Rented an excavator with hydraulic hammer from this Danbury location and they were able to delivery to Waterbury CT. I had 12 HUGE boulders in my backyard and rented this equipment to break into small pieces to build a stone wall. The tool did the job and we are very pleased.Our sales person Cassie was very easy to work with and answered all questions.

Chris was great, was able to easily rent a generator--even though the store was without power--after Tropical Storm Isaias. Quality equipment, glad they rented me an INVERTER generator as I didnt know until later that cheaper non-inverter generators can fry the electronics of some items. Highly recommended!

Chris at Durante and his drivers were professional, courteous and informative, helping me select the right equipment for the job. They were able to provide me with two different pieces of rental equipment in a very short period which allowed me to get my job done in under the expected timeframe. Took 8 days to get a check valve after they wanted to charge my company next day air on there mistake and forgot to get a updated credit card so it delay the shipping of this part two more days and had to pick this up instead of delivering the part to my shop

Durante Rentals has hit the mark every time! I went to rent a skid steer a few weeks back. The piece they gave me was almost new, and they didnt charge me an extra day (or late fees) for extra time under the contract. I priced the rental out to several shops, and Durante was the lowest price, so I was amazed to get equipment in such good condition (that never happens!).The staff was helpful in showing me their option, and recommending the unit based upon the work my men were doing at the site.Im excited to have Durante down the road from my shop in Danbury - I will be a return customer.

Asked for the invoice many times and didn’t get itTook my money from my account and when they have to refund you money they never do it. Was charged for pick up of the machine and I dropped off so they have to refund me that money, they didn’t. It’s to difficult to give a invoice ?? First time renting there and the last one. Don’t go there and be away from that place.
