The team at Kitchen Traditions has made our dream kitchen come true. Prior to making the decision to do a complete kitchen remodel; my wife and I prepared ourselves for what we expected to be a very stressful, draw out and argumentative experience. We only prepared ourselves for that due to the horror stories we have heard from our friends about their projects. Once we decided to work with Kitchen Traditions, all of those concerns disappeared. This team really knows what they are doing. They have many years of experience and sharp eye for detail. All of our questions were answered prior to the start of the project. The demo and install went flawlessly. The timeline was kept tight and nothing slipped. Everything they said they would do was done. The contractor suggested by them, Paul Crouse really went above and beyond our expectations; a truly talented craftsman. Overall, this experience has been quite pleasant and we are ecstatically enjoying our new kitchen. The best part of this experience is that we have had the opportunity to work with some truly dedicated professionals that understand what consumers need prior to starting a project. That being said, we will happily recommend them to anyone. We plan on using them again on a upcoming master bathroom remodel.

Neil at Kitchen Traditions is easy to work with and talks through the organization points and kitchen layout so you are comfortable with the whole plan. Our kitchen has turned out beautiful and the quality of the cabinets are excellent and reasonably priced. I have recommended Neil to others and would recommend him to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

Neil was just great to work with. He took what we were looking for and designed an incredible kitchen that we absolutely love. Neil was always on time and extremely responsive. Our experience working with Kitchen Traditions was amazing! Weve honestly Never had such a positive experience working with any other contractor. When they say theyll come on a day and what time, they actually do! Neil Always returns your calls in a timely fashion, never gets annoyed with the abundance of questions we had! Weve lived in CT for just over 20 years and have dealt with many companies. I figured this place would be the same. Not showing up, leaving early, etc. We are so happy to say, we were wrong!
