Brought my mother in and from the moment we walked into miracle ear till the end we were treated with so much care. Neil is an expert and so knowledgeable my mom felt very comfortable and since her new hearing aides her life has improved dramatically! Emily was so lovely and helpful! She was very attentive to my mom and her needs.Neil and Emily are a dynamic duo!My mom is so happy and that brings joy to our entire family! Thank you Neil and Emily!

My Dad is a difficult customer, however Neil won him over with his patience and great understanding of the product. It put my Dad at ease. After the initial visit, we returned to have the fitting. It was amazing! Dad had a huge smile on his face, he could hear a whisper across the room. Its been few weeks, and he has been back a few times to have it in tuned in for him.We, as a family, are truly grateful to have Dad back. He smiles more, and yells a whole lot less. I would encourage you to give Miracle Ear a try, it is life changing.

Dr. Neil is nothing short of amazing! He takes the time to break down each step and explain everything he is going to do! He also explains the “whys”, something most Dr.’s never do!!!If you have trouble please see Dr. Neil!!!!! I cannot say enough good about his services!!!

I have had the top hearing aid a BTE-RIC 5300 for a little over a week. So far, I am very impressed and happy with the improvement in my hearing. Dean and the other staff at this facility are very accommodating. They spend a lot of time with you listening to those areas where you are having difficulties so they can adjust your hearing aids accordingly. The entire office is very professionally run. It is easy to get an appointment and you receive reminders to make sure you dont forget. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend them.
