Cannot say enough nice stuff about him. His customer service goes beyond outstanding. They are absolutely the best. A group came and installed our tv’s and sound bars. Doug came back today for another 2 tv installation. The installation of my TVs and Sonos systems was completed today by the HW Automation team. Doug, Angel and AJ did an incredible job. They were professional and did not rush through the installation or required system training. The team also made a number of cost-effective suggestions to enhance the systems’ performance.However, my experience started months ago when I first contacted HW and spoke with Brad Gelman. He assisted me with the selection of components and system configuration. He worked through a number of changes as well as the equipment availability challenges posed by COVID. Brad was very responsive to my requests and was easy to work with. As an example of Brad’s dedication to superior customer service, he drove an hour on a Saturday morning to deliver my Sonos Move portable speaker.I would also like to give a “shout out” to Missy who served very efficiently as point person for the alarm and media installations.I would highly recommend HW for all home media, sound, alarm and smart home needs.

Doug is awesome, troubleshooted and replaced 6 ethernet lines that were installed incorrectly by Uxari as part of a brand new home build. Super friendly and spliced in some wire where the previous installer left about 3 inches of extra wire in the wall. Tested everything to ensure it works, replaced all the connectors on both ends to ensure I had good reliable connections. Highly recommend this company. I would give 10 starts if I could.

HW Automation alarms installed my alarm system, front door camera, and garage door opener about 2 years ago. Everything from my iPhone is controlled. I had a couple of issues with my front door camera and they replaced it, with no issues. I had a new garage door opener installed and needed my system to connect, and they had Angel call me to see if he could walk me thru it. In a few minutes, my garage door was connected to my phone. Angel was my original installer, he is a great guy and really knows his customer service. Thanks HW and especially Angel.

GREAT SERVICE! There is no price I wouldnt pay to have security. A friend recommend this company as I have never had an alarm system before. The HW Automation technician came and installed everything in less than an hour. The system so easy to work which helps when you have kids. I love that there is even an app for my phone that I can secure my house. Everyone in my family feels safe and secure now and I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I worked with HW Automation to install my surround sound system, AV Receiver, and hang my 75’ TV and sound bar in my house. Everything about the process was easy and transparent. The guys at Hw are knowledgeable about their work and trustworthy. On installation day, Doug H. showed up to my house to make the necessary installations and everything went smoothly. Doug was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. He explained to me how to use the system in a clear manner and invited me to contact him if I had any questions. I’m definitely happy with my experience and would recommend HW for similar work.It’s been over a year since I had HWA install my TV and the receiver and I had to come back to change my review. I reduced my review from 5 stars to 3 stars because I have realized that there was some misinformation I was given by Doug regarding my AV receiver. For example, I was told that that I could not use the Bass with my receiver on anything but surround sound mode. Thankfully, I was able to google how to do that. Doug told me I couldn’t have the TV on in the background while listening to output from a different source. Again, something I had to google how to do myself. Basically, the company’s installation of my equipment was flawless. Just don’t expect to be taught how to use the equipment. You will probably have to figure that out yourself. Just a shame given the cost of the company’s service.

I ordered $28,000 worth of work on my new home through HWs Jon Bacon. We discussed the scope in detail (I work in the construction industry & know to be specific in the buy-out stage). In short, I paid top dollar for below par work, after 4-5 return visits (in the last 16 months) I still have wires that do not work or carry a signal & some that were never terminated and are unusable. HW wants you to hire someone else to terminate them at the home run or try to charge $100/hr to finish the job you already paid for. Terrible customer service. Jon Bacon never returns calls, . Recommend customers stay far away, they promise one thing and do not deliver on promises.UPDATE:HW did returned one last time to complete all the work they were contracted to do. There fore I have raised this from 1 start to 3.

Saved Time & Money-- I own a home in Ft. Lauderdale. I recieved several quotes from several quotes. All the individuals were around the same ball park.
