I wanted to drop a quick review for Richard Jaimot. Richard is very knowledgeable about the brands represented and always accommodating. Hes always willing to take my calls (even after hours) without any hesitation. In this day and age it is very rare to find people so generous and that always deserves a praise.

I bought a used 37 Axopar from this dealership and a Broker Named Alejandro . Because i lived a distance away i largely had to go by their word. when i finally arrived to take delivery i was beyond happy with the condition and cleanliness of the vessel. Alejandro and the team had everything ready for us to drive away from the dock and even included some fuel, ropes etc so we literally had no hassle. Just turn the key and enjoy! Gio the tech knows these boats inside out and was very helpful and patient getting us oriented. When it was time to have it picked up and exported, they had it all wrapped and prepared to go right on schedule for the transport company. i would not hesitate to recommend this team and i likely will buy something again in the future. great service!

I recently bought a highfield CL310 dinghy to go in my garage of 500s prestige. Sarah Andrews was my sales associate she was awesome. Last month we bought a boat from Nautical Ventures and found it to be a pleasurable experience. Rick Augusto is the sales manager who made sure we were happy with our purchase by fulfiling requests we had to replace some parts. He continued to follow up with us after the purchase was made. The parts manager Mr. Diamond has also supported us by ordering parts we need and keeping the lines of communication open.

Went to visit them at the boat show yesterday. Had a lot of questions about a boat I was interested in purchasing. Instead of being helpful and answering my questions they were more interested in my bank account. Do yourself a favor and stear clear. Dont let a bunch of arrogant used car salesman bully you! Looking to buy a kayak. Contacted the Ft.Lauderdale location and the N. Palm Beach location. Both locations share a common warehouse which is in Ft. Lauderdale. In order for them to show a kayak they have to take an order. They really push for it too. I dont know this company from Adam, but, I sure as heck find this to be very fishy (no pun intended).

I do not usually write reviews but the service work that was done to my boat was exceptional. bought a Glastron and after a month or so mercury recalled the entire engine. Mike in the service department was awesome, he told that once he had the engine it would 1 or 2 days at the most . he did it in two days and the boat runs great.mike is a man of his word and the work from the service department was terrific. Tom and Alex are also very good at what they do. highly recommend Nautical Ventures North Palm Beach.

I recently purchased a boat from these people and I would encourage anyone thinking about making a purchase from Nautical Ventures to please reconsider their decision. I have never been been involved in such a more dishonest transaction in my life. They have lied and mislead me with every detail of the sale. They have failed to deliver on any aspect of the sale, to include: delivered the boat to me seven days late, told me the boat had been checked out by their mechanics and the boat arrives with major charging issues requiring $1,500 in repairs, the boat was delivered with no fuel so I could not water check the boat upon arrival, numerous items were not fixed prior to delivery including the radio, wires hanging out from the bottom of the boat, they dont return phone calls, the sales person Coltin is as dishonest a person as I have ever dealt with, management will not respond to any questions. I am filing a complaint with the Florida AG

We had a pretty bad experience at another marina in the area and we were so lucky to have found Nautical. There marina is well kept and very secure. These guys are fantastic. Had my FF mount snap on me at the start of a 3 week trip in the keys. (I live 1500 miles away). They had a huge selection of anything you could want or need for a fishing kayak. They even let me use the tools in the back to move my unit over to the new mount.

I dealt with Rick A for a few weeks negotiating a boat on consignment. Rick was very informative and always kept in touch. I drove from Satellite Beach.(2hrs 39min). Boat was as listed-immaculate!. Dealt with Nil in finance upstairs-super cool guy, very straight forward.Lastly, Eric Brandon took over the face to face sale. My husband and I are new to the Dania Beach area. We went to a few places before coming here and couldnt find what were were looking for. My husband searched Google and came up on this place. I have gone down this road a few times and never noticed it. While quite small to our surprise the store was organized and well stocked with many options. We were looking for two kayaks suited for our family of four. The rep Eric, was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time explaining all of our options. He assisted us from start to finish and was very present. We took the kayaks out the following weekend and while unpacking them and loading them up we noticed we were missing a paddle. I called the store immediately and Eric answered, remember exactly who we were, and asked us to swing by and pick it up, no questioned asked. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back for future purchases, thats for sure.

Had my 28 Boston Whaler Re-Powered with twin Mercury Optimax Engines. The Tech did a fantastic job. I met him but do not recall his name. He was very professional and conscientious about the quality of his work. No surprises when the bill came as they were very thorough in the estimate. Only have 20 hours on the engines, but so far all is well. I highly recommend J. Diamond if youre considering a re-power. Additionally they were able to get me a little extra on the trade value of my old engines after the estimate which helped.

We had a wonderful time at Nautical Venture as a 12-people group including children. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sight-view was gorgeous and very close to the peanut island. The rate was wonderful with groupon. Everyone enjoyed the kayak, paddleboard as well as the SUP. I will highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to have fun around peanut island.

DONT purchase a brokerage boat from the North Palm Beach location. The entire experience was a complete joke. Sales staff is totally uniformed, sales manager has zero personality and could care less if you are looking to make a purchase or not. Seems to be too busy when you fly down to sea trail a boat to ask if you are still interested in the boat or what your thoughts are. Service department is clueless, not sure if they could even figure out how to put fuel in a boat. Had to hire my own service company to complete needed repairs and detail the boat. Nautical Ventures supposedly did a full detail job on the boat it was a mess, had to hire a outside company.Once the sale was complete I cant get anyone from the company to call me back as there was some missing items that were with the boat for sea trial but didnt get shipped with boat. They supposedly were going to send me the items. Over 3 weeks later and nothing has shown up, no one will return my calls.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I used Nautical Ventures 3 times for Engine Maintenance. 1st time was really amazing and we were really pleased with their customer service and the quality of the service we received. Second time was not that great! We got the boat back with a bent post from out Bimini Top a huge scratch on the port side of the hull and a cut on one of the seats. On top of that the boat was returned to us full of dust and not clean at all even when they claim all boats that come in for maintenance receive a complementary wash. When I informed them of all the things that I found they told me that they were not responsible for any damages to the boat. Even after that I decided to give them another chance and come in a 3rd time for maintenance. I filled out all the forms to come in for maintenance I put down all the details for the boat and the engine . I dropped off the boat on a Saturday just to receive a call on Monday to let me know that they are not a certified Evinrude dealer any more even when I told them a minimum of five times before I brought the boat in. So I had to leave work early and go pick up the boat . This could have been avoided by simply telling me they don’t work with Evinrude anymore .They are really friendly but at least in my experience the quality of their service has decrease tremendously with every interaction.Also now on my 3rd visit I had to ask for a part that they were supposed to give me a year ago on my second visit.

We purchased our very first boat with Nautical Ventures Marine. We came to find this dealer and our boat at a boat show. After a long tedious process and strong negotiation, we finally got our boat for what we could afford. There were several items that still needed to be done/fulfilled once the transaction was completed. This is where they fell apart. I had to babysit this part every step of the way, placing several emails and phone calls. The boat manufacturer included a cover as part of our deal, only to find out that the dealer would just hand it us, telling us we had to find an installer pay for it ourselves. To this day (5 months later) they still owe us a new placard because we had an express toon installed that increases capacity. Not having the correct capacity plaque could result in a fine if we get pulled over. It appears the only thing this business cares about is the sale. Beware that once you sign on the dotted line, you will be forgotten and anything you need done will take an act of God.

Eric Brandon was a great salesperson to deal with, very thorough in setting up a test drive and completing the deal.

Been to this store several times and have never been greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Thank God for cell phones to look up items. Only reason I purchased my kayak paddle was I needed it for next day and Amazon was a week from delivery. Not impressed with the customer service. I will continue to shop at West Marine and Amazon. Hope you have better luck.

Absolutely the worse place I have ever dealt with in purchasing a boat. The purchase was a good experience because they were getting my money however the customer service and the dealings I had with the owner of the company was horrible.

After 5 or 6 years I decided I wanted to get back into kayak fishing. I have very little free time. A kayak is perfect for quick trips with little to zero clean up. Plus theres nothing like landing a big fish on a small boat. I walked into the Dania beach location and met Richard Jaimot in sales. He was knowledgable, professional and asked all the right questions to make sure I found the perfect kayak. He also installed the lighting and rigging I wanted personally and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. Its a kayak, Im sure nobodys taking a vacation on this commision but he and all the staff I dealt with treated me like I was buying a big ticket boat. Thanks again to Richard for all his efforts. Im a sales manager and I wish I could hire 10 of him.
