommend 100%.

Reliable and fair priced! We used to have to haul the water softener salt bags ourselves to the basement, but with Culligan we are on a set schedule, autopay and they deliver it for us and add it to the tank. Wish we had done this sooner!

We have well water, its awful. Culligan does a great job of softening the water and making it much better, excellent, in fact. Customer service is excellent. We also just had the reverse osmosis system installed. For drinking and cooking, nothing is better. Goodbye, Brita, Zero water and all those other products that required filter changing too often.
I purchased a property with a Culligan whole house water filtration system in it. A few months ago we noticed an ACTIVE leak in the filter tank; we called Culligan to request a tech and was told the first available tech will be in TWO WEEKS! This was the first straw, clearly Culligan does not care about their customers or their equipment. At this time we were unable to take time off of work so we turned off the system to stop the leak. When our schedule opened up we called again to request a tech to come out for a repair, this time we were able to schedule a repair for one week out. We also requested a name change on the account from being listed as my husband with his contact phone number to myself with my phone number as I have more time with my schedule then he does. A three hour window of time was given to us; the tech arrive two hours after the last hour with no phone call in advance of how late he was going to be. My husband received a phone call from a tech stating he was in the area and can swing by in 10 minutes. When he got to the house he looked at the system and said you have a leak and will need a new system. The office will call you to set up a time for me to come back. He was in and out in about 10 minutes. We never got another phone call, any time I tried to call, it did not matter the time of day or day of the week, I would get the answering service, I would leave a message and never get a return call. I have tried over two dozen times in the last week alone trying to speak to someone at Culligan regarding a bill for $112.61 that we received about three weeks after the tech as at the house. Finally, I lucked out enough to actually speak to a Culligan rep who told me they were back logged because of Covid and the Tropical Storm; she also informed me that she has no records of me calling before because I talked to the answering service, not an actual Culligan rep. I asked to speak to a supervisor; left my name and number and never received a phone call back. Culligan has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a company, they are never in the office (or chose to not answer the phone) and do not return phone calls. I will never use a Culligan product ever again.

Very punctual, courteous, polite and professional. Answered all our questions, walked through all the changes and installation he had to do as well as reviewed everything once done.The product is awesome! Water tastes and feels amazing. We can notice the difference immediately!
So far so good! Very pleased! We are testing (one 1 free trial) the water filtration cooler. We are looking to replace the bottle water jugs that are expensive and require a significant storage issue for our office. Water tastes great and has been well received by our employees.

The water is great and my family really enjoys it. If you are running out of water they can easily coordinate deliveries at your convenience. If you are thinking about the starting the service and you are just not sure try it out for a month. Im sure youll love it.
Staff is very knowledgeable and very courteous. They called to confirm my appointment and showed up when they said they would. We got a new well holding tank, water softener system and water filtration system. All are good quality and I would absolutely recommended them to everyone I know.
A very good experience from the in-house quote to the installation. My salesperson was very easy to talk to, didnt try to sell me more than I needed and made the entire process very easy. The pricing was competitive and very reasonable. The day of installation went very smoothly and everything was explained in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend them.

It took a while for them to contact me, but once I talked to a customer service I got a home visit from a sales rep and he got me water service that fit my needs. For the last three months they have called, texted, and emailed me about my delivery, so I dont miss it. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Took a bit to get the service but happy to be a client.

The servicemen was good. However, the companyMisinformed me about the cost of the service.All they had to do is change a filter and check my softener system.They quoted me one price over the phone . Then, another when they came to do the work. I was very disappointed to learn that being a long time customer doesn’t count at all. Time to look for another company.

Culligan has been a total breath of fresh air. I had ready refresh before and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. I got on the phone with Culligan on a Monday, I met with them on a Thursday, and they installed my new water cooler for me on a Monday. Thats a damn good turn around time! It is a must to work with this company if you have the need for bottled water!

Troy and the service tech came out and replaced my filters. They were clean and wore all proper PPE.The filters are amazing in removing any bad taste and smell.
I talked to Culligan and two other companies when upgrading my old water softener system. Culligan was the only one with a complete knowledge of the situation and a sound solution. Culligans water softener system is the most advanced on the market, and its service was impeccable.

Look around - 3 hour window for 20 minutes of $200 labor and my faucet isnt running clear yet. Nice technician. - Received another bill from Culligan because first invoice was incorrect, $2 paper processing fee $5 service fee and then another $119 for the UV bulb because the initial $99 was for the UV service not the UV bulb. Never again....

Very disappointed with the current management style of the company! Whats the point of having a good product but a horrible service team?Weve been customers since 1994. Recently, I had contacted them to get an R.O system installed in my current home. Negotiated extensively with their sales manager, and settled on a price. Even recommended a neighbor who planned to get it installed at the same time. Unfortunately she sold her home and so backed out and I couldnt do it at that time. But 4 months later, I called them and asked them to install it. They refused to honor the quoted price saying that they were bought over by the corporate office and therefore there wasnt any room for negotiation. They still had all the documentation on record, including the analysis of what they needed to get done to install the system at my place. I then agreed to a new negotiated price but when the same guy, Dave, came over to do a need analysis AGAIN, they started back peddling and kept making everything an additional charge! Dave who came kept insisting than everything was an extra charge! Claimed that the price quoted was dependent on amount of work to be done! Really??? They have no respect and regard for old loyal customers and no scruples, focused only on profit! Seems like they try to fleece a customer every which way they can!I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever again! Real pity as they were really good in the past!

I honestly disappointed at the Culligan products. We had the Reverse Osmosis system installed a little over a year ago and now its not working anymore. We called the service and they want to charge us around $200 for just come to take a look. We originally paid over $1000 for their products and $300 for the annual maintenance service in July 2018! What a wast of money!

Bob was quick to respond to test our water and help diagnose the situation.Danielle and Dominique were polite and prompt in setting up an appt.I was Altons last appt for the week, on a Friday, and couldnt have been more polite, thorough, professional throughout the course of the appt.His expertise, and the breadth of Culligans water solutions, yielded immediate results that day for our water softener.We are not yet at end of job, regarding sand filtration and water purification, but our water quality has greatly improved and I cant envision using anyone other than Culligan of Danbury!
