This place is so unprofessional. I came to this Walgreens because my 2nd dose of the covid-19 was scheduled here and I was treated so poorly I had to check the reviews on this place mid appointment to see if it was only me!! But apparently this happened to others. I waited 45 mins after my schedule appointment to be assisted and it wasn’t even a line!! Never again!!

If I ever have to go in this or any Walgreens again it will only be if I absolutely have no other choice... NOT friendly or professional, who hires these people, that desperate? Also, Gift Card policy is absurd, had to go to two Walgreens to accomplish my task, NOT user friendly... This is an old building, parking lot is a mess, inside clean, plenty of aisle room... Overall rating 2 stars

This Walgreens doesn’t deserve not even one star. The tech the was taking care the prescription told need to wait 1hr to get it so wait and when back and hr later then the other tech told they was waiting for a doctor approve it on a Sunday really after back and forth was another reason insurance issue. I will recommend more training and also the pharmacist should come out and explain with details what was happening. So I decided to get the prescription back and go somewhere else lost another customer to Publix pharmacy.

This place is a nightmare they have no management. The lines take it half an hour. I’ve come there four times for a prescription I’ve called to make sure it was ready then they told me it wasn’t ready for a week to come back in a week the prescription they said wasn’t filled by the insurance company Sherance company said it’s filled and white sitting there that they won’t hand it to you. This is what I reported them to Walgreens the whole store and is a pattern of behavior of negligence. I transferred out

This pharmacy is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing. They gave me medication for an inhaler without the inhaler. The wait times are ridiculous as are the customer service. Go to publix or the cvs down the street.

I went to Walgreens to put money on my PayPal card. they lost the transaction and told me a third party company had to review it before refunding my money with all verified receipts. I feel like they stole from me I wont be going there again for any of my business. And I urge you to do the same to do the same. I never got a response back I had to work hard to find out they stole my money and Id still like some answers.

This Walgreens is very clean and the staff here gets you in and out, theres always law enforcement nearby so It feels safe going here late

Horrible customer service from management. They have signs posted for a sale but the sale doesn’t start until the end of November but you don’t know that unless you read the fine print and I don’t understand why they have the signs posted all over the store for a sale that doesn’t start for another week and a half because any normal person would just come back and buy the items when they are on sale. It’s wrong that they have the signs posted now and the sale is not happening and when I ask the manager why the signs are up if the sale is not going on right now she could care less and pretty much waved me out of the store when I had a full shopping cart of items she had a bad attitude and I won’t return to that location

I use the pharmacy primarily, and I have to say, the service is extraordinary! The staff is very helpful, and wonderfully friendly - always a pleasure to go there. The turn around time is fast and I have a great appreciation for that. The pleasant mood, the friendliness, helpfulness, and great atmosphere overall makes for such a nice experience.

Fast pharmacy and very professional pharmacists. This store almost always has what I need for health care. Snack selection could be improved though.

EMILIA is a terrible shift lead(Store associate). Very RUDE and impatient, I’d rather shop at CVS. Yes it’s a little more expensive but at least the quality of service is much better!

Its convenient and clean. Service has been good over about a 2 year period. There are some interesting characters that hang around in the parking lot. Its not uncommon to have to dodge requests from panhandlers.

Nice clean store.. Managers are very courteous. Wish they would hire me if they needed the help because they seem to have a line each time I come..

Average wait time to checkout. Usually only one cashier at the front. Shelves are well stocked with items. Pharmacy is a pleasure to go to. Fast curious service.

This is by far the best Walgreens in Broward County

Nice store, good service. The only thing to be wary of is theres quite a few beggars in the parking lot around the store. Otherwise clean and pleasant.

There is this great worker named Gina. She was very helpful and kind.

I dropped off my prescription and they said it will take 30mins and that they will call me, but since they never called and I had already waited over 5hrs in pain... I get here to pick it up only for them to tell me that I have to now wait 24-72hrs. Never again! Are you kidding me? Absolutely horrible service!

Ms. Tonya in photo was nice but Jessica had no idea what she was doing, which is OK if your new but she clearly didnt care at all. She seemed irrated to have to look for pictures, and acted as if I was a bother to her. Terrible experience.

Awful!! The employees are clueless of what they are supposed to do. Lost my photo order, had to wait 30 minutes for them to figure out how to print a label!!!

Disappointed in this store had a return my fault lost reciept but i had to take a 50% loss on items even if they had not been on sale last 30 days.What really upset me was that they made me wait 10 minutes for some reason to get my 50% loss on my items

Poorly stocked over priced items...unavailable items ...lacking basic items .....under stocked sale items. Its like a over priced general store in the backwoods of Kentucky.

Have flu went to get my prescription said I didnt have it but after going they then said I could come in and get it ... Which I already did with the flu and they wouldnt give it to me negative 15 stars... Is my rating... A pharmacy that wont get u ur antibiotic prescription
