Ive been shopping here for a few years. Their selection of products is extensive. The owners are very kind, friendly, and usually very helpful. But the kids they have working for them are not. While it hasnt stopped me from shopping there in the past, I think that ship has sailed. The last 2 visits I have made, there were customers AND employees WITHOUT masks on. News flash, theres a global pandemic. If they cannot put their masks on when I walk in (with a mask on), then I will not shop there. How they are getting away with it when every other business in the state is required to enforce the mask policy by law must be above my pay grade. Do your part and help stop the spread!

A great shop located in a nice place with plenty of parking. Store is very clean with great staff who are on the ball.

I bought a recycler water pipe and the pipe leaked and when I brought it back they did nothing for me it was only a few days old and they told me they could not take it back with a leak so I bought a glass with a leak and they told me they can’t do anything about it cause Theydon’t take glass back so they don’t do good buy their glass and I don’t think they sell quality glass if it leaks right when it’s brand new I would not recommend this store to anyone This is why I always buy American glass and I went against my better half and I got screwed out of $130

I made the mistake of stopping here last week. Was a mission to get someone to look up from their phone and help me. I wouldnt send my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and get a CoVid test after visiting because you wont find any masks being worn either.

Customer service is horrible. Guy behind the counter does not know what the word thank you means. Expired products for over a year. Will not be going back again maybe if learn how to appreciate customers with respect they will get more business. Here is some advice go to take some courses on how to use words like hello, thank you, see you soon can I help you etc. some advice, you should be more appreciative of your clients especially when there are multiple choices out there.

Store was nice and clean and organized. Went in with a lot of questions and help needed. The guys there were very nice and knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions until I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. Nice, well run store.

Went in to get a couple vape juices. They had a ton on sale and an employee helped me search through them to find the right ones for me. He took a lot of time helping me and answering all my questions. Whole staff was very friendly and nice to talk to. Will be back! 👍🏻

If you went here before and were not happy, give this place another try! Huge juice wall and fully stocked glass room with a VERY knowledgeable and friendly staff. I recommend this place to everyone. They are fully informed on all new regulations and always have something new every time I go in.

Lovely shop with literally everything you need as far as smoking/vaping. Their juice selection is diverse and extensive. And I cannot even begin to describe how great customer service is. The employees go above and beyond customer service and always make sure they satisfy the customers to the best of their ability. :)

This place is ran by children. If you are not on their Facebook friends list you get the cold shoulder. You instantly get the feeling of hurry up and buy so I can get back to socializing. I was given completely wrong information. And if the old guy opens the shop at 10:25, pray he remembers how to use the cash register. Will never go back, Id rather start smoking cigarettes again. You have been warned.
