I purchased a used Outlander Sport. I went to pick up something from my parents house, about a 10 minute drive away I noticed that my tail lights had cracks. I was not in any form of car accident in the drive over, so it must have happened prior. There was also condensation in the lens during a sunny day. I called to get it looked at. No initial response which was expected as it was later in the day, so I sent an email instead. Eventually got a response back via email and gave an estimate on when Id come in to get everything looked at. When I came to the service department and was told my warranty wouldnt cover it, and was quoted a steep price for parts and labor. I expected courtesy for a returning customer and a recent purchase, and instead was being quoted expenses for a job I could easily do myself for a fraction of the cost. To be frank, I would not have mind paying a reasonable price for the job, but when the blame is immediately put on me and customer service reps try to provide explanations and assumptions on things I never did a sour taste was left in my mouth. I would not trust proper care to be put into a job that should have been done right the first time and would rather go to a place where the customer comes first.

Paul in the service department was so helpful and they were able to fix my tire very fact and for a good price. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Having a toddler and newborn, it’s tough for me to get a babysitter and this place knew I was on a super time crunch! They made the process so quick, found me the PERFECT vehicle for my family, and gave me a lot for my trade in. I was able to pick up my vehicle the same night. I was never talked into anything like most dealerships either... the place is also super kid friendly and everyone there was so nice and understanding about our situation. I bought my car a year ago and every time I turn around there’s something else going on with it. The latest discovery after having a flat tire was not only was there no spare tire but there aren’t even parts to place the spare tire. There are no undercarriage parts to place the spare! I will never recommend Michaud EVER

Owner and owners son cant even fix an issue on the brand they sell. Came in told them said problem and what to fix. They ignored it and went for the most expensive part. Thousands of dollars later the master tech said it was the original part that we suggested to be replaced. Do not go here

Had a wonderful experience at Michaud. Bought a used car that had a few issues with it, and the staff took it upon themselves to get everything taken care of; from body work, interior cleaning, and mechanical issues. I had a great experience with everyone I met there!

My 2017 Mirage G4 needed front brakes at a little over 65K miles. The service advisor was able to get me in the very next day, first thing in the morning! The work only took a couple hours. While I was waiting, not only did the service advisor come out to inform me of the progress, but other staff offered doughnuts and coffee!This vehicle has needed absolutely no service beyond what you would expect, such as the brakes, tires, oil changes, etc. Every time Ive brought it in, Ive been delighted with the professionalism, expertise, and helpfulness of all the staff there!

GREAT people, FANTASTIC deals!I had made the mistake of going to two other places on the opposite side of the road before going to Michaud Mitsubishi. One of the other places gave me such a hard sell I was grateful to get out of there unscathed, and the other used car place doesnt clean their vehicles, and I sat in one that someone must have died in, it smelled so bad.Then I went to Michaud Mitsubishi; I got treated like a queen, everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and I had quite a few clean, fresh used vehicles to choose from in my very-limited price range.Go here, dont waste your precious time or money anyplace else. They got me a lower interest rate than my own credit union was going to give me, and theyre just a class act from top to bottom. I couldnt be happier with my new-to-me car.

Where to begin? I was in the market for a new hybrid electric vehicle. I was looking at Kia and Mitsubishi based on their reviews. I contacted Mitsubishi directly and they contacted me by phone. When I got another call, I assumed they set me up with the closest dealership. I spoke to Jon at Michaud and we scheduled a time for me to see the vehicle. The next day I started driving and realized Michaud was 1.5 hours away. I called and apologized and they were very understanding. They had the best price by far on the vehicle, but thats a long drive. I drove to the local Mitsubishi dealership and did a test drive. I loved the vehicle, so it just came down to negotiating a price. The sales rep was awful. They had an older model, for $3k more than Michauds starting price and wouldnt wiggle. When I said I could get a better price on a newer vehicle with a higher package at Michaud, they said they could do a dealer swap and we could negotiate on the new one.I asked why I would wait on them to do a dealer swap when I had already spoken to Michaud, knew their price, and they were pleasant to deal with. They said there was nothing more they could do on the existing vehicle, so I decided to bite the bulled and make the drive.Michaud had the vehicle I wanted, they worked on a better price than advertised, they didnt give me a song and a dance, and I was able to drive there and fill out paperwork in less than an hour. They also agreed to deliver the vehicle to me. Zach coordinated everything and got handled ASAP. The registry even sent the wrong plates, Zach got them to send new plates with EV markings and overnighted them to me.The vehicle got delivered, I started charging it, and in less than 20 minutes after they left, my battery started smoking. I called them. Since I had taken receipt of the vehicle, it now fell under Mitsubishi warranty and Mitsubishi would require that it be brought to the closest dealership. Those folks I wasnt a fan of already because of their poor customer service. Michaud wanted to make it right and would do the work immediately upon receipt of the vehicle.We towed the car there, got the work done, (it was just a bad car battery, a fluke) and I had it back in under 24hrs. The service department was great with updates. Craig made sure that I knew they were sorry for the inconvenience, that his EV tech was on top of it, and they would get it delivered to me again ASAP.All in all, I couldnt think of a better staff to deal with. Everyone was friendly, honest, and responsive. I would 100% buy another vehicle from them. The hour and a half drive seems of little consequence when youre getting stellar service.

George and the rest of the team there took really good care of me! They knew I had a issues with other dealerships and I was a little skeptical but they really put my mind at ease! They made me feel welcomed and cared about! They got me into a reliable car and I love you! I was in and out writhing two hours!! I wish I could give them 100 stars! Recently purchased my first car through this dealer. The car I bought turned out to have had massive damage to it but when I called my calls were constantly ignored.. I worked with George and he seemed very helpful through the process until I purchased the car. After the car was purchased and his sales pitch was up he didn’t even try to answer calls or questions was very defensive and rude. Trust me he is just trying to sell the car and that’s it. That was only the beginning of my problems. While test driving the car I noticed a crack on the windshield and asked for it to be replaced, then I met the Sales manager Rick. He Eventually repaired it after agreeing to replace it and threw a fit when I asked for it to be replaced. Then when I noticed the damage to the car within my warranty I tried to contact rick. My father and I had called him at least six times with no calls back and he seem to always be busy and never had the time to call me back. Rick was an awful manager he took my money and ran. Awful dealership would not recommend.

It seemed like a nice place, but too bad that they use stupid scammy Money Carlo mailers to get people interested. They all say you won something, but have a confirmation code that has to match up. Just another cheap trick to get you interested.

We had a recall on our Lancer. The service center rep, Craig, went out of his way to research the issues we were having and how it related to the recall. He even called us to being our car in 4 days earlier than planned because he figured out what he needed to do to fix the car. (Car manufacturers dont communicate with their service centers about recalls. Craig just so happened to hear about it from another customer and got his hands on a letter to better service his future customers.)Our car was in and out in no time. The techs even taught us a trick or too about the mechanics of our car. Craig was exceptional. His focus on preparing the service center for the uptick in cars due to the recall shows he really knows this business and cares about his customers. Everyone we spoke to, on the lot, showroom, and in the service center was very friendly. We were greeted many times and offered many comforts as we waited. Lovely experience. Well worth the 49 minute drive for a 10 minute fix.
