Avelino was very helpful. Answered all questions we had and gave some good suggestions. Very patient and kinda. Definitely recommend going to this particular store. I shall be going back when Im ready to get my new cookware

I love the quality of this store. As we replace items in our home with the higher quality items we buy here, we know well never have to make such purchases again! Truly great store. Alas, the Mall store is a small store, so we buy a lot online.

I an no gormet by a long shot. But the quality of the goods here is worth the price. All Clad pans are made here and worth the cost. Plus they do go on sale every now and then. And Robbies pancake mix is the best ever IMHO. Plus its an interesting store to walk around in.

Expensive. But will last a lifetime. Quality worth the price.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THEY ARE THE WORST!! I MADE TO ORDERS ONE WAS CANCELLED FOR NO RESON THE OTHER WAS DELIVERED THEN SENT BACK TO THEM. I NEVER RECEIVED IT BUT THEY WERE SO QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT. I HAD TO MAKE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND THESE PEOPLE!! NEVER AGAIN!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordering from Mark & Graham for the first time, a sister store to William Sonoma and Pottery Barn; only to have a rude customer service representative by the name of Sharita start telling me she could not transfer me to her supervisor. My order was to be delivered within 3 business days, and my order was not so I called to inquire and instead Sharita gave me a hard time and left me on hold for 52 minutes. I do not need to shop in stores such as these when I can go any where to get the same items. I do not care how much the items cost if it is what I want. These stores need to retrain the associates if they want to keep customers!!! Someone from the company should read the reviews and contact the customers regarding the bad experiences or comments a person leaves.

Typical higher mall kitchen store. Bought some interesting dishware. Grif, the salesman was helpful in getting our packages to the car.

This afternoon I went into Williams-Sonoma at the Danbury Fair Mall looking for a small tea strainer/infuser, and a Kitchen-aid Slicer/Shredder Attachment for my Stand Mixer.This COULD have been a pleasant experience, and a $80-$100 sale for them. But NO.I looked around for about 10 minutes, while NONE of the 4 employees, or the manager-on-duty asked if they could help me. I finally asked the girl behind the counter about the tea strainer, and she waved in the general direction of a wall, saying they had one large strainer, and two huge mulling-balls. At that point the dumpy blond manager-on-duty pushed in-between the salesgirl and myself with a nasty exCUSE me!There was plenty of room behind me. I was clearly asking the salesgirl for help (not that I got much help from her), so to push in-between us was uncalled for. But... so was choosing not to take me over to the wall and show me the tea strainers, and (had she then asked) also show me the $70+ Kitchen-aid Attachment.Perhaps Williams-Sonoma didnt need my $100 bucks. But the next time their upper-management wonders why people (like me) end up buying from Amazon, maybe THIS will serve as a clue.

Helpful and lots of selections of cooking related items. High priced but you get to see it over online purcheses.

Received a gift of candle, glass was cracked. The receipt was not given to me so went to exchange and the cashier at Danbury mall would not exchange . This product has the stores name on it and was not purchased anywhere else. Deeply disappointed and will not shop at this store and will also tell everyone of this experience.

Worst customer service. Employees have no sense of direction, no product knowledge and they avoid all interaction with customers. I only go in this store now to look at product of interest before making a purchase from Amazon. Their poor service is not deserving of any of my purchases.
