Dont waste your time. Mark makes promises, flat out lies, and just ignores customers after they pay for their product.Had to contact PayPal to have my $$$ refunded.

Shipper destroyed the pallet and lost all the pins and hose connectors. Mark was very helpful in getting me replacements ASAP, great to work with and a very well built product.Definitely a five star company with great people. Will definitely do business with him again.

Horrible experience with these guys. Shipping delayed, wrong shipping method, damaged product, promises to make right not followed through now playing games and harassing as I go through the process to recoup some money. Run FAR away from this business.

Had a hydraulic thumb installed by Manca. I brought my KXO-18 in at 8:30 and I hung out with the owner while the machine was worked on. They had it finished and back on my trailer by 10:45. Very impressed with the quality of the thumb and the craftsmanship of the installers. I recommend them highly!

Wouldn’t buy from here again.Bought an excavator rake and the rake wouldn’t fit. Pin hole is about 1/8 too small, spend an hour grinding it out.I talked to Marc and didn’t offer to take care of the problem was told it is just part of owning heavy equipment...!

I tried to buy thumb from marc and it was a nightmare, weeks went on about measurements and when he accepted them and got paid it would be weeks to get thumb best to deal with bobcat dealer
