Giving it 2 stars because they have a good selection of stuff but the owner thinks covid is a “hoax” he should should tell that to the thousands of people that are dead. And their families I’ve been a customer here for a long time but I won’t be coming back

My dad really likes their selection of suppliments. They seem to have a lot of niche food products that even something like Whole Foods wouldnt have.

My family and I have been going to Chamomille for decades. The owners are so passionate about serving their clients that it makes you proud to shop here. They look for the best suppliers, local farms, and healthiest food and supplement sources available. Barry is a very special individual and has helped me with my numerous health problems over the years. All the employees are courteous and friendly.

Great shopping for natural, organic, vegan, health conscious food, homeopathic alternatives to traditional medicine and treatments. A naturopath is always there to help you. Extremely knowledgeable on everything they carry. I heard great things about the NORTHEAST REGIONAL ALLERSODE for seasonal allergies. We are trying this before going the other route: allergist & immunotherapy/allergy injections.

Always have what Im looking for

Just because you call yourself a healer doesnt make you a healer. $150 for a visit for which I either had to pay cash or write a check - no problem, but I should have been informed when making the appointment. No receipt was offered, which is outrageous. $170 additional for supplements, for which I literally no clue why Im taking them. The person Im working with is cold to the degree of being rude and almost non-communicative. I have absolutely NO treatment guidelines, no frame of reference, no materials. Rather, I have a a dozen bottles of god only knows what and a statement thats similar to look at me, Im perfect now and I was sicker than you. So sorry, that doesnt cut it and certainly does not make me confident in the abilities of this person who is supposed to be treating me. If anyone here reads this and has a referral, kindly post below my comment. I just cannot go back to this guy and will likely not shop here going forward. Its just too uncomfortable.

I was assaulted by the stream of caution tape marking off your store as a reaction to this pseudo-pandemic. the integrity of the effectiveness of natural-healers, and herbal remedies have been dishonored and the authenticity of your store questioned. Your environment fosters fear and alienation in the face of a virus, thus diluting the natural lifestyle your establishment have adhered to for decades as promoting good health and building strong immune responses. it would seem that the money spent on organic foods, herbal supplements and the recommended protocols can not overcome fear.

Chamomille is my favorite store, ever. Chamomille was the first store I discovered when moving to Danbury in 2005 and I have been a loyal customer since then. I love their carefully curated selection of pantry items, produce and beauty products. Of course, their vitamin and bulk sections are shiny stars as well. Chamomille is welcoming, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I trust Barry and his staff with recommendations on the full spectrum of healthy living.

I went here specifically to purchase a supplement that I needed and I was hoping that I could get some good information from the salesperson. Unfortunately the young man who waited on me was not very knowledgeable and I ended up leaving Im going to the Vitamin Shoppe for my purchase. Perhaps if Barry was there I would have received better customer service.

Be very carful with info you got from workers in this store. When I asked about the gluten free makeup this is the answer I got: }} well, doesn’t meter you will not eat it. Non knowledgeable, and non polite workers... and before this, other day, another worker simply told me to go to another store when I question about the price that was more than double the price for the same product..... done with this store, more than enough. The 2 star is because the owner of the store is knowledgeable and polite, but the others men’s who work there is a huge disappointment.

Chamomile is absolutely amazing. They always carry the highest quality products. I get all of my supplements from then because of how reputable all of the brands they carry are. They are cheaper than ordering any of these supplements online, especially if you ask if there is a discount (which there usually is). Their staff is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, especially in the supplements section. Iv been going to chamomile ever since I moved here years ago, and I will never switch! I called in the am to get recommendations for raw cocount oil. The young man was very helpful. When i arrived, the other man was not very sensitive (appeared to be the owner) and claimed he was a nutritionist and the most knowledgeable and rec something else. He made me very uncomfortable when i had to share i was not looking to eat the oil but use it more my scalp given chemo. He should have been more discreet and sensitive in front of costumers. And i am a Regsitered Dietitian (RD) with BS Dietetics and 2 masters and shared with him this was not my exeperience. I did some research on the internet in the store and bought the original product. As i was leaving the lady at the counter asked if i needed a hug. Nice lady. Way to go CNF for making a cancer person uncomfortable and not admitting when you do not have knowledge in this area. From an RD - atl least be sensitive and learn and say hey give me call and let me know how it works for you. I will not be returning nor recommending as a patient and a specialist in Nutrition.

One-of-a-kind store!

I like having this store in our area. Its $$$ but I can find products I want like nail polish without bad ingredients and grain by bulk. I sprout my own wheatgrass for my dogs and their grain sprouts right away. Good sign!

Food, produce, raw milk, supplements, juices, and super attentive staff, this is a gem of a store. Stopped by looking for local kombucha, which they had stocked (cross culture, brewed in Danbury) and was impressed by the selection of products. Was also given great recommendations of where to hike in the area. If youre passing through, and health minded, definitely stop by.

Ive traveled all over the country and I shop at health food stores when I can. For the size of this shop, they have very little diversity. There is a large selection of supplements and toiletries but the food selection is lacking.

I have made it a point to compare prices all over the area and Chamomilles is the same or better than Big Y and a LOT better than Whole Foods!! They have a kind staff and the owners are very knowlegable, having been involved in the health food movement for over 4 decades...(how old are you btw that you would spew such nastiness on the web)
