Fantastic Service & quality workmanship! I was refinishing the deck at the rear of my home & wanted to get rid of the old wooden slat railing. I spoke with Cory, who was very helpful, friendly & polite (that type of courtesy rarely exists anymore). The following day, I was contacted by the owner, Carmine, & scheduled an appointment for him to come & take measurements & discuss a design. They emailed me a quote two days later - on a Saturday! I was astonished... not only did they give great customer service, but they didnt waste a a single day! The other two companies I spoke with, one didnt keep our appointment & the other was outrageously priced! The railing was everything I could have wanted! I would definitely contact Marcelli Steel in the future... I wouldnt even waste my time calling anyone else!
