I was recently looking to purchase some Adirondack chairs, but everywhere I looked they were 8 weeks for delivery. I called Barstool and spoke with Adam who said he would look into it an see what he could do. Later that same day I got a call back from his office to tell me that they could get the exact make/model I was looking for shipped in 2 weeks. Not only did they come through on their promise, but the order shipped in 1 week and I had the chairs a few days later. Because of the great customer service and being true to their word, I now have the chairs in time to enjoy them for the summer. Thanks Barstool Designs!

I love these stools. We got the garnet vinyl covering because we have a toddler. It doesnt look cheap at all. The color is very attractive. The quality of the craftsman ship is excellent. They are so sturdy. They also also wide enough to be genuinely comfortable. Plus, theres enough weight to them that our toddler cant tip them over. Couldnt be more pleased!

We ordered 10 counter stools and we absolutely love them. The samples that we had ordered previously matched up perfectly with the options we ended up ordering for our stools. Ordered 4 units, but one arrived pretty much crunched like it was run over by a forklift prior to boxing. Box was undamaged. Called customer service, emailed photos and had replacement parts before Christmas. So glad we bought here vs. at a lower cost retailer in town. Great look. Really well built. Should last and last.

Bar Stools were ordered for a remodeled kitchen island. They arrived safely packaged and well protected. Directions for assembly were simple and quick. These stools are high quality, sturdy and stable. Glad I spent the money to buy a quality bar stool vs. the box store brands.

I love the bar stools. The directions were a little confusing and we had trouble putting the first one together but then figured it out. I would encourage better instructions. Other than that, the quality of the stool, so far, appears to be excellent. They are very sturdy and very comfortable. We purchased 3 Trica bar stools at a savings of more than $100 over local stores. Although there was a mix-up in the features of the product originally shipped Barstool Designs corrected the problem quickly and at no cost to us. Our Bill 2 stools are very well made, sturdy, and easy to assemble. We found Barstool Designs to be a quality vendor of quality products.

My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the barstools. We loved being able to select the colors and the seat cushion. They look great next to our bar. They werent the easiest things to put together, but werent really that difficult either. We are already planning on buying some chairs with the same look and color for one of our tables.
