I have been visiting this location for several years now and the service there is excellent. I have only good things to say about them. As soon as you walk in, the reps are offering to assist you and are very knowledgeable of their products. I would give them a 5 star rating; however, during one of my visits, the rep suggested to sign up with their automatic shipments through the Vitamin Shoppe website-which I did. Its been a headache, wrong product keeps getting mailed and when I called to cancel the shipment this week, the rep said that he couldnt cancel it and to call back in 1-2 hours after the shipment was in another deptm. At this point, I was a bit bothered with all of the issues with this, so I asked him if he could please put a request in the system to cancel it...he informed me that he couldnt, then I asked to speak to someone whom I could inform of the system failure, wrong item repeatedly, and my concerns...he transferred me back to the main number. I was very bothered by this time, luckily a very professional rep answered and said that he would cancel the order and refund me the amount. Long story short, I dont recommend the online auto shipments at all.. make time to go into the store-the old fashioned way- and receive professional customer service that we would like to have. The Dania Beach store itself gets 5 Stars from me..

Had excellent customer service from a worker named JustinTraveling from Southern California and needed a few items. Asked for help at front desk from a female who provided NO help or eye contact, she just pointed me in a direction for my needs without even looking up. Thats where Justin walked up to me and asked if I needed help. He was very helpful, patient and kind. I really appreciated the excellent customer service I got from him. Hes is the reason for the 5 stars.

Ive been to the Vitamin Shoppe before its one of my favorites besides a couple of other places that I found in California at Fort Bragg when I went there I was able to get which I believe definitely has the the full content of everthing that should be in the vitamin(s)... that has., as I know other places dont have very important !Ive found Ive had no problems when I pick up my naturals, plant based, enzymes ... @ Vitamin Shoppe! I believe this is a good place to go through experience This Vitamin Shoppe that were speaking of I have not been inside yet but I intend to go to this locale The Vitamin Shoppe !So far so good at other locales Vitamin Shoppe👍

The colored haired girl with sides shaved is rude. Talks to your rude and unprofessional and will even hang up on you, doesnt even say bye. The Spanish speaking guy can also be rude. The blonde woman as well, act like they are being bothered when you ask them questions

The time is 11:50 AM it seems that the staff was very short wasnt helpful. Found the same item on Amazon one day shipping a lot cheaper.

Convenient to I-95 - the Vitamin Shoppe is located just east of the Interstate on the north side of the street in Dania Beach. Oakwood Plaza is located just across the street.Clean and modern store - parking is tight. Staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable - prices are competitive with CVS and Walgreens - slightly higher that WalMart. But then youre not shopping at the big box stores are you? Youre shopping at a specialty vitamin store and get what you pay for.Vitamins, supplements, and all sorts of items that I couldnt even begin to tell you about.
