Couldn’t find a fix for my plumbing needs from Home Depot or Lowe’s so I looked up local plumbing shops and found this one. After reading the reviews I called to ask if he may know what I need. He met me with a quick and knowledgeable response and asked me to bring pictures into the shop. We went in and showed him and not only did he have the part he thoroughly explained how to change it out. Great guy and thanks for the help! Shop local

I agree with most of these reviews.It is a small, old, run-down, building. You have to park in the back of the house and walk through the back door. It is something that you wouldnt think is worth doing - but it is!The place is run by this guy who is a genius about plumbing.He seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of everything plumbing.I dont know anything about plumbing. Several times I have gone there showing pictures (always helpful) and babbling incoherently about things I dont understand. He always ends up understanding and gives me (or orders for me) exactly what I need.The place has very limited hours so you got to go when he is open.Highly recommended - especially if you dont know anything about plumbing.

This is the place to go when you want solutions. Charlie the owner is a legitimate plumbing guru, honest, and helpful. I wish I knew about Division P&H when I bought my first house 20 years ago.

A place you go when you need it - and when you need it they have answers. The guy is awesome - will always help you and has great suggestions, even when not selling you anything. Really cant say enough good things about the shop - its one of those hidden treasures not everyone knows about but should. Absolutely worth the drive and youll be pleased you did not bother wandering the big aisles of the home centers.

There is something to be said for small operations with expert staffing. Division Plumbing and heating fit that mold. Charlie Knapp has seen the neighborhood around him grow for 40 years and is adept at finding, stocking and explaining how hard to find plumbing supplies operate. He may not be the most economical but its good to find an answer man who can field most questions on fixtures with spot on accuracy.

Owner is the best. No one like him or his store. If he cant help you, you are in deep trouble!

They understand plumbing fixtures and what makes them work. I brought them a problem I had with an American Standard shower fixture that was 50 years old. They were familiar with it, had the parts to repair it an told me how to do it. WOW. Never had such great support.

Limited hours, but QUALITY service and years of experience. This guy KNOWS his plumbing!
