This is probably one of the most efficient, well stocked Walmart’s I’ve been to. Good customer service. I went specifically to purchase a dog crate and found lavender scented pads as well which is perfect because our new puppy soaked through the regular blue one!

Easy to find and get in and out of. Apparently no fresh produce at this one. Oh well.

Did not have a fruit section except for some dried up frozen fruits. I needed fresh fruits.

This particular store is getting better in terms of cleanliness and organization but it is still not one of the better Walmarts. Often hard to find what you are looking for and the staff is not helpful. Plenty of low level employees standing around like they got nothing to do. You need to ask for a manager to get any results. Checkout lines are always a nightmare. Its almost like they want this store to fail. I still shop there because Walmart prices are terrific. Going to a Walmart Supercenter in the southern USA is a totally different experience.

Only Walmart in this area so alway so busy. It doesn’t have full groceries, only few items available. Parking lot almost full all the time I visited.

A lovely place, quiet and clean, many large, medium and small machines. Lots of cash machines to change your bills, there also soap dispensers incase you need it.

Walmart gets a 5. You go there knowing you are going to get what came for, and theyll have it. The cashiers are just trying to keep up, and do a good job! Sometimes there are a few bumps in the road. Their employees handle them mostly to the customers advantage IMHO

The employees that run the curbside dept are great! So friendly and helpful. When I cant shop for things myself, I am grateful for this service and for the grate customer service.One thing Ive noticed when I can go in is: Whoever does inventory and/or Ordering needs to be retrained. This store is Always out of so many items, basic items.

I went in expecting to buy veggies and some other small fresh items I Like to get whiles I’m OTR ! NO LUCK !It’s not to surprising considering how this world is changing!

Its ok. This Walmart is a little small compared to other Walmarts, but it has a lot of stuff I NEED, at great prices. Although ive noticed an uptick in prices lately and a lot of empty shelves.

I would say there is nothing consistent about Walmart, but actually it can be counted on to always be a reliably disappointing experience, so thats something. Staff are pros at avoiding helping customers in any way, and thats when you can even find any staff. Most times Im there, huge lines snake back thru entire aisles but theres NEVER been more than two to three cashier lanes open so the self checkout is swamped constantly. Why pay another employee poverty wages when you can force your customers to be unpaid cashiers and bag boys?Ive been trying to make myself completely stop patronizing this unethical corporation for a while now, but its hard to resist the much lower prices of certain things. But I realize now that the inconvenience alone makes it not worth saving a buck.Let me just clarify, I said the employees are unhelpful and unmotivated, but the blame for that falls squarely on Walmarts shoulders, not the staff. Most folks are well aware of its egregious treatment of their employees and policies of keeping them underpaid as well as limiting hours just enough to ensure the majority remain permanently ineligible for any kind of benefits they ostensibly offer. They also make it so that many employees qualify for state aid, most notably food stamps. I recently heard or read that Walmarts workforce is the single largest utilizer of the food stamp program in the country, while at the same time being the number one place those food stamp benefits are spent. Im not 100% sure of the veracity of this statistic but if it isnt THE largest, then its definitely ONE of the largest.

Not all Walmarts are the same, this one is well maintained and properly organized.

The most important place for everything and anyone can buy for less prizes.

Worst customer service ever … i asked Jourdain the supervisor for the Coporate number toReport an issue his answer was “I don’t have the number im just a Supervisor “ Roccio the cashier needs more training on how to treat customers nasty attitude and very rude for no reason…. The store manager is not doing his job with his employees !!!!!!!

Store is well stocked and cleaning, disinfecting items are being limited to either one or two per customer. First time in a long time I was able to actually get Clorox wipes and Lysol disinfectant cleaner. Staff is very helpful and friendly and check outs were plentiful. The only drawback is the parking.

We went to the Danbury Wal-Mart because they were the only one that had a tool box set that my son needed.Clean store, helpful workers.

My first experience of a Walmart, and it was a good experience. The store is large, but I understand they come larger than this one. There is so much to see, they cover almost every base. The staff however were not very helpful, many couldnt speak much English. But overall a nice experience.

Crowded and limited selection compared to other Walmarts. Better off going to the Stop n Shop nearby.

I mean, its WalMart right? Its convenient as long as you dont need help...for some reason whenever I want to check out theres always only two cashiers and lines so long that Tony Montana would be jealous...but the nice kid at the service desk did let me ring my three items out right away..

Great prices. The only complaint l have is any time you need help, no one speaks English and its quite frustrating and really annoying!

I went to buy a couple of packs of cards for my sons birthday. An extremely, extremely rude I guess manager in a yellow vest told me I couldn’t be where I was and ripped, literally ripped the single pack of cards out of my hand. He completely embarrassed me and was terribly rude for no reason. I don’t know Walmart’s policy on trading cards. I would’ve been happy to listen, but he scolded me and ripped the pack from my hands which felt like borderline assault.

When I go to a Walmart further out of my way, I do find the things that Im looking for. Not going to give 5 stars, because overall it was just like any other Walmart. Crowded, not very good parking. Customer service wasnt very customer friendly. I got what I needed and left.

THREE TIMES IN A ROW I left the store because of Super long lines. Its 7:50 PM wedmesdsy night and they have ONE register open!!! Self checkouts is open but the line is past the refrigerated aisle. I will NEVER even attempt to go to this Walmart again... Just go to other ones or the many grocery stores on this street. This store is a absolute nightmare.

Walmart is what it is. One thing I HATE about Walmart is the OUT OF STOCK items. Not just OUT OF STOCK for a couple of days. Im talking about the OUT OF STOCKS that lasts for months. All this is not just during the pandemic, Im talking about for 5 YEARS prior. They rely on a P.O.S. System to order and restock the shelves. Well the P.O.S. System is not at all correct. With technology getting better and better, I personally think Walmart needs to let Department Managers, Assistant and Store Managers the ability to order the LOW and OUT OF STOCKS.

Parking is awful. Last winter, instead of politely asking my husband if he purchased his items and had a receipt the employee just put his hands on him and started accusing him of stealing. My husband had paid for the item and wanted to show the employee the receipt but the employee didnt want any part of it.

Never anywhere to park ( handicapped parking is used up by non handicapped cars but nothing is done about it) Lines inside are halfway down rhe aisle and the workers give wrong information. Walmart has gone downhill. I USED to love going there now i dread it.

Its WalMart, they have just about everything you need at an affordable price.

Typical Walmart. Same as all the others. This one has a grocery, but its small. Mostly frozen and self stable stuff. Its not a super Walmart with a bakery and meat market, but prices are good and theres a large selection.

Its Wally world. Good and bad.

I go in the store for one thing & always find other things I need or are at a cost savings. In the Pharmacy department there is a Pharmacist greets you by your first name & is always very hdlpful.the others are also the same. I just find Amid to take that extra step to even come out & help you if you cant find something in the health isles. The only issue is that they close during lunch. Why cant they have have 2 go at one time & 2 a half hour later?

The staff was unhelpful and seem so miserable. I walked in and greeted the greeters for them not to say anything in return or even smile. We needed help looking for an item and when we asked an associate near by, she just looked at as and started walking away. Im giving the two stars for having a pleasant experience with the cashier when checking out.

Great store with lots of deals and helpful staff. I was especially impressed with Joshua in the Garden Department, who helped me find the right chains for my chainsaws on sale. He was so knowledgable and quick to help me. The Dept. Manager was articulate and friendly too. Great customer service!

NO Help customer service wise, they are not doing inventory because of covid so they won’t tell you if items are in stock. This is the third Walmart I’ve been too where it says the product I want is in stock and it is not. They couldn’t tell me that over the phone and save me my gas, apparently. Absolutely no social distancing what so ever.

Saturday is a crazy day to visit because of the crowds. This Walmart offers a broad grocery selection, garden center, Dunkin Donuts, and eye care center. It only lacks the once promised auto center. They were jack hammering the back center floor of the store and had a large section blocked off, poor timing for such a busy time/day.

I was excited to get new mats for my kitchen. The week before Thanksgiving. There were discounted and had an additional 15% off. Love them

I want to start by saying the store it self was fine. Nice selection of Merchandise and good price points. But I must say at check out its a little unorganized and people were not following social distancing. No associate to manage the lines . One more thing I am upset about is is being over charged for items I purchased 4 items of the same kind and was charged for six $4.52 + tax.While its only $4.52 its still money I was charged for merchandise I didnt receive, and its partly because the associate was talking to another associate and not paying attention.Not good customer service.

Overall terrible experience. Super packed lines due to terrible management by managers and shortage of workers. Calling for pickup and getting all your stuff, good luck getting anyone or even getting a complete order. Dont go

Large store! Well stocked! Some employees are great, others are not interested in helping, but it’s no big deal because it’s easy to find what you need. The lines can back up big time, especially around mid day Saturday, so keep that in mind.

Busy decent-sized Walmart location with a bus stop out front and Home Depot around the corner and restaurant out front.

Great Walmart, but the usual story, they need more registers open and they need more space around the registers. It’s gets so overcrowded and it’s hard to pass through the sea of people waiting to check out.

Prices are cheap compare to the other stores. I like to shop from Walmart rather buying from Amazon. I am giving 4 star because some people who works there doesnt know English at all.

Its Walmart. Sometimes they are fully stocked but most of the time you go in there for one thing and come out with out that thing and $100 less in your pocket. 😆😆

As always, I spent more than I planned. Otherwise the experience was as expected. The store is not as big as the Super Walmart in Fishkill but one can find the basics and more.

Shelves not fully stocked, unfriendly associates, Mr. Waltons Ten Foot Rule is never used in the years Ive been going there. I can say that most checkouts are open most times which is good. I have worked at 3 Walmarts, two in Greeley CO, and the New Milford CT location. I enjoyed my job and I always wore a smile, upheld the 10 Rule and went out if my way for customers! Wish I could say that for these people.

Walmart stores have supercenters open 24 hours and some of the Walmarts are set up like warehouses. I like about Walmart they have clear American beverages at their walmart stores.

Not enough people working up front and the guys in electronics didnt have anyone in line but yet he told me I needed to go upfront to check out because he was running things smoothly in the back and he had more important things to do besides help me. This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been in.
