Superior Office Furniture helped United Way set up our new office on Main Street in Danbury, CT. They were so easy to work with and accommodating to our timing and logistical needs. Their design services helped us to utilize our space to best meet our needs. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the new cubicles and the used furniture, as well. We enjoyed working with Michael and Tammy. Even the delivery/set-up team was courteous. Great experience all around!

We have used Superior four times this year, and each time they have been very helpful! Used items in-stock are in very good condition with great prices, and new furniture had a very reasonable cost and was ready for pickup within a week. When one item was missing a part, Tammy went right to work getting me a replacement. Very happy with the customer service and experience overall, will use them again!

Used and new furniture and fixtures. Reasonable prices. Basic and exotic stuff (they had an Asian pewter incense stand, awesome). Lot of used computers and gear. Practical and decorative items. A must visit for a small business person.Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because, well, they deserve it!

My company moved into a new office space in February 2018. We were moving out of our existing space with no furniture. I contacted Superior Office Furniture and met with Michael. I provided the floor plan to him, letting him know we were not looking to spend a lot of money, and he suggested great furniture at a great price. The furniture was delivered on time and the delivery people were great. Since we moved in, weve ordered additional furniture from them. Michael, Tammy and their team are all wonderful people. We couldnt be happier.

Michael was able to find a very affordable alternative to expensive workstations we previously purchased. So we purchased new work stations that nicely matched our existing furniture. Superior also provided desk extensions to furniture we already had, and matched it perfectly. Their installers were great - they came back to remove some fingerprints and were professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

Tammy was very professional and responded back immediately on Emails.The furniture was beautiful and undamaged!The Movers were courteous, friendly and well prepared with tools.They had the furniture packed in away that made delivery and setup almost immediate.They even made sure our office furniture was level and all keys worked.I would highly recommend Superior!!!

I just purchased some used office furniture and the whole process was so easy. Tammy is terrific to work with, she spent quite a bit of time with me to figure out what I needed that would fit my budget and Mike even created a computer drawing of how the furniture would fit in the space.The value of what I received is really amazing. Our company recently purchased a variety of the Cherryman furniture for our new offices, as well as the office desk chairs and side chairs, and we are finding them to be great products. They offered Superior service from the first phone call till the delivery of the final piece. Michael came out to our office to design the layout (which worked out very nicely) and Tammy was an extraordinary customer service coordinator. She was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory vendors, pricing and availability. She went the extra mile to see that we received all of our furniture on or ahead of schedule. The delivery team was professional, courteous, and timely. They delivered and installed the furniture on schedule without any problems at all. Since we purchased furniture from Superior in the past for other offices around the country, we decided to ask about moving. What a home run.Michael specd out our furniture placement in the new space and immediately knew where everything should be placed. Superior should change its name to Supreme. I run an investment bank in NYC. I needed 15 special-order conference room chairs and some executive office furniture in under two weeks. They beat the deadline by three days without a premium or additional angst.

A clear winner: they have used, new and in stock, and samples for catalogue order. The only issue is finding the showroom, which is on the backside of a warehouse building with poor signage.
