Let me start out by saying that I checked out several kitchen and bath places before deciding on Palmetto Kitchen & Bath owned by Hector Plasensia. He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He came out, measured our kitchen and gave us a quote. After ordering, it took a long time to get the cabinets but he was up front on the time span and installation from the start. There were no surprises. He kept us posted.The installer came on the day he was supposed to and was courteous and professional as well. He completed the job in a timely manner. There were a few scratches in a couple of the cabinets, none of it caused by the installer, but needless to say needed to be repaired or replaced. Hector ordered a replacement piece and touch up paint for the scratches. After the installer left we were a little upset because we also noticed that some of the cabinets were not closing correctly. We contacted Hector who came out and fixed them himself.  It took a few times coming out but they were corrected and the kitchen looks great!What I look for when choosing a company is dependability, quality of the product, promptness, satisfaction and professionalism. He was also great at returning phone calls. Many companies are very hard to reach, especially after ordering. I believe Hector held up his part. I would definitely use this company again. I had my bathroom remodeled by Palmetto Kitchen and Bath, working with Hector was an extremely easy process. He gave me his honest opinions on some of my choices and Im happy I listened because the bathroom turned out for the better. Im very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the contractor. Overall, the project was executed in a fairly timely manner. Originally quoted as 10 working days, the project took 19, there was a hold on the work due to a weather day in which wood and cement board could not be cut outside There was also an issue that needed to be dealt with which held up and changed the scope of work for the job, it required my input and resulted in a change of the original plans. Hector always answered my phone calls and Im more than willing to use him on other projects. The picture was near the end of construction.

This is a GREAT shop, and Hector is a great guy. I almost never write reviews but I had to this time. If you want a Great shop with personalized service and a lot of attention to detail----shop here. The line(s) he caries are ----artful. They arrived and I am MORE than pleased. His small shop beats larger places hands down, and to do business in a small shop with someone who cares about you and your needs versus the big box, or super designer shop that doesnt seem to care about you----Hector delivers. Even after installation when I had an issue---- he was there. Cant say enough........ THANKS Hector

We hired Palmetto Kitchen & Bath to update our circa 1975 master bathroom, the work was done in Sept. 2019. We had a very positive experience & are so pleased with the results. Hector is a relaxed, easy to work with professional. Caesar is an amazing craftsman & his work is perfection. The Jarlin vanity we chose to have built in is very well made. The lovely Pompeii Quartz and frameless shower door installations went smoothly. We highly recommend this company!

Had my kitchen remodeled 7 years ago. Met with the owner Hector Plasensia, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was great help with designing, and helping to choose cabinets, counter-tops, back-splash,etc. Everyone that comes to my home comments how beautiful and elegant my kitchen looks. And, what I was quoted for the remodel is exactly what I paid. The reason I mentioned that my kitchen was remodeled 7 years ago is because even today, it still looks BRAND NEW!!!

Avoid this place at all cost! Hector overpromised and under delivered. I purchased my counters here and the experience was horrible from the start. Overpriced, charged 90% up front, and delivered garbage. They came in to measure and said it will be ready in 10 days. I waited three weeks and heard nothing back. When I went to the store I was told that they came in damaged and they had to order new ones. Waited another week to find out that they lost the measurements /template and had to come in again to measure. Waited another week and finally had the counters delivered. The counters were cut wrong! None of the pieces fit correctly and the edges came in unpolished. When I told them that this was unacceptable, the guys just left without completing the job and installing the counters. I was left with a disaster and when I called Hector was told that this never happened before and that he needs to see the pictures. So I was left with an unfinished job and already paid 90% for it. I had to call in someone else and pay more money to have the job completed correctly. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
