The homemade root beer in a frosted mug, the original throwback dogwood burger jumped across the Atlantic pond delivering the French style butter bun. Shakes are vintage thick and creamy. All Americana cruising with nothing less of 100%! Definitely a stop in drive in.

Beyond disappointing. Minimal selection. Over priced items or lack of pricing entirely… There are better small businesses in the area to support. This is not one of them.As a local resident who has been living out of state, I’ve been waiting to visit this shop since it opened as a follower of Paola on IG for 3+ years. I’ve had my eye on 2 large amethyst pieces (that I’ve inquired about on IG but received minimal response). While I was in the area I stopped in to make a purchase with a budget of $800. The pieces (that have been there since opening day) had no price tag. Asked the “kid” managing the shop for price, he said he’d ask & took a photo (assuming to ask Paola or Paul - why you don’t have a sales associate that knows the prices I have no idea but it’s not my business)… so I browsed while waiting for a price…Saw a couple candles I was interested in, but yet again there were no prices on candles (marketing and business 101! Make shopping easy for customers!). Knowing the candles are hand made, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the candles. Labels were sloppy. Clearly not made with pride or love. Trashy junk……Entire shop was bare, very limited selection of crystals, no variety. Again, huge disappointment.… after 10+ minutes with nothing to look at and never receiving a price of inquired crystals, I left with nothing and money to spend somewhere else… I will never shop here again.

Very unique store with wide variety of items and all at reasonable prices. Happy to see a small family owned business come to the area. Will be back again!

Poor customer service!! Made a purchase in May but once arrived I noticed I purchased a lip bowl in the wrong color. My fault completely. I reviewed the store policies and learned they offer refund in store credit or can do an exchange. I emailed the shop advising if my error and asked if I could exchange for the correct color I wanted. It is now middle of July, I have never received a return label as I was told it was sent but after reviewing all email responses from them it was not. I was sent a new shipping invoice for the correct color bowl, which I paid but have not received anything. I have responded quickly to all emails but it takes weeks and multiple follow up on my end to get a response back. I was a first time customer but will not support this business.

I absolutely love this magical shop! I stopped by here Saturday Afternoon for the first time, As soon as I walked in I was immediately welcomed by staff as well as the positive energies you feel upon entering. Such a variety of crystals, jewelry, tarot items etc. Something about this shop is so alluring to me because as soon as I walked in I just could not stop looking around😩. There is a boy with curly hair who works in the front and he was so sweet, he helped me pick out crystals and even engaged in the most friendly conversation with me at checkout, little things like this matter to me 😊. Great customer service might I add, I had some questions & typically i’m a bit hesitant to ask but the employee’s energy made me feel at ease & he answered my questions with a great amount of reassurance. I truly felt embraced and welcomed from the moment of entering this shop to the moment I left. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know, I’m so happy I stopped by and had such a magical experience😇💝!!

This is hands down one of the best crystal dealers I’ve ever met! She is so kind, creative and overall just a good soul. She has such high quality crystals for such great prices. She not only sells crystals, but also handmade creations and they’re just so beautiful and unique. Her candles are divine, colorful, and aromatic. She is a genuine seller who gets to know clients and their likes which makes the experience of purchasing even more awesome.

This store is my favourite place to go. Her live streams are magical friendly and inclusive!! Her store gives me so much joy, everyone who has served me are so kind and the owner Paola is magical. The owner is very kind, she does this amazing thing where she sources local artists and also keeps customers in mind when she travels to her shows.All of her items are greatly priced. I have gone to fairs, other shoppes and even Etsy and found smaller, poor quality items for significantlyMore in price.You can tell she has poured her heart into this store. 10/10 recommend

Lovely crystals and shop!!! I shop here every week because I truly enjoy the welcoming customer service. Every time I visit I’m welcomed with such loving and accepting energy. One time I was in the store and the owner showed us a video of the amazing crystals her dad gathered from Honduras. Her crystals come from all over the country and Honduras is surely some of their homes! Such a happy customer!!!

I have had non stop raves about the pieces i have purchased from Luna @ Lunastry. All of her pieces are one of a kind. she is flexible and so kind! you can tell when someone is selling you something to make money or selling you something because they are passionate and LOVE what they do and sell.I have bought candles, crystals, bowls, resin pieces, wood pieces. All have been made to last, if i had any concerns she has been so patient to either replace or rectify it. She is fair and so in love with what she is selling. I love the energy in this place! The crystals and decorations are so beautiful and the handmade candles smell wonderful. Will definitely be a frequent visitor! And the owner was so kind, knowledgeable, and able to answer any of my questions.

Every time I come to this business the owner gets more rude and unfriendly. Almost seems like she doesn’t want customers in her shop, which isn’t surprising because every time I come here it’s empty. Not even a good selection. Very cheaply made to be charging what she is. Driving 45 mins to be given an attitude for ugly crystals and jewelry. Don’t bother.

I’ve ordered multiple items from Lunastry. They care so much about their customers and will try to make it right with you if a crystal arrives broken. I know you cannot control the post office and how things ship but they took into consideration my explanation of maybe more cushion without any offense. They are super sweet and will do right by you.

A friend of mine told me about this store and I was excited about going to check it out. It did not disappoint. I purchased a candle which smelled so amazing and burned beautifully. I also found the most amazing Ocean Jasper tower and fluorite piece that I immediately fell in love with and of course purchased.My husband and I landed up purchasing an Amethyst Indian Head for a friend who was completely blown away. This store has beautiful one of a kind Crystals. Im so glad I found Lunastry. Ordered ONLINE the “Wood Bowl Candle” with crystals and dried roses, when I tell you this candle is AMAZING. I will be purchasing one as gifts from here on out. The small details of the crystals being this candle together and it’s so beautifully made. My entire apartment smelled like it within an hour. Worth every penny and then some!

Terrible customer service I made my first purchase back in March, it was a mystery box and I requested an item which I did receive and was super happy except it came broken.. I messaged the email never got a response. I got a response on their Instagram after messaging several times but never was reimbursed or sent a replacement item which was promised. Before this shipment had came (I live in Australia) I had made two live orders on Instagram, the item was said to be in my live orders but it wasn’t. It also states in her live rules to pay invoices within 48 hours otherwise you get a ban but I had to pester her to even get my Invoice which is very unprofessional.It also took them two 1/2 months to ship both live orders even tho I’m not sure why.. I asked to combine my orders as they ended up both not being sent and to save on shipping and it was called “an open box” I kept following up and not getting a response even tho the owner was active posting and even putting other people’s messages/ stories on her own story so I assumed I was being ignored. I had to constantly follow up which is not how a high paying customer should be treated overall I had spent over $1700 in AUS $$ on my crystals. When it was taking months for it to come I explained how long it was taking the owner said it had been shipped, I kept asking for proof and got none and than got told oh wait no it hasn’t I’ll set an alarm to remember. She kept forgetting until she finally sent my items after constant reminders and pestering of me. She claims she was very behind on orders but continued to do these live sales, go away to Tucson and not have enough staff. Overall she did offer to give me extra gifts for my troubles and her crystals are beautiful but how long everything took and her customer service and unprofessionalism I will not be shopping here again.

Poor customer service as owner takes weeks to respond to especially about concerns. Partner paid for an order ages ago which still hasn’t been sent after the owner continued to say it would get done. Each time she tried to follow it up it would be another excuse with weeks before she would even reply to her messages. Some products arrived broken and after the owner stated she will send new ones out she never has. Defiantly won’t be wasting time or money again.

Cant say enough great things about Lunastry and the owner Paola! Came across her store when she was located in Danbury and LOVE her new location. Frequently visit to purchase crystals, candles and gifts. Paola is always willing to make my gift ideas come to fruition. She is super creative! A must go to when in Bethel.

I purchased a wooden bowl candle for my mother and my mom tried to use it and the wax would melt out of the bowl and the wooden wick would constantly turn off she cant even use it at all anymore. I went on their to see if they offer returns and they dont I am super disappointed with this company.

Owner uses fake and unethically sourced crystals! She told me that my obsidian was sourced from Honduras when it was actually sold by a dealer in Houston. Candles I bought are this weird cheap material, smells like lard, advertised as soy and organic. Palo Santo smudges burned out almost instantly. She is so rude and does not honor returns. I had to put a hold on my credit card as I was charged multiple times for items that I never purchased!

Absolutely love this store. I finally feel like theres a store in this town just for me. I go here for all my spiritual needs and more!

Made an order in November, it came damaged. Emailed the owner and two weeks later she responded saying she would send a new candle but it’s now February and never received the new candle or got a response from my last email

Made an order since October never received, kindly sent an email requesting my refund and as of today haven’t received my money back ..and I don’t want their merchandise as I wanted for gift 🎁 in November and now is too late .. I Called Ups and they said label was created but never picked up items .. I have proof of the Ups ...
