There phone directory is impossible to actually get someone on the phone, any option i chose I was never able to reach a live person it just hangs up. Very frustrating

I am about to make my third, one hour, round trip to this shop for an acetylene cylinder refill. The first tank they supplied had a faulty (leaky) valve so I returned it for replacement. That is not so bad. What is bad is that the second one they gave as a replacement also has a faulty valve. The internal sealing taper is damaged. I would have expected them to check this, especially as I had already had trouble with the first. The incompetence does not end there! In spite of their advertised hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm, they are open from 7:30 till 5.
