I have been blessed over the years to have purchased numerous bikes from several very good and reputable dealers, but I have to say that the folks at Danbury Powersports are truly amazing during entire sales process. I got my new Polaris Sporstman 570 last Saturday and absolutely love it. This was a no-pressure sale from a very knowledgeable professional name Dylan. He knew exactly what he was talking about with no BS and he definitely understood my needs in an ATV. When it was time to do the financing (which is a good deal at 2.9%) I met their finance manager, Sue. She was awesome and helped me understand the extended warranty which is OEM from Polaris and the paperwork was quick and easy to understand and once again no BS. Heres the best part of the story though. I explained to Sue that my truck was in the shop so I had no way of picking up the quad and she immediately offered to drop it off at my house Saturday on her way home, which she did using the company truck along with the help of her husband who doesnt even work there. They are all just a bunch of very nice people who are all into what they sell. Prior to taking delivery I did add some last minute features including the brush guards and rack extenders which Dylan gave me an excellent deal on and I had some interaction with their service and parts guys and they too were awesome. Im looking forward to the 1st service where they will be installing the plow along with the hydraulic angle kit. This will be the most fun that Ive had in the snow since I was a kid. This place knows customer service! I spoke with Corey (service desk) and Ken (Technician) these guys are Rock stars! I called the service desk and explained my issue. Corey said let me look at it and we can see what we can do to fix it. They picked up my machine(painless process) and had the issue solved in 1 day. Totally kept in touch with me with updates and suggestions. Ken explained exactly what he did and also showed me step by step. Hes a wealth of knowledge about accessories and how things are supposed to work. Two great guys who love what they do. I left this place a customer for life.

I had an appointment to look at a kids quad and was going to purchase two for my kids. However the salesman snubbed me for someone else and just left us on the floor. Im guess my business was not important to them. Total waste of my time. I would never go there again and would NOT recommend them!!

I took my Slingshot to be serviced, because the speed sensor was slowing it down when driving.They had it for 7 days and just cleared the code and didn’t fix it. I took it back with the same problem and they said they couldn’t fix it because I have after market light on it.So you didn’t see the lights when you had it the 1st time ! There service department is the worst.Real bad 🤬

4 months After a plow and winch install on my atv the battery was dead. Replaced battery and it died about 4-6 months later. I hadAlso brought the same atv in partially dissembled (realized I didn’t have the time to fix it) and while it was returned to me running the bolts and screws that anchored the battery cover and held down the carry case on the rear of the atv was not bolted down. Between the plow and the second repair I spent $2000.I called to share my angst with Danbury power sports recently. Rather than address my concerns or offer a resolution Their question was why did I wait a year to call and complain.I amIn the market for a new quad and will never return to Danbury power sports. I didn’t call them back or return to address my problem because I simply didn’t have the time nor the means to bring the atv back to them.

I bought a used Goldwing privately which had aftermarket grips installed over the OEM heated grips. Anticipating the worst case where the OEM grips are destroyed, I ordered a set of heated grips and anticipated 3.5 hours of labor removing the aftermarket grips and replacing the damaged OEM grips and running the cables through all the bodywork. As it turns out, Cory and his team of mechanics were able to salvage the OEM grips, crediting me the cost of the new grips and saving me a couple of hours of labor. Wow!!!Thank God this was done at Danbury Powersports, where everyone is honest. Unscrupulous dealers might have done the unnecessary replacement of the grips, or even put the grips back on the parts shelf and charged me for the unutilized parts and labor.The gentleman at parts (Im sorry but I didnt learn his name) also saved me money by revealing that I needed only the rubber footpeg inserts and not a pair of pegs.Because I know that I will be dealing with honest, competent professionals, I will always make the extra effort of a 45 minute drive to Danbury Powersports for my motorcycle parts, service and accessories.

Stopped in this afternoon looking to buy a Grizzly eps se....at a fair price. Was told that there was only 300 dollars wiggle room on MSRP and since this model is so sought after there was nothing more that could be done and that it would be too hard to find one. I politely disagreed and showed where others were currently offering them cheaper online within a few hours drive. I was told that those prices were bait only. So I called around and purchased this exact model for 1200 under MSRP and they threw in the free winch!! I had cash in hand this afternoon to buy an atv. Your salesman seemed like he was more interested in going home for the day than finding me the atv I wanted at the price that others are selling at. Its a shame because your reviews made me think this would be a good experience. It was not. See picture of the price I paid.

I have to say that they are very informative and know their stuff. I bought a slingshot and I put my trust in this place. Every time I have brought it there they find the problem and fix it with ease. I wouldnt even think to bring it anywhere else. Corey is very courteous as I couldnt drive up from ny in the rain so he gave me the next day appointment and Ken is like a surgeon for the slingshot and will figure out any problem. A few weeks ago I was riding upstate at a lake and my quad went through the ice. Since it happened near dark my friends and I had to wait until the next day to retrieve it. It was nearly 20 hours by the time we had gotten enough people together to pull it out. It was literally fully submerged and frozen underwater for 20 hours. When I called Danbury powersports to help I spoke with Corey the shop manager. He we extremely helpful and where most shops would have run the other way from a job like this he didnt even hesitate to say bring it in. I was skeptical it would ever run again but he was convinced his guys could bring it back to life. Needless to say he was right! When I picked it up yesterday it ran like the first day I drove it off the floor! He was courteous, extremely responsive and just an overall great guy to work with every step of the way. I so grateful for the work they did to raise my atv from the dead!

Dropped off my polaris sportsman they where honest with the diagnosis and did really high quality work. The techs are extremely knowledgable. I will be using them for all my major repairs going forward. The parts department is the same all around experience was very comforting to know they wont try to upscale any thing. They actually talked me out of makeing the modifications I was thinking about doing. They could have just sold me the mods. I went there with my son, to look at the dirty bikes, seriously no one come to us and asked us if we needed any help, but one guy.Seems like they look at you and judge if you is a potential buyer or not. Very racist!!!So sad, because my son is really into dirty bikes, actually he is fascinated with it.But I would not recommend this place due to poor costume service.I might say, there was this one guy that showed interest on helping us, but it was not his job to do so, unfortunately.The one guy that was supposed to help us telling us about the bike, pretended we were not there.So frustrating.My son came home disappointed.He wanted do go there, to see and learn the difference between some of the bikes, but that was not the place, sadly.

Own a 2016 Yamaha 700 Grizzly with Y.E.S. and also only has 380 miles on it. She always had a starting problem since I bought her. Lived w it for a year and a half and finally couldnt take it anymore. I had already purchased a new battery and paid a small shop to go over wiring and charging system. Everything checked out and of course she always started in their shop.I was advised to take it to dealer I bought it from. Instead of driving over an hour away, I decided to stop at DPS. I gave Cory my VIN and come to find out it had 2 open recalls that the previous dealer neglected to do AND still has an active Yamaha Extended Service Plan that the previous dealer neglected to tell me. Dropped it off monday, recalls done and had oil change and plug done too. Brought her home wednesday and much to my surprise, she didnt start again!. Stopped in shop next day and explained my issue and Cory said he will pick it up at my house same day and go over the machine to find whats wrong. He did just that! Two days later Cory called me saying they discovered the magnets in the starter were shot and he had already replaced it. He even had it dropped back off in my garage 25 minutes away!Cory and the technicians are top notch and professional!! They would not stop until they got to the root of the problem. There turn around time was amazing. I now trust my machine thanks to these guys and will finally take her to the trails.!!!

Good selection of quads but the staff on the floor was not very help full. One if the guys on the floor seemed bothered by me asking questions and was not helpfull

Great dealership in general, but particularly great service department! I have know brought all of my machines in for all different types of work, they have a huge amount of knowledge and very fair prices I drive by at least 5 other dealerships just for their knowledge and helpfulness. They were very helpful with my Kawasaki Mule even though they arent a Kawasaki dealer, with out any promises they were willing to give it a look and with their knowledge and experience were able to solve my idling problem(at no charge in the parking lot near closing time on a Friday night with the unit still on the trailer). This is only one example of how they have helped me over the last year or so and every time I bring in a machine the are quick, fair, careful, and do a great job.
