Went for an estimate of roofing supplies. I have never purchased anything for a roof so I had very little knowledge of the items and simply had a list that was given to me.I went in the showroom and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was helped by a very knowledgable employee who walked me through all the items I needed. He had great customer service skills and was extemely helpful. Made it very easy to get an estimate.

I delivered shingles whit big rig but its take a while. I was waiting over 45mins to someone take it out. No customer in the yard.

Poorly run company and its only getting worse. high prices and they treat their employees like numbers . All the oringal employees that worked for metro for 15+ years have left or be let go ever since they were taken over by srs distribution . Not the same company anymore, it was once a great place to work for but not anymore.
