This Starbucks is actually very well managed and the whole team is very nice. They always manage to be very quick with the drive thru as you know they get really busy. The only thing is they are the only ones left with the paper straws and they give me 2 of them because they don’t work is counter productive. I still gave them 5 stars tho. I highly recommend them. They have a nice out seating and also of course free Wi-Fi. They have plenty of parking and are located I. A plaza right off the 95 and has a GNC and advanced auto parts and more right next to it.This plaza is very pet friendly and so is this Starbucks. They might even offer your puppy a free pup 🐶 wipe cream treat. Which I found out later isn’t good for your dog so say no thank you lol.

Convenient Starbucks here at Stirling & Compass Way. Coffee good as always, lots of pastries to choose from, friendly, efficient employees...Drive thru busy, clean outside seating area, inside still pretty much closed off due to Covid-19...Overall, good spot for you shot of joe!

I VERY RARELY EVER go to Starbucks mostly because of the price and quality of the coffee. This location however was better than most. The patrons were more friendly than Ive experienced in other locations. But since all I ever get is a large black coffee, it takes FAR to long for me to get a coffee while I wait for everyone else complicated and expensive drinks. If you like those kinds of coffee then Starbucks is for you. If your like me and just want a regular everyday cup of Joe you might want to try someplace else.

This location gets extremely overwhelmed and extremely packed and you can tell the employees are stressed but this morning, as I do every morning I went to go grab my mobile order and I realized there was no caramel drizzle so when I went to tell a barista there she snapped back at me with an attitude and said “that’s because we don’t have any caramel drizzle” she didn’t even apologize or at least tell me nicely nor did I even have an attitude with her to begin with oh well I guess I’ll go to another location. Everyone has always been so nice here I guess she was having a bad day.

The Best Starbucks I’ve ever visited except the “Starbucks Reserve” in NY but I really like the people who work here, they’re so friendly and kind to everyone. I’ve been coming here for over a year every day and I’ve never had a bad experience. Also, their pour over coffee is underrated! 💎

Please teach your barista how to make cappuccino and flat white. It’s a basic, but every time I order cappuccino at this location I get latte. Last time I even asked for extra dry, extra foam and got a cup full of warm milk with some burned coffee flavor.

Typical starbucks. The location was clean and modern, though still needlessly blocked off for seating inside while other restaurants next door are fully open. The service was okay. They were down an oven so were slower than usual for getting food out.

Amazing Staff!! Due to my work commute I hit this Starbucks almost every day for my morning coffee. I have a very specific order that most Starbucks sometimes have trouble completing. However, this location gets it right every time!

Went thru drive thru and ordered a tea and egg bites. Line was long but went quickly. Received what I ordered and everything was great. The only snag was when it came time to pay, took wayyyy too long for a cash transaction. Overall good experience though.

This is my new favorite Starbucks! It’s easy to get in and out of quickly, the design of the building is open and efficient. They’re is enough space to pick up your mobile order; unlike the other ones that have a tiny pick up area and usually people standing in front of it texting. The employees here are friendly, and I’ve never had to wait long for any of my drinks. Food and drinks always taste great, and my iced coffees have never been bitter or sour. Jon/Max? and Nina are the best! This store has a nice local feel even though it’s always full of tourist.

In what world is it ever okay to charge someone for a Frappuccino, put whip on it (when it wasn’t requested), and then end up not having straws to drink said Frappuccino?The manager of this location should be ashamed of themselves. How do you run out of STRAWS?! Absurd. As a Seattleite, I am ashamed at how bad Starbucks is being run into the ground.Avoid this location at all costs.

My family of 7 came to this Starbucks after our flight to the area from Ohio. We ordered a lot of drinks with sweet cream foam (which is probably the most dreadful thing a car of 7 people could do to the baristas) however they took our order with so much kindness. While we waited on our drinks, the barista working the drive thru window (Milly) was SO SO SO polite!!! He welcomed us to Florida and started up an actual conversation with us, which I find very rare in most customer service workers these days. Our drinks were perfect to the exception of one drink- but out of 7 I am not even upset, it still tasted fine! So thank you to everyone who served us today!

I was not hired by this over priced coffee establishment so I do not frequent their locale. Coffee does not require special skills to serve nor needs to be priced as expensively as that organizations...!!!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been too! I order a Venti Latter 10 mins ago and there are only 2 people waiting with me in the lobby and 6 people behibd the counter. Think the manager needs to address the organization and speed of this team on shift today. Sadly something isnt work!

The store was closed today at 5pm, I dont know why, so they sent people to the drive trough. After a 15 minutes wait, trying to find this store in the app, they refuse to take my order at the window, a simple regular coffee, because I was supposed to have made it before. Hey guys, did you see the line of cars waiting to be helped? I have to go without the order and loosing twenty minutes of my life.

Waited in line for 15 min to hear they couldnt sell me a caramel macchiato because they didnt have caramel drizzle. Then tried to buy a chocolate cake pop for my kid and didnt have that either. What do you have? Ice?Honestly, I dont understand how you can be out of things on a Sunday. Clearly someone is not doing their job. Do better.

Ordered a drink and all I got was a lot of ice I asked for “extra” cold foam and barely got any I went back so maybe they would ask me if I wanted a water cup with the cold foam because from when I’ve ordered online they charge extra for it but when I went back they said that they don’t charge extra and didn’t even apologize, I works with customer service I know how it works…

I love starbucks. However yesterday this location messed up my keto order and when they were remaking it I saw that they used the wrong dairy and still made it seem like they didnt make it wrong the first time. Next time just own up and I will totally be understanding

Its really only the morning crew that’s knowledgable and helpful. The night shift is outrageously rude. This isn’t a one time occurrence, I’ve come here out of sheer convenience because of its location. But I don’t recommend it and I go out of my way to go to another store so I won’t have to go here.

This crew is friendly and fast. Just a friendly reminder that when you are using the drive thru you should order your food first then drinks. That way if they need to heat a sandwich or bakery item up the timing will be better. My teenage daughter taught me that and it always helps me have smooth service.

One of my favorite locations. Its a favorite of mine I think because of the outside sitting area. The staff is always so friendly and my late is always perfect.

What can I say? I always say customer service is everything and in Starbucks overall and in this location in particular the service at the drive thru is amazing! From the order taking in the intercom where they actually take extra 3 seconds to actually say hi and how is your day to taking your order not like someone just killed their pet. All the fast food restaurants with drive thru sure need to take a course of how to be appreciative they have a job and to not be with nasty attitude. McDonalds, Wendys, taco bell etc each and every one take an order like you the last person on earth they want to talk to while keep rushing you saying is it all are you done every single second and when you arrive to the window you get the face of a person that hate their life and sure hate you even though you the one keeping their job by ordering at each place but back to that specific Starbucks! Amazing 👏 the kid at the window Milse ( spelling ) he was amazing from taking the order in the intercom to the pick up window. I guarantee that he was stress ( it was crazy full there ) and he was tired but even behind the mask you could see him smiling he was laughing and was sure everything was good. It was a moment of ray of sunshine where kindness and service with a smile is rare and was well appreciated. He sure need to get a raise or who know maybe promotion for a manager because with all the stress he held his composure. Great flavor for what we ordered, the Moca Frappuccino and the dragon fruit mango chiller ( I kept asking for dragon fly juice) . Everything was just great but once again the service is what will keep me and my wife coming back there! If the guy that helped us reading this, I was the guy with all the tattoos and my wife and I didnt know how to call any of the drinks 😆. 5 stars for flavor and 10 stars for customer service .

I’ve ordered here online multiple times, my boss picks up my drink so she doesn’t see it but every couple of times I order my “dragon drink” it comes out wrong. I pay the extra for the coconut milk and someone just doesn’t know how to or doesn’t pay enough attention to make it right, it’s not even the money it’s just really annoying. I worked at Starbucks for over a year and it is one of the simplest drinks to make. So annoying that they can’t get it right 🙄

4 out of 5 times that I have been to starbucks my triple venti extra caramel mocha has tasted like burnt coffee. I use the mobile app so I can get in and go. Therefore, I do not always have the time to monitor the drink nor wait for another. I ask for both extra caramel syrup and sauce and Im always needing to add sugar at work? 10 years ago I worked for Starbucks and the Mocha has been on the menu. Meaning I know its taste and recipe. I keep giving more chances but 4 out of 5? If my drink is 7 and change thats over 30 dollars. I want to keep coming because it is right by my job but I cant continue waisting money. Sorry

This Starbucks is very close to I-95, and getting in and out of the parking lot is easy. There are quite a few stores within walking distance. There is a drive through if you are in a hurry. Typical of most Starbucks, this location has friendly staff, the restrooms are clean, and the table area is well maintained. No special options here but didnt expect anything.

Location is nice and store is beautiful.Coffee was ok, a little weak.Some staff clearly need some more customer service training on how to serve guests.

Placed mobile order, ready in 3-8 minutes, got there about 10 minutes after order was placed. 15 minutes later (after walking inside) was still waiting on my order, finally complained that I was still waiting told them what it. One employee said something (didn’t hear) and the other said no do it now she’s been waiting a long time. At this point they were all standing around on their phones. Within literally a minute my drink was made. Went to my car took a sip and it tasted HORRIBLE!!!! I’d rather wait another 5 minutes for a good coffee then a minute for a horrible drink!! I couldn’t drink it, asked for a refund. I would never go to this Starbucks again! One of the employees was complaining about how busy it is “right” now. If you call that busy you and your team wouldn’t make it at most Starbucks I’ve been too.
